New management is definitely needed. The cashier didn't give us our game card. Instead of apologizing and giving us a card, they went to the back to check the footage from the security cameras. They told us the footage shows the cashier giving me the card. I asked does it show where I put the card, she said no. I asked if I could see the tape, she said I wasn't allowed in the back. Needless to say, we asked for a refund and left. BTW the cashier said she folded the card up in the receipt. After we asked for a refund, I gave her the receipt that clearly didn't have any creases. Alrighty, so I personally never had a problem here until my most recent visit. The cashier had a major attitude so much so that here I am writing a review. I just don't think rude people should be at the front line dealing with customers. Please hire friendly people! I don't go to these places to be made to feel like I'm in high school again. The older lady working here is very kind. But the young ones need a spanking. With the majority of these employees here, Dave and Busters gets that much better. i wish i had a more positive review but Unfortunately our experience was horrible Since they change from tokens to game card They raised the prices Of all games Which wouldnt complain if half weren't broken and just took your money the ones that did work we're outta tickets . The tables were left dirty . The ladies room had no soap/papertowels & toilet didnt flush. This was supposed to be a reward for my son . Probably the worst Chuck E. Cheese I've ever been to. Goal line rush game never gives tickets and manager does not believe when we hit the jackpot. Staff is good. My kids are almost too big for chuck e cheese but we have always enjoyed going here. It seems like they have stepped up their games and the cost is still only 1 token. There are so many games to choose from and they give tickets to by junky little toys. We always go early to avoid the crowd. It can get crowded and crazy in there during peak hours. The pizza is ok. My kids have simple tastes so they seem to really like it. We always use coupons from the website to help with the cost and pizza. read more

They Practically do a background check to get a beer , i arrived at 2:00 pm and they said it will take an hour for the salads to be ready.. They had no cinnamon for the desert pizza. The pizza is pretty much a frozen pizza.. A lot of the toddler rides were out of order, the urinals in the bathroom did not flush... And the girls taking the orders are not very helpful... Went there a couple weeks ago, had an amazing young man named Frankie at my nieces birthday party helping out. Everything was so good but I felt awful for the other party. Had this mean little teenager hosting their party and was even being rude to ours. Ruined the atmosphere and made us feel like we had to leave early. read more

Located in a strip mall, a very busy place and bigger than most Chuck E Cheese's. What more can I say it's the same pretty much every location, just roomier, more kids to hold with more germs to come across. Bring your antibac wipes even though they have their own disinfectant lotions. read more

The place is fine as far as food and entertainment. The problem is the staffs lack of control. I understand that kids enjoy running ,and yelling which is completely fine. The problem is the kids are kicking bathroom doors , cursing, bullying other children out of playing games , pushing , and shoving. The parents are most definitely to blame ; it should also be the staffs responsibility to be watchful of children who are mistreating others . This is unacceptable . This is one of the better Chuck E Cheeses in the area besides, San Bernardino and Fontana. Never have a problem coming here.

Well i knew this chucky is crowded and a slight ghetto. But what I saw today was disgusting. I infomed a worker that there was a dirty pad, and pamper on the restroom floor with all the other piling trash.The restroom is close to where the food is to top it all off. If I am forced to take the minions out for Chuck E Cheese this is the only location I can tolerate. It is kept clean, all the games work and there is a wide variety, and even on busy nights they continuously stock the salad bar. read more

This location is dangerous and the workers are careless and miserable. We were eating our pizza when all of a sudden a little kid on the bumper cars was strangled by the car's charger cord. The workers were not supervising, they turned it on and left. This was a traumatic, horrible, unfortunate experience that couldve been avoided with proper staffing. Never coming again, this was so heartbreaking and such a dangerous dangerous company. read more

We were in this morning (and are repeat visitors) but I have to say that the manager today and the staff were beyond this world amazing. They were so kind and generous. The games were pretty much all on and working (we got in as they opened) and my family had an amazing time. In past visits some games have been non functional and sometimes it was hard to find employees to assist. Totally not the case today. Amazing experience! Food was great as well! Salad bar was fresh and clean. Pizza was perfect for the kids. read more

We just celebrated my sons 5th B-Day here on 6/14. The manager and staff was very courteous and accommodating. They let us decorate our own tables and were nice enough to reheat our pizzas too. Overall, i was pleasantly surprised with the level of service and was more than satisfied with the party. My sincerest thanks to the Rancho Cucamonga staff!!!! read more

This used to be our favorite Chuck E. Cheese. We literally would pass 2 others on our way here. But today the management was rude! They were rude when they were asked to refill the salad bar. The kicker is 2 employees were standing and talking so it's not like they were to busy to stock it. Then I had to ask to get the syrup for the soda changed and the manger just said ok. I checked a few mins later no change and she was around the corner chit chatting so I peeked around the corner and asked again! And then it was finally changed. Can't say we'll be back. read more

