I love the staff energy every time I'm here. He is so welcoming, happy, and sweet. I am loyal members, my kids love this place. It like routine for them, every morning "mommy, chuck e cheese" They expanding so bigger trampoline for kids.

Came to celebrate my niece birthday and since the moment we started ordering our food she had bad customer service very rude. We needed boxes to go and we asked the worker that was taking out trash instead to see if she can give us some and she did sadly I didn't get her name but the front store cashier has such a ugly attitude her name is Jasmine. Hope y'all replace her soon never again coming here first time here and got bad service. The fruit oranges grapes and jello salad all bad sour and just bad My oldest daughter left outside with my sister as I was getting my other two daughters and as we were walking out nobody checked to see if we all had the same stamp number

This is our second time here in three years. We always seem to forget it's here. This recent visit we came in on a weekday in the middle of the day. It was perfect timing! Not busy at all. Plenty of space between everyone there - great social distancing. When we got to the counter, we were told to take a selfie of our party. When it's time to leave, we have to show that selfie to a staff member to be able to leave with the correct (amount of) child(ren). Although I must admit, when it came time to leave, they didn't really have enough staff at the counter. There were a couple different parties coming in and not really anyone to stop us from leaving although we did wait for a staff member to show our selfie to. If anything, I would say that this is one area in which they need to figure out a better plan to avoid any mix ups or children left behind. We purchased the hour long unlimited play and my child got to play all the games he wanted. It was a good variety of games for children. There was a smaller child section (for toddlers/preschoolers) that was next to the party area. They had rides like a small carousel and a chair that moved you in line with clock hands amongst others. There are the typical arcade and carnival games like skee-ball, hoops, down the clown and many more. Everything is spread out and great social distancing-wise. It's so much calmer here on a weekday and not so loud. It almost feels as if you have the place to yourself. There is plenty of seating (booths) all along the edges of the games area. You can eat and somewhat keep an eye on your kid(s) at the same time. In the back is where they have the stage for the gray mouse to make his appearance and all the tables lined up for the different birthday parties. We had attended a birthday party here in the past and they were pretty coordinated with all the different parties going on at the same time. Near the "party section" is the bathrooms. They kept it clean and there is a changing table attached to the wall of the women's restroom. I noticed near the little kids section is a station for you to "pause your play". Thats a great option to use for those that chose unlimited play for however many minutes. You can only pause your play once though. Great to use for restroom breaks or eating so it doesn't cut into your minutes. Near the entrance is where you can turn in your tickets for prizes. The tickets are no longer in physical form. They are now touchless tickets that are saved on your play card. There wasn't a lot of prizes to choose from but then again, this does cater to the younger crowd of children. Right next to the prize section is the salad buffet. I think this is where you also order food. We didn't eat here so I'm not entirely sure. But there seems to be only one counter for play passes and food orders. If you have a kid, they should come here at least once. It's a lot of fun for little kids and not too expensive either. Everything was clean when we were here and we had a good time.

So not gonna lie I was weary because of past reviews, but this place clearly has had a revamp at this location specifically. Let me say we came in for my sons 3rd birthday no res, real old school, brought our own cake, decor, and ice creams. Our son was with us cause grands brought him later so when we walked they asked about children and made sure to remind us when others arrived in our party to bring them back to get stamped. Love it safety! They were supper kind and helpful pointing us to the toddler section and told us to help ourselves to space. We also came super early 10:30am (they open at 10) on a Saturday and they weren't tripping at all. We had like literally 5-6 tables for our party. People still came to check on us several times even though we weren't a reserved party and anytime we needed anything asked for help etc everyone was kind and sincere. The food was just as good as it's always been (pizza and wings SUPERB!), but as everything these days high af! But that's expected. Game play was still pretty decent prices and the bathrooms were very well kept! I wish they had toilet seat covers, but we squatters over here anyways (but I still like them for extra peace of mind lol) def 5 stars and will go back. P.S. no issues with person in Chuck E character suit, very kind and sweet and acknowledge and took pics with every kid who wanted them to

This location is better to go to during the week. On the weekend it is crowded, as expected. They have a few new video games but many dont give a lot of tickets. They have a newish unlimited games for x amount of time. Thats actually pretty cool. We ended up with over 1000 tickets and got a basketball. The salad bar is okay. The pizza is okay. Chuck E only came out once and we were there for a while. Most of the staff were pretty nice. It just seems like they should hire more people on the weekend because they were working very hard.

7/24/2021 Took my daughter for her 3rd birthday while my parents were in town. my husband decided to ask if they would bring out chuckee to sing happy birthday to her & the staff went above & beyond to make it happen!! Also super clean!! The staff was constantly cleaning, vacuuming, one of the staff members was SCRUBBING the booths with a brush & cleaning supplies This by far is one of the cleanest Chuck E. Cheese's I've ever been to!! (& I've been to several in 3 other states as well!!) even the location off of fairmont In Pasadena doesn't meet the cleanliness of this pearland location (went there a couple months ago, wasn't satisfied!) I highly recommend this location!! Manager was great, staff was helpful & all of them very friendly & seemed to love working there, they literally all had smiles on their faces the entire 3 hours we were there! food was Fresh & delicious We will be visiting more often!! Thank you Pearland Chuck E. Cheese staff

Wrk Ima start with the only reason I came here was because we came to "ulta" next door and as we were passing by, I made a joke saying, "let's take Jameson (my son) to chuck e cheese". And then my wife said ok.... So I pulled in to play a few games to entertain my one yr old son. It was exactly as I remembered it, the food taste like it was from the Tyson freezer bags. But it's chuck e cheese, what do you expect. The only good thing I have to say was that the location was cleaner than most I've been too in the past and it wasn't packed with kids on Monday evening, so my son was able to enjoy what little games there were for a one yr old. Probably won't go back until my son gets older and then asks me to go. At that point I know he will again be disappointed but at least he will get it out of his system.

They never have anyone watching the trampoline area. No enforcement of the posted rules and kids without socks or to tall.

Upon entering we were greeted, paid ($25 for play, $5 arcade, slice of pizza, socks and a drink), stamped, and let in. The play space was jammed pack! Full of children and parents. All along the walls are large black chairs for parents to sit and watch their kids. I'm not gonna lie. This place is a lot and I wouldn't recommend this place to parents/ guardians younger than 4-5 y/o. It's hard for adults to see their kids unless they are in the "playground" with them. Which can be tight and awkward. All in all it's okay.

I watched a mother trying to aid her child who had just had an accident. (peed at the front steps of the first play area) This mother asked not one, but THREE staff members for either napkins or some sort of wipe to clean her child and the play area up. Why did the staff find it appropriate to stand behind the front desk giggling in this mother's face about her child peeing? Not only did they not help this mother get any form of paper towels, but they felt the need to also gossip about this to the other staff members that passed by... the only person I saw actually attempt to clean the area in a timely manner was a young man in a blue and red flannel. Luckily I had some baby wipes on me and was able to give these to the mother to clean her child up. I am severely disappointed with today's staff and I hope the manger at minimum speaks with them about their unacceptable and unprofessional behavior.

Posted hours state that they open at 6am daily, however today they did not open until 6:25am. Other times that I have visited, the store has been open but there was a note on the counter "be back in 5 minutes." Twenty minutes later, the store was still empty.
