The line of people they are currently waiting to scam.

If a franchise cannnot afford to have an adult supervisor on hand during peak times you have no business doing business. This place is robbing people. 1/3 of the games dont work. There is no one to help when it takes your coins and doesn't work. They take orders for food that have NO intention to fulfill. I waited almost an hour for a pizza that goes through a conveyor belt for 6 min to be cooked. My sister who ordered at the same time never got her food. They accused her of not having her buzzer with her which was completely untrue. the one person making food for the entire place and five birthday parties told me he didn't have her ticket and asked me multiple times what I paid for so he could "make it" and It took getting loud and Karen like with one of the few useless teenagers to finally get a refund for the food we never received. It's relatively clean which is the only plus I can come up with. Stay away. The owner of this place is knowingly stealing from consumers. You have been warned.

Love that the machines are no longer coin based, I was surprised to see a salad buffet I def took part in that

Love that the machines are no longer coin based, I guess that helps to minimize the germs here lol, I was surprised to see a salad buffet I def took part in that. I see they have many new choices for pizza as well it's been over 10 years since I've even went to a Chuck E. Cheese I'm happy that's the children are happy and enjoying the time here. But I must say this place is as ghetto as ever while my daughter was playing one of the machines one of the little girls just came and snatched what she had in her hand, the child had to be about 2 years old not one parent watching this little girl. I don't even want to know when who what or where at that point I was ready to leave. The buffet is delicious by the way, but I will never step foot in this place again. And I for got to mention don't expect nothing great when your children cash out the tickets the cotton candy was 200 points. And little 10 cent plastic toy about 100 tickets crazy if you ask me

My 3 kids and I went last night. The pros: Tokens are pretty cheap. They have great games even I love playing. Every game is just 1 token. They stamp hands upon entering and check hands when leaving for security. Cons: Cleanliness is Not a propriety until closing. Most Employees are under the age of 20. They are nice but could care less. The bathroom was atrocious. When you have an establishment that caters to children, you must take a priority to clean the the restroom at least every half hour. It was foul. Shame too cause I would visit more if not for that. I was too scared to try the food due to lack of care. I wonder if they wipe games every night?

Must have run out of pepperoni when preparing.

Poor service or should I say lack of. 45 minutes for 1 MEDIUM pizza, that they must have run out of pepperoni for. Dirty tables! I will NOT be returning

We just threw my son and nephew's birthday party here and honestly I was one of the best parties we have had.

We booked a roller blading session for a largeish group and skated for three house. Pros- -everything was clean. Bathrooms were tidy and stocked. -the other groups that group were all well separated No one got in each others way Cons- -the playlists was bad and music was very VERY quiet and we could barely hear it as we skated -place hasn't been updated.

There were many children and their parents participating in open skating. It cost $13 for rental skates and go skate, which is pretty reasonable. The young ladies we encountered at the rental skate section were memorable, I forget their names but it was a set of twins young ladies who were very friendly and accommodating. There were also lockers for those , like myself who needed them. I believe they were free to occupy. There was an area which served concessions style food for a pretty reasonable. I didn't partake but I will when I return . In this area there is also a huge maze for children to roam in. They also have some arcade games and vending machines. The skating experience was fun overall, i cannot skate lol but it was still fun! The floors free of debris and smooth. I noticed they only had the skate buddy devices for children only, though i have seen them for adults in other establishments. I did inquire abut skate lessons of which the staff noted they did offer once per week, but was not being offered in the present. Overall, this was a fun time, my friend and I stayed for about 2 hrs and I was well worth it. Will be returning.

We have a membership and although we don't use it every month, it's just nice to have as backup option. Never had a problem making an appointment either. They recently added some arcade stuff which was pretty cool and gives them more reason to stay longer. Birthdays - I haven't had the pleasure of hosting yet (was supposed to a few years ago, but covid hit). The manager was very nice, offered a discount on my next birthday booking, and refunded everything back to me without any issues. No fighting, or making multiple calls to try and get a refund. Loved that! Now as for regular staffing, I do think a few need to be trained to speak up more, but I do understand how some teens could be really shy about trying to enforce rules, but it's def needed for safety. Too many times, I have teens trample my kids and nothing was said to them. Also, the long running trampoline area should be monitored more. A few times, my kids wanted to test their flipping skills, but tons of teens are just laying down on it not letting anyone use it. We would come back and check to see if its free to use, but again, same people would be there. I think it should have a line system like the other attractions there. Run down, flip, run back , flip, then get back in line. I've also had issues with kids constantly cutting in front of my daughter and the staff said nothing. I had to step in and tell them they can't have all their friends cutting in front. This happened at the ninja course. Will I be back? Of course. My kids love it. Are there adjustments that are needed? Most definitely.

I had purposely chosen to visit during the daytime, anticipating a welcoming, kid-friendly environment suitable for my toddlers. However, my experience was far from what I expected. Despite the fact that the venue was not crowded, I purchased a parent pass only to find myself closely followed by staff members while we tried out the trampolines. I was then informed that only one person was allowed on the trampoline at a time, which seemed restrictive and inconvenient given that I had my children with me. What was most disheartening was an incident involving my child sitting down in one of the massage chairs. Immediately, an announcement blared over the loudspeaker, instructing her to get out of the chair if she was not paying. This public embarrassment was completely unacceptable and far from the friendly atmosphere I hoped for. I spent over a hundred dollars expecting an enjoyable and kid-friendly experience, but instead, I felt unwelcome and uncomfortable throughout our visit. I hope you take this feedback seriously and consider adjustments to improve the environment for families !

My band had just finished playing a show nearby and we stopped in, genuinely looking forward to the food. In the parking lot, an individual none of us knew -- a college-aged kid who appeared out of nowhere -- was told by the bouncer to put his beer away. Instead of complying, he poured it down his pants. The bouncer then assumed this person was part of our group and refused us entry. At no point did anyone ask whether we knew him. When we tried to clarify, the bartender was dismissive and told us they wouldn't serve us because of our supposed association with him. No questions, no benefit of the doubt, just a blanket assumption. I understand that staff have to make quick judgment calls at the door, and I don't fault them for addressing the actual problem. What I take issue with is the refusal to spend ten seconds verifying who was actually involved before turning away a group of paying customers -- one of whom has spent a fair amount of money here over the years. The wings are good. The way the staff handled this was not. We won't be returning.