Came in today April 8th 2019, around 6pm the little girl at the door stamping, didn't help out when I was looking for a high chair, she didn't help much when my son was redeeming his points for toys/candy.... I had him waiting, he was the first one waiting and when I came along to see what he was going to get she looks at me all stupid as if I cut the line.... I'm a mother of three and never will I do something so dumb like cutting in line, because I would hate someone doing that to my children.... she needs to get trained on how to treat customers, rather than being with her face as if someone slammed dog poop all over it! I've gone there twice with my kids, and both times they've ended up with the stomach flu!!! What a nightmare.... I wish I would have used my better judgement and not gone the 2nd time, but I thought maybe it was a fluke the 1st time. Nope!!! I feel badly holding Chuck E Cheese's accountable for spreading the stomach flu around since it's not really their fault but the fault of parents that knowingly take their sick kids out... Came here to bring my nephews and children to play some games and have some pizza. First table we went to, to sit down had mucus on the seat, the next table was full of food crumbs, and every table after that had trash underneath the table. Not sure if the cleaning crew is off on the weekends, but this seems to be the norm for the last couple of times we have came to eat pizza. Food was ok, service was ok, but I would highly recommend having a cleaning crew throughout the day to help keep the place clean and comfortable for families to come and enjoy themselves. read more

Chuck e Cheese is where brokie parents bring their kids for their birthday in lieu of Disneyland. Oh yea, let me preference this review by saying never ever make the mistake of coming to Chuck E Cheese hungover. I made that mistake and it was the worst 2 hours of my life. It smells like pee pee soon as you walk in. I remember when I was a kid and the pizza was super awesome. Now Chuck E Cheese pizza makes Costco pizza look like a gourmet pie straight out of Naples. Nobody watches their kids so they let them carelessly run around like a pack of feral dogs. It is a guarantee you will have at least 2-3 kids run dead-on into your knee. The Chuck E Cheese robot band did not play once the entire time. They just creepily looked back and forth at each other with those blank stares. I remember back in the day those shows were all elaborate. Must be a cost cutting measure to save on electricity. read more

We took my grandson and one of his friends here for his 5th bday, at first staff seemed ok but the placecwas clean and nice, however the asian lady and african american girl had the worst attitudes, were rude , hateful and mouthy. My grandson was 1st inine for bumper cars, other kids pushed him and rushed past him but the african amer girl made him get off the ride and let another child take his car, she wasnt even in line to start with. There were other people there complaining as well, these girls should not be working in a kids establishment. Made us a little edgy. There were many other little things but the rudeness, eye rolling are ridiculous. read more

This place was horrible! I had to walk away and go to Pomona Chuck E. Cheese after being in line for 20 minutes. There was one employee at the register counting token by token with such patients. This is as good as it gets for a Chuck e Cheese. In my opinion it is incomparable to the other ones I've been too in cleanliness and employee helpfulness. We came on a Saturday afternoon and it was oddly quiet (maybe I'm just used to the ones in the valley that get crazy on the weekends). The place was super clean, no food on the floors, in the games, or on any of the rides. The kids had a good time without being pushed around by bullies. Best part is we were able to quickly redeem their tickets for prizes! read more

This one is relatively clean compared to others that ive been to but we did haveto guess which table wasnt taken because the tables hadnt been cleared out yet. To me it just seemed to be either under staffed or they need more efficient employees. They werent all bad though there was one specific employee who really stood out but unfortunately i wasnt able to catch a glimpse of his name tag. He was dressed well looked like he may have been a manager and he did the dance with chuck e. He was great with the kids. He was really nice and attentive. I'm usually not too crazy about the pizza but this time it was really good. It was fresh. I think in the past it probably just took too long to get the pizza out because after sitting it does change in flavor. So i would have given this location a higher rating if there were someone watching the door. We waited a minute looked around. No one in sight so we left. That kind of scared me. read more

These four stars are for the service we received. The employees here give great customer service and seem to enjoy being here. I came to this location on a Saturday for a birthday. It's was packed, yes tables were unattended, and the salad bar had a few empty items. Bathrooms where surprisingly clean. However you could tell it wasn't due to employees being lazy they where just really busy they where helping customers left and right and with a smile. The employees where very helpful and great with the kids. read more

We just came back from my daughter's 2nd birthday party there and we had a great time. This location was clean and spacious, quite different from other locations I've been to. The bathroom did have a bit of an odor but nothing off putting and nothing you wouldn't expect from a place with a ton of kids. Our party host was super helpful and it was a major relief considering we got there a bit later than the attendees. I would definitely have another party there in the future read more

Came here on a Tuesday for Buffet. Maybe they weren't ready, we waited for 35mins for pepperoni pizza. It was gone within 2mins then had to wait again. On top of that it was really really thin crust square sliced. TOTALLY NOT what none of us expected. Salad was extremely old had been sitting and there fridge was broken cuz dressings was room temp. Haven't been to one since I was a kid! I loved the hand stamping, the friendly staff, we actually liked the pizza! However, I remember it being more than an arcade when I was little, so assumed my 2 year old would enjoy it... Most of the toddler games were out of service, so we more or less had to hold him up to see the games. No more ball pit or gymnasium-like activities for the little ones. On the pricey side for an arcade, spent $40 on pizza and tokens and got around 500 tickets, so still a nice night out as a family, but will save our money until the little one can actually enjoy it read more

We went to chuck e cheese this week. All three of the kids had a great time. New games and a couple of kiddie rides. The place was very well kept and clean. The employees were friendly and quick for anything you needed. All the games worked and were one token each. The pizza was pretty good too. Haven't been here in years, up until now.
