The management here is horrible !!! her name starts with a m I forgot her name she was wearing a pink sweater mid 30s Asian lady ! She is rude horrible customer service I don't understand how she is management 3 team members complained about her to me and 2 other customers were complaining about her aswell ! My son celebrated his 6th birthday last March 2nd. I can say that it was an AMAZING experience. 24 hours prior to the party somebody called me to verify everything,let me ask questions about the party and encouraged me to use coupons which added to a lot more savings. They informed me that I can arrive an hour early to decorate the table according to my preference. (You don't really have to since they will provide you with everything. I'm just following my son's birthday theme). Upon arriving, a manager (Nesha or Leticia, I forgot her name) was super friendly and accommodating. After a few minutes our hostess, Dominique arrived. She was really great and well organized with everything. (It was just unfortunate there was no place in the receipt to give her a tip. I was trying to look for her after settling my bill. I took my son to this Chuck e Cheese today for his birthday and had the best time ever. The girls (emplyees) that were there are/were amazingly helpful, friendly and sweet. We were there between the hours of 11:30am-3pm, if I would had remembered the girls names I would have totally put it on here. Thanks again for giving my son an amazing 4th birthday. I previously had a birthday party there and my party host Maddy was wonderful! She was on top of everything she did and the kids loved her, the adults found her very polite and friendly. Even when the place got super busy she still attended to all of our needs while doing many other tasks. The 2 stars are because my kid likes to play the games. The pizza was so-so. It would be fine to go there when it's not crowded. DO NOT go there on a weekend!!! Unless, of course you like to be pushed around in a room filled with families who are, well, let's say the lowest of the lowest class of people. But for the price we're paying for pizza and tokens the pizza needs heck of an upgrade add some flavor something to make us adults feel like it's worth it to keep coming back. I recently had my son's birthday party here in a Saturday, This place was crowd and crazy they held 3 parties at the same time, so the show and happy birthday song was for everybody when it was time to get into the ticket blaster my son was the second in line once again we waited, we waited a lot for our pizza and wings the host apologized several times for the delays She was kind and smiled all the times but either way our food came out late, and when Chucke came out for pics, same story as the ticket blaster, we had to wait and make a line until all people for the other party finished. Not good at all. I went down there a couple weeks ago for my co workers sons birthday party. The line was out all the way into the street. Luckily she already reserved a spot for the party. So we get there to set up before the guest come & there is another family ready for a birthday party right behind us. The place was filled, so packed which is understandable. But we only have 3 hours to stay. We orderes our pixxa didn't get it until almost an hour 1/2 later. The party that came in after us got there food first even though we orderee 1st. The women who was helping us was awesome. She was working at the regestesters but she also kept coming back to us making syre we had everything. We were trying to eat & get the cake done with so when are time was up we can just have the kids play games. The soda machine was out. One of them didnt have any ice the other one was out of soda. The trash cans were filled to the top. The bath room was so disgusting. There was bloody tampons all over the floor. And a lot of the games, were broken. Or you would put your token in and the game won't let you play. Or you will llay games and it won't give you your tickets that your supose to be getting. It was a bad experience. This place is the worst! There were empty tables but needed walk around the whole place trying to find a clean one. There were clearly enough staff on duty to be able to clean up tables, but none moved a finger. A couple of employees there clearly and very obviously hate there job; walking by messes and eating the candy prizes in front of the customers that need to give up their tickets for. The stage with the animatronics doesn't have dancing, bright lights like they use to. That entertainment is really dull. This was my sons first time visiting a Chuck E. Cheese and he was excited to meet "Chuck E." but who ever that was dressed as him was the worst entertainer you could ever see, and you don't need much to excite children. I asked for Chuck E to take a picture with my son and all he did was stand there like a statue holding his hand while looking else where, not ever acknowledging my 