I really love it there. I've been going in and out of that place for five years now since 2018, and I've known the people and the owner personally for that period amount of time. Every time I go there, I feel like that I'm in a whole new different planet and I'm surrounded by fun and awesomeness! I really love how they treat you like a king and a queen and I love how they're really nice and very friendly. Arrived for a group event on a Friday night. It was busy but the staff was helpful and friendly and got me situated right away. It is easy to miss, just enter the strip mall area at the address given and then you'll see it. The space is super nice inside. Glowing green LED strips illuminate nice seats in a clean and open gaming area. Three large room-scale VR setups take up the rest of the space. The system will lock you out instantly when you run out of time so be sure to clear your logins and stream keys before that happens. Overall recommended! read more

In a Facebook post, one of the gamers expressed concerns about Gamer Planet reopening due to the pandemic and cautioned people to be careful. Sound advice since we are experiencing a global Pandemic. My friends booked 3 of the VR sets for an hour for a bachelor party. We purchased the VR sets with 3 separate group ons. Even though we called ahead to confirm that it was okay, they wouldn't let us play because we "walked in at the same time." This place is complete trash and most of their games aren't even multiplayer. Would never recommend any group looking to have any fun to go together here. read more

Went for LOL Aram event and the place was amazing. DxRacer chairs, PCs and peripherals with high end specs and already loaded up with the most popular games ready to go. Snacks are a little pricy but reasonable. Overall amazing experience. Not sure why they got bombarded with negative reviews for foul language by patrons. Came in and the people are super friendly. The place is pretty sweet and has a great set up. All the VR stalls are in the middle with super nice couches. All the pcs are along the walls and have tvs above to watch twitch players playing different games. As people might as mentioned below they do not work with you outside the groupon fine print. Another thing is that the VR bugs out A LOT and they will not give you extra time for a faulty system. Their PC gaming is solid and haven't run into any issues with PC games. This place is excellent! We took our 11 year old here for his birthday party. The kids had a blast! There is a little something for every age (we had 6-11 year olds, plus us grown ups). Very frustrating experience. Haven't been able to even try this place yet but purchased VR Groupons for my family members for Christmas. They didn't have their location posted on their website, so we attempted the first location on 106th that we found on Google. Not there. Drove up to what we found was the original location, which was closed because they were moving. We drove 45 min out of our way for nothing on a Saturday. Nobody answers the phone number listed on their website, all you get is a recorded voicemail. The number posted on the door was a number that could not be reached. We have until April 10th to use our Groupon which is hard to do when you'll be out of town during that time as they don't open again until March 30th. A little effort into posting this information would have saved us a huge hassle. We also don't have my stepkids on a regular basis so trying to schedule a time when we have them when they are open is now near impossible. Very frustrating and will probably never go here again. read more

Took my kids here and most the games didn't work. Said to play on the company account but that never works and it just starts thinking, the. Times out and you gotta start all over again. Everything is keyboard so if your not used to that type of game play you might as well forget it. There were pop ups on the computer screens and some games required that you signed up for a "blizzard" Account. All this time while your just trying to get logged in, remember old passwords, and create accounts your on the cloak that you just paid for. Terrible experience and will never come here again. Not even worth the $20 I paid. Stay home and play on your console. Spent the entire time just trying to log in, and didn't really even play at all so if that's your idea of a good time then good luck! read more

We rented this place for my sons 11th birthday. The price was AMAZING, and beyond worth it. We could bring our own food, drinks, and had the place to ourselves for 3 1/2 hours! The two employees on staff were extremely helpful and answered all our guest questions about the games. It was a blast, everyone had so much fun. read more
