We came here for a birthday party on a Saturday afternoon and all of the kids were given a card to swipe on all the games. The points you won were automatically uploaded to the card. I was so nostalgic for when you used to get actual paper tickets at the arcade! This is not the case here, and probably most other places nowadays. The staff was friendly and the arcade itself was much cleaner than I was expecting. Some of the games weren't working and there wasn't any signage communicating that. The group of kids I was with LOVED the merry go round and the little rides catered to the smaller kiddos. Those games obviously don't accrue any points, but they did win some points and were able to pick up some prizes at the end. If you get overstimulated easily (like myself), this place probably isn't for you - lots of noises, lights, bright colors and carpeting. It is a fun place for families, and even with it being busy, we didn't ever have to wait long for the games we wanted to play. Would be interested to come back during the week when it's less busy!

There were no other children using the foam pit and he had been doing it all day. I appreciate the idea of safety, but I was watching him. He's 10 years old and a gymnast, he's good. It wasn't written on the RULE board that he couldn't do so, so maybe you guys need to adjust to be fair to all or back off just a little bit and let the kids play.
