I've been taking my grandkids here for 10 years. On the positive side, the pizza is really good. it's ready quickly and always cooked right. The staff also does a good job. I don't care for their wings though. My disappointment mostly lies with the games. In that time, the games have changed a lot. The ticket payouts have been drastically reduced and many of the 'skill' games have been replaced with Vegas-style games of chance. It costs $31 for one hour of play and the machines won't let you play quickly. Even when the game you're playing is over in a couple seconds, you've got to wait for an arbitrary period of time before the machine will let you play again. So, today with 3 kids playing for an hour ($93 cost), their total 'winnings' wouldn't even buy 3 little bags of cotton candy. The new trampoline area is a positive addition. Had a great time here. Even had the staff cook me up a hot water for bottle heating purpose! Thanks to the nice ladies for getting us taken care of! I was totally stoked to learn that Chuck E. Cheese has wine and beer (okay their selection could be better, but still, it doesn't matter with this many kids, you need a drink). The lemonade is too sweet. The birthday show was cute. But they combined birthday parties which is a rip-off. There is this thing where the Birthday child stands inside with a parent to catch tickets that are flying by and they get to keep them and change them for stuff. Coming from Northern California where our Chuck E. Cheese is super ghetto and literally smells like pot, this location is so refreshing. The staff was nice, the place was clean and the pizza was really good. We came on a Sunday morning as soon as they opened and the place was virtually empty. Even as we are leaving (it's currently 12:30) the place is pretty mild. I highly recommend this location and will be coming back again! read more

Awesome place to take your kids. HORRIBLE place for young teens to work. Multiple times,"manager" Paul has yelled at the young employees and treated them like absolute garbage. Managers like him are the reason for such a high turnover rate. What makes it worse, is that he demeans his employees in front of customers. Makes you wonder what happens behind the closed doors. If I could give this establishment zero stars,I definitely would. My family will not support a business that lets they're employees get away with such disrespect. read more

This place is new, clean, and the grandchildren love it!! So do I!! For $100 I can feed everybody and let the kids run wild for a few hours playing games! I like playing too!! The service here was great. Pizza was good and salad bar as fresh as they could make it! Restrooms clean as well. Only issue I would complain about is the same one Tim S. stated. Not enough people helping cash in tickets and the tickets redemption girl had a serious "I really do not want to be here" attitude. This was not nearly as painful as I expected it to be. Games are clean, the employees mildly give off the feeling that they aren't one more Chuck E Cheese song away from taking a bat to the screen, and the "food" was delivered in a timely manner. It's not the worst. read more

Got to rate it for what it is. Pizza is good, salad bar at this location is actually pretty clean and items were fresh today. This is a newer location, so for the time being it's actually a lot cleaner overall than other locations that have been around for awhile and destroyed by grubby children. The games are pretty good, just know that you're going to get ripped off. Main problem is they don't have enough staff manning the prize area. We waited for about 20 minutes behind only two families to redeem my daughter's prizes. read more

Just was asked to leave the Chuck E Cheese location because they booked a private party this afternoon and all party goers were required to leave. Here is the issue. According to the staff the private party was booked a day ago and was booked after we had booked our party. No one called to let us know that we would have to leave at a certain time on the day of our party. All the staff did was put sign on the entrance which is easily overlooked when trying to herd 5 year olds into the place. The next notice came when they announced they were closed and we had to leave cutting our time short (our party was over and we had moved into just playing games) and rushing us finish up using all our coins we had already paid for. It is interesting that the management team did not even try to make any accommodations. Yes, we had completed our party time slot, and I assume the managements position was they had met their commitment to us and we are only permitted to continue to play in their are arcade as they allow. Not a very positive position when it comes to customer experience. Had the management approach us when we arrived, and let us know the situation or even better let us know the day before, and made some accomodation (e.g. a discount, or allowing a reschedule of the party) ou,r customer experience would have been greatly improved. But none was forthcoming, and all the management could do was walk away from an upset customer with nothing to say. I can only assume thet feel there are no other options for young kid birthday parties in Norman. My recommendation would be save yourself the hassle and avoid the place. However, if you do book a party there (at least at he Norman location) make sure there aren't any private parties causing you to cut your children's time short. Make sure they will call you to let you know if a private party is booked on the day of your party that could have an impact on your party. When booking your party make sure you understand their policy about when they can ask you to leave! The failure here is Chuck E Cheese's lack of communication. Rather than telling us about the private party and letting us to make our own decision as to continue with our party or to make changes to our plans. They chose not to let us know, expected us to read a notice on the door, and happily comply so they could maximize their store revenue. They took the short-term view of the situation. I tend to think more long-term, and now am happy to share this experience with all the parents of my daughter's kindergarten class and anyone else that would like hear about our experience.1 read more

It looks bigger on the outside... games were ok but way to close to each other... while trying to play games people trying to pass would bump into you... Poor customer service when you could find someone to help... pizza was mediocre for the price they charge... and prize choices arent great either... they need to let people coming in know that the play card needs paused! We lost a total of about 2 hours of play time due to this... we spent $150 total and was robbed out of 99% of it. And i don't like the fact that you have to carry your tickets around with you.. my son had a bag full of tickets and sat it down beside him to play and someone walked up and took them while he was playin the game. my other son was playing a game and the tickets were comin out as he played and someone walked up and tried to take them out of the machine and he caught him and got them back. Not pleased at all with this place! Will not be going back to chuck e cheese ever.. I'd rather go to main event or incredible pizza! read more
