As a parent this is a place that we must visit. The games/machines are very entertained for kids. Fortunately the place was empty at the time of our visit. No lines to used the games/machines. The salad bar was great. The employee in charge of keeping the food at the salad bar did a great job. We got the reusable cup to use it "forever". Some employees were very helpful but some were lazy and unfriendly. The mousse for example was not very energetic. The most disgusting thing was the female bathroom. The day was just starting and the bathroom was already in bad shape. They smelled terrible.

Workers just standing around doing nothing. Only one register open.

Most terrible experience I have ever had. Went for a friends daughters birthday party. I ordered just a personal pizza and after waiting for 1 hour ,went and asked where my order was. She told me it would be out soon without even looking into it. I told her I had been waiting for 1 hour, and she just apologized and said it would be a while. I had to ask her to please go back in the kitchen and check at least. To make sure my order was still being made. She walked around the corner to the tickets area, came back with a calculator and a piece of paper. She looked up and saw I was still standing there. Shocked she says.. oh yeah coming. I waited another 30 minutes and had noticed others that arrived after me were getting their food. At that point I went back to the front and requested a refund. I had to wait an additional 20 min in line because 2 other workers were doing ... nothing. Once I finally got to the register, no one had a radio for the manager. So I had to wait at the register for another 10 minutes to get a refund processed. When the manager finally came she questioned my order. I had to tell her yes 3 times that's my order (I gave her the receipt before she started questioning me) Then she gave me 10.00 in cash even though my order was 13.75. So, I didn't even get my money back. After dealing with this for now 2 hours, the party was done. It was time for me to go. All this happened to me, but I also need to mention the parents had also ordered pizza when they arrived, and had to wait an hour for their first 2 pizzas, and the rest trickled through after another 30 minutes. The bathrooms were covered in urine. Tables were not being cleaned, we had to clean our own. They no longer sell tokens, but time cards for fun. 10.00 for 30 min. So while your stuck waiting for your food for an hour and a half, you have to buy more time on cards for the kids to have fun. Which ends up being more expensive than being able to regulate tokens. It's very evident why these are all closing down. Parents don't waste your money here. Go somewhere else, anywhere else.

Believe it or not, you can get bad pizza in New York. It just depends on where you go. I'll preface this by saying we were pretty drunk when we stumbled in here, but I know decent pizza even if I'm half dead. It might've even helped me look past the grunginess of the place. Is five dollars a bit much when you can get something similar in New York for two or three? Maybe. But it's not New York, so I get it. Overall, it's a really decent size slice, not too much sauce, maybe slightly thinner than a typical New York slice, but with just the right amount of toppings and enough pepperoni grease that you need a roll of paper towels to soak it up.

We easily made reservations and found street parking about a block away. We started with some delicious cocktails--the Lady Pleaser and Paper Plane--which were both delicious. We had the bread with whipped cheese and hot honey along with the grilled caesar salad and crudo for appetizers. They were all beautifully presented and delicious but the caesar blew us away and was one of our favorite bites of the night. We got a few more cocktails to enjoy with dinner--the Mezzin' Around and a gin, mint, and lime drink I forgot the name of. We enjoyed both of these as well. For entrees, I got the carbonara and my husband got the squid ink pasta with lobster. I've never seen more beautifully presented pasta dishes in my life. The flavor matched the beauty too--and the portions were good enough to take half home. My husband was incredibly happy with all the lobster in his pasta. We took a raspberry tiramisu home, which was also delicious. The bill came to $208 before tip, which matched the quality of the food and restaurant experience. I'm excited to come back and try other things as I believe the menu changes regularly.

Enjoy the pizza, the beer, and your dining companions instead of your phone for an hour or so. We tried the pull-a-parts, which are kind of like thin pieces of baked dough with a thin layer of cheese inside. You get a large portion and they are ok but this is not a must order. The ranch dressing was delicious but the pizza sauce was more closely related to ketchup than anything Italian. We went with the Mountain of Meat pizza (pepperoni, ham, sausage, salami, and ground beef) on a thick crust and it was very good. The 12-inch size gives you six huge slices loaded with toppings and was plenty for three people. Every server we interacted with was extremely friendly. Bring a pen and write your name on the walls. Thousands before you already did so. The decor inside is fantastic if you like classic college town pizza dives. Don't miss the Polygamy Porter. Utah's draft beers suffer from an absurd state-mandated maximum ABV but this is a nice brew. By the was, two bucks for a pint of PBR is fantastic. PBR is the king of low budget beers and I would order this every time, all day.

They can only ask two questions: 1) Is this a service animal required because of a disability? and 2) What work or task has the dog been trained to perform? Instead, this felt like a interrogation, and was treated as though I was trying to scam them with a fake pet. It was humiliating, stressful, and a clear violation of federal law. My service dog was calm and well-behaved the entire time, the managements short commings in staff training ruined what should have been a simple meal out.