1.5 yr old boy. Never made eye contact with him or ever faced him to say the least! Unfortunately, I will never be taking my son or ANYONE to a Chuck E. Cheese again. I went on a Sunday afternoon around 6:30 the place was beyond crowded. The place was super dirty. There was food thrown on the carpet . The tables were dirty from food and plates not being picked up after the patrons leave. The lines to order were out the door. It took 30 minutes to place my order . Ewwwwwhhh, thats all I can say about this place. Not only is this place completely disorganized but it seems like there are no managers who can handle keeping the place clean. There were soda spills all over the bending machines, no one seemed to care about moping or cleaning. OMG! Chuck E Cheeses! That's what I said to my buddies after we had lunch and decided to take my friend's son there. It was in the same plaza so it was a nice little walk to it. The place was pretty packed with kids of course. We didn't try any of the food since we just had lunch. So my review will be for the games part of the place. They had a descent variety of games here. Some for the little kids and some for the older kids....uuummmmm....that would be me and my friends....haha....ok, back to my review. Cool thing is that the games would just cost one token to play. Brought back memories of when I used to go the arcade and video games was just a quarter. At first we played some of the games that didn't have ticket prizes. So we concentrated on those so that we can get as many as we can for prizes. We did alright. We were able to get him a prize before we left. We save the rest of the ticket points for a return trip back for a bigger and better prize for him. See you next time Chuck E! read more

I really want to give 3 stars, but they took care of me in the end and we had fun so I'm feeling generous. I had my son's 1st birthday at Chuck's, so I figured having his 5th birthday there would be really cute. Set everything up for 1230 on 4/4/15 about 3 weeks in advance. About a week later I discovered this time wasn't accommodating to most of my guests so I changed the time to the 530 slot (all 3 o'clock slots were taken.) We arrive and nothing is set up because our time was never changed. It took about 10-15 minutes to get it all set up bc there was only one person on the floor and no one acted like they could help me. The person who I FINALLY spoke to made it sound like she was doing me a favor. Needless to say, I was pissed. They ended up paying for most of my party though. For around 20 people I only paid $80 or so plus we bought $50 more in tokens. Another thing that really irked me was trying to get someone in the phone to answer questions about setting up the party. All in all we had a lot of fun, stayed until about 10 and the pizza was actually good. Also, they keep it clean. The restrooms were clean, they cleaned up quickly after parties and other guests, the game room was clean as well. Maybe no more parties, but I definitely will bring the kids out again for a fun day/night. read more

I had my daughter's 2nd bday here and it is the biggest CLEANEST chuck e cheese i have been to, with the best pizza (for chuck e cheese). The hostess was great and they are the only one I know who has someone to fix the broken games on staff at all times, so no machine is ever down, and you never lose your money! Great valuie for a party when you consider they do all the work and all the goodies the bday child gets. read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. I took my kids to the Rancho Cucamonga location yesterday at noon. Shortly after receiving our food, I saw an adolescent cockroach crawling next me on my seat. I killed it with a napkin and immediately took it up to the register. A girl came over and pulled out the benches at our booth to sweep out the filth next to the booth by the wall. She also cleaned our booth with a bottle of cleaner. I checked the surrounding booths and they were all filthy between the booths and the wall. I fully expected management to come address the disgusting situation immediately, but after waiting for 2 hours while my kids used up the tokens I had purchased upon arrival, no manager ever approached me. I went up to the manager just before leaving and told her how shocked I was that she never addressed the cockroach. She immediately blamed a manager under her and claimed that she had asked the other manager to give me 50 tokens. 50 tokens for a cockroach crawling on my seat? Ridiculous! She then added a voucher for 250 tickets. I could care less about tokens or tickets for games or cheap, junky toys. I had fully expected a refund for the food we purchased and partially consumed, given the obvious health concern, but the manager made excuses about being busy in the back due to POS register issues. I will never go to the Rancho Cucamonga location again, and I deeply regret taking my kids there in the first place. read more
