This Chuck E Cheese is by far one of the better locations. The staff were friendly aside from one team member walking around with a scowl on her face. The place overall was clean. Trays and dirty dishes were left on the tables for longer than I would expect but I did see team members sanitizing the games which was nice. The place is big which is really nice because it doesn't seem crowded at all. The food is decent for Chuck E Cheese. I'm going to consider hosting my grandson's 4th birthday here in July.

His first time getting that close to chuckee. Lol

Very nice, clean and fun. The best Chuck E's I've ever been to. 99% of games were working, Chuck E. gave away tickets and staff was awesome!

Well thought out (LOTS of play space for kiddos & adults can participate as well). Staff is absolutely fantastic, it's clean & it truly allows the adults to enjoy the party while the kids create memories and chaos with their friends/family! The staff does a scavenger hunt for the kids in the smaller kids play area, they are the ones that help serve the food, announce cake cutting, cut the cake etc. They really take control and allow the hosts to interact w the guests. 1000% would recommend.

One of which was knocked over due to staff neglecting their own rule of "no kids under 3" I invite the staff to review their security footage and watch how often this man approached us. And how many kids above the age of 3 were swinging around and going flying. This man also accused me of yelling at him which I thought was a joke because I can't even yell. I thought he was being funny but no, he continuously looked for reasons to keep approaching us to the point where some of us just decided to leave. Overall I'm just sad and disappointed. They were very selective with who they decided to enforce rules to. Even if we were following them already. If this establishment apologizes for making us feel so marginalized I'd appreciate it, preferably without implying that we weren't following the rules. We were. Look at your footage.

The experience is a guided creative tour with about 4 hands‑on DIY stations where kids (and adults!) can make your own markers and crayons, paint, and craft fun projects like a windmill -- and you get to take everything home! It's about $18.99 per ticket for both adults and kids over age 2 (children under 2 are free but don't get materials) and includes the guided activities. We got to make our own markers, our cute crayons, paint a windmill, and everyone walked away with pieces we really loved -- and the goodie bag was a fun bonus. Unfortunately, it was a bit tough with 4 little ones, because many of the activities actually needed adult help, so it wasn't as independent as we expected. Bathrooms and seating felt a little cramped when there were lots of kids around. Also the parking outside didn't feel very comfortable -- the lot looked a bit rough and I wasn't super at ease leaving the car for long. The whole adventure runs in timed slots (about 1.5-2 hours total) that start every hour, so you'll want to show up early to check in and sign waivers before your session begins. Overall: A fun and educational experience that gets kids hands‑on with art and creativity, and definitely special for a birthday celebration -- but be ready to help your littles through the activities, and know that the location/parking may not be the most pleasant part of the day. Still worth it for the smiles and crafts!

I recommend going exactly when it opens or else you will not be able to find any seating. Kids did have fun. The place is a decent size with plenty of room. The issues with this place: Gets dirty pretty fast but understandable with the amount of kids. Bathrooms start off clean and end up a mess. Again, understandable. People that go here with their kids are a bit.... sketchy... to put it nicely. Some arguments but nothing major. Kids do get bully here by other kids, so I strongly urge you to keep an eye on them at all times. This will usually lead to fights among parents so luckily this did not happen on this day, but it does happen.

The two examples they had to try out in the store had poor responses to their controllers; Antonio informed us that they're broken. When I mentioned that that is not a great way to sell their products, he said he isn't going to change them out until they're completely useless because kids just keep messing them up. I responded that this isn't a good testament to their quality. He continued the conversation with a slight bitterness about how children play so I stopped; kids are the main reason for your source of income- you should probably be nicer (I did not say this to him though I wanted to). The quality overall was quite low (everything is plastic!) so we opted to build models instead. The girl who showed us that was enthusiastic and helpful. We spent over 150$ on our custom vehicles; I got cool skull accessories on my truck. This store is better if you want to throw a party than to leave with a toy that will last. There's cheaper RTR and kits with far better quality than this place carries. Pros: - great location/around other activities - free parking for the first hour - clean and bright shop Cons: - pricey for low, low quality - no monster truck builds available - not truly kid-friendly

I did not know this and parked far by the mall because of it. Everything is super clean inside and I loved how it's a completely separate space upstairs. The staff was really friendly. The young lady who helped me had colored hair and glasses and she was just so helpful and kind. My little boy was very excited to play once we were in there. The best part is the water area. Kids love water and there's so much to do just in that area. If I'm being honest, everything else fell short. It was cute but not enough things for tots to interact with or be distracted with for more than a few minutes. I honestly don't think it's worth the price. $15 for kids and $16 for adult. I don't really get places like this that charge for adults too. I think it should be one or the other or atleast let it be cheaper. We're looking after our children. So Idk why I have to pay $16 for that. The other downside were the field trips. I checked online and they didn't have a field trip scheduled which is why I chose this date but I'm guessing that changed because it got filled so quickly! I'm glad I got there early and my kids were able to enjoy some time alone especially with how little they are. The field trip was for kids in elementary so they were a lot bigger. That kinda killed the mood. Especially since it feels like more of a place for tots. My little ones didn't know what to do since there were so many kids and they couldn't get into certain water sections. Especially when the big kids are all around the area for shortest height. So that's another reason why I think the price is not worth it. We're paying customers and our time there gets cut short because these field trips take over. Maybe there should be specific times just for that? We could barely walk through some areas. And I was trying to not have my little ones knocked down. Overall, I liked it but it could use improvement

We truly enjoyed our time and I'd be happy to take the kids again in a few months at that low price.

There's a floor level that's ADA accessible but the upper portions of the tree are not. There's the neat waterfall at the front and the self working kitchen with the self stirring soup. There's also an animatronic ostrich peaking out which was cute. As you ascend the stairs you take a peak in the rooms and the lives of the family members who spend time there. The music and astronomy room were pretty to look at with lots of small details. It's a simple experience. You walk up the trunk of the tree, explore the various exhibits up in the 'canopy' above, and then slowly make your way back down. it's a quick walk, but there's enough to look at that you'll most likely see something new with each visit. I appreciate that. It's overload, but it doesn't feel like overload. With all that said, I think more than most rides/attractions at Disneyland, this one is a skip for me. It's nor horrible, but you're not missing anything by not going on it. I've always seen this as either a time killer or a 'huh. Haven't been on this in forever.' It's never anywhere near my list of things to do when I come to the park. It's just kinda...there. And I feel like the fact that it is constantly retooled speaks for that.
