After about 15 mins my husband and I received our sweet potato fries and then 5 mins later our quesadillas, which was burnt. Another party ordered a hamburger and wing combo and after 20 minutes he received just the burger. At one point the veggie burger comes out after one of our friends ordered her pasta and was told they didn't have veggie burger. The waitress took an order for pretzel bites and it never came out. The alcoholic drinks didn't come out. If you can't deliver on service and quality let the customer know, you could've easily said "We're closing" and we would've went elsewhere. Billiard rental was inexpensive and there was more than enough room on a Monday night to distance from the more serious players that use Shamrock as a place to practice and hone their skills. We reserved the Game Parlor along with four lanes, which gave our guests plenty of space to relax and enjoy themselves.
