I was there for my niece's birthday party. Every single table had a reserved sign on it. Our party had one of the long tables. There were at least a few dozen people in our party. The pizza was not good. We felt very rushed. Halfway through our party, the manager comes along and says he needs to move us to another table "so they can set up for another party". They grabbed everything off the long table and walked it all over to the other side of the party room and stacked everything on a small table only big enough for 2 people to sit. Even the seats had presents on them. We then had to continue the party with everyone standing. This place seems like they are seriously OVERBOOKED, and are basically shuffling people through the store as quickly as possible. They clearly care more about taking people's money than they do letting them have a good time, so that they'll return in the future. That's a very poor business model, IMO. Lousy place. Went in for the first time in a few years. I asked where to get tokens for the games. The answer, "we changed it. You have to buy a card with time or points." So I asked, "where do I get the card and what is the difference between the time and points?" The answer, "you have to buy a card with either time or points." My reply, "you said that. Very bad customer service, employees were very rude. Horrid smells throughout the whole place.

This place is nothing but a breeding ground for disease. The kids have a ton of fun in there but after playing all day they need to be power washed and degreased outside. We stopped here after visiting the rainforest on a Sunday and I'm pretty sure the rainforest was cleaner and held less bacteria. We choose to eat lunch at home instead of feasting on their pizza or salad bar which features lettuce that has been wilting for days. The only positive to our visit was how they checked every person out as they were leaving. It appears that several parents take their kids there so they don't have to babysit. It was packed when we were there and there had to be at least 10 kids running around with no shoes or socks on. Gross! On a cold spring day there aren't a whole lot of options for the kids so we decided to go here. The kids love it but the place its dirty. It reminds me of a Walmart with games.... read more

The layout makes no sense. I know it's been an eternity since I've been to this chain, but I seem to recall the dining part away from the games. Not any more. If you order food you are surrounded at all times by screaming children (expected) and games that make every possible noise (annoying). I don't know how an employee could last more than a week. Speaking of employees, they were great! Place was definitely understaffed. Pizza has been majorly improved, to the point that it can be called "good". Assortment of games was good, but many were confusing, even for adults. Better directions (or any) would fix that. They have ticket self-scanners, so the parents have to do the work that the employees used to do. The selection of prizes is atrocious, by level. read more

Seriously if you are sensitive to it stay away. I checked their website said no msg but there are other names for it...spices, dextrose etc. I ate it but 2 hours later my heart rate was 140bpm...crazy... Chuck has done a fantastic job over the past few years cleaning up this location! When I first walked in I immediately recognized the transformation. With goofy smiles the staff was working diligently to maintain the cleanliness. It was like the smiles were mandatory or maybe glued on. Very friendly staff. One star off for the food. The pizza was awful. It's called Chuck E. Cheese. There was little cheese and no sauce. It was cardbord with a spritzing of cheese on top. Yuck. Thankfully we passed on the salad bar. It looked beat up and the lettuce was wilting. We really didn't come for a superior meal - it's about the entertainment... right Chuck? Another star off for the fact that while the team was working hard they were also working hard to limit their workload. Half of the tables were marked 'reserved'. These were ALL the tables in the stage room. Part of the experience is eating your crummy meal while watching a hastily made animatronic/video show. Your can't do that when all the tables in the vacinity of the stage are mysteriously reserved. Eat somewhere else then pop in to play a few games... my family had came here for my nieces 2nd birthday, we had a good time with the kids, they had fun BUT ..... towards the end my sister had went to the front to ask if her son was still able to get a prize (we aware they were closing, reason we asked) before we leave, the employee replied "no." rudely with a facial expression, even though we wouldn't have minded coming back to get the prize another time but she didn't even tell us that in a nicer way. so we left as is, of course a bit upset but the kids had fun that's what mattered. soon as we left the building and headed to our cars we began putting the kids in and the SAME employee came out, slamming the doors open so of course we all had looked because we wanted to make sure we had everyone. the employee then said "WHAT THE F*** ARE YALL LOOKING AT" and began to have confrontation IN FRONT OF OUR KIDS, this was entirely disrespectful, and she was wanting to fight, she eventually left but this was so uncalled for. The lady shouldn't be working at a kids establishment if this is how she acts in front of them. I shouldn't have had to go home and ask my nephew did he have fun and he said no because the lady wouldn't stop arguing with us. shame on her. I took my 2 year old here to play on his birthday. I hadn't been to a Chuck E. Cheese since I was a small child, so I didn't really know what to expect. It turns out that he's too young for most of the attractions at this location, but that just means that it ends up being a really cheap outing. We stayed for about an hour and a half, and they only turned on the animatronic ChuckE once. I wish they did that more frequently, as it was my kid's favorite thing. They did give us all matching stamps when we arrived, and had signs posted about "everyone who arrives together leaves together," but no one actually checked us when we left. I was surprised at the number of adults there playing games. I'm not really sure what to think of that. Cheaper than Dave and Busters? I didn't think it was any dirtier than every other place I've been to where kids run around and play. read more
