Black mold in ice machine at soda fountain.
    Nathan T.

Absolutely disgusting. This place is obviously geared towards kids and expectations shouldn't be high, but the fountain drink machine was completely covered in black mold. I wonder how many kids have gotten sick from this? I wiped it with a napkin and it came right off. The fountain drink machine hasn't been cleaned in a VERY long time. Gross. Gross. Gross.

Pizza, salad bar, beer. What more could you need as a parent?!

I have a really hard time understanding why this location is so lowly rated. This is the cleanest location I have ever visited.. EVEN SINCE I WAS A KID MYSELF! All of the workers were friendly, everything was clean, nothing was out of order. WILL BE BACK! Always.

Their $12 sampler platter that supposedly feeds 4 people. I guess someone isn't getting a wing.....

It truly feels like taking a step back in time, and a place to connect outside of the realm of social media. With old style arcade games, backyard fun like giant jenga, fun bar food and drinks you truly can find something for everyone. Classic video games like Pac-Man that kind of stuff. There are tons of pinball machines which you have to pay to play. Most of them are one token but there's one special one that's five tokens. One token=$1. There's also a bunch of outside patio games that you can play. We actually came because they were playing bingo, which is also free to play and it was really fun. Started at 7:00 and had actual prizes that you could win. We got a gift card for five dollars that you could use for food or drinks. The french fries at this arcade/bar. We're actually some of the best I've had in a long time you can tell they're definitely fresh cut and cooked when they order them. I had the chipotle burger, and it was really good and one of my party had the mushroom Swiss burger and loved it and we also got the nachos. It's a little bit more expensive than a casual sit down, but the atmosphere was fun. Wheelchair accessibility: everything was really open and there was a nice long steady ramp up to the front door. There was a zero rise entry and the bathroom was pretty good. The soap was a little bit high. There is no seating that is not barstool height in the front where the bingo was and so that would be difficult, but there is some seating on the patio that's accessible. The games are all old-school cabinet style games and so it would be a little bit high for someone in a traditional wheelchair.

There is so much to do here! They had a roller skating rink, laser tag, arcade games, bumper cars, a bungee jump thingy, a bowling alley and a bar area with pool tables for the grown ups. My mother-in-law bought the kids the unlimited wristbands (excludes the arcade games and bowling.) They spent the majority of their time between the bungee jump and bumper cars. The arcade was pretty typical; spend $40 on games to win $3 worth in prizes. But hey, it's all in good fun. The place is pretty well maintained and clean. The employees were friendly. The hubby and father-in-law enjoyed a game of pool while they waited for the kids. This is definitely a place for fun for the whole family. Tip: this would be a great place to have a birthday party!

Overall, we would go again for sure!

The consoles were amazing and so were the arcade machines. It's nice to be able to buy a soda and a snack. I also love the fact that there were some console games for sale. This place has everything. I am a small lineup of games myself I understand what it's like to keep them up. I was amazed at all these games were working. A few of the games have to use flat screens but that's a tiny price to pay to place such an amazing lineup of machines. In fact I was just mostly in awe! I've been to the big museum that used to exist in Banning, CA., and I would say this place not only rivals it, but, beats it because it's open all the time. It also has I feel the widest variety of machines something for everybody. I can't say enough about it I will definitely be back again!

I nearly refunded the movie tickets after reading the reviews but at $12/ticket at 7pm, I was willing to take the chance. True, there is no AC in the lobby and it can be very warm while waiting in line. However, there was AC in our movie theater (10) and we were comfortable with the temperature. We ordered two candies and two large icees and the total came out to $25 after taxes. We were also told that the icees get free refills, too! The regular soda fountains are for guests to use and are also refillable at their convenience. These were nice touches when most movie theaters have become unaffordable for a night out. Our two movie tickets totaled $28 after taxes and fees. In total, we spent $53 at Roxy. We booked the loveseat and it was super comfortable and the recliner went back pretty far, nearly at a lay down position. These were probably the most comfortable seats we've ever sat in for a movie. The visuals were good and the sound was clear as day...a bit too loud, especially because we saw Obsession and there was a lot of screaming in the movie. However, I'd prefer too loud over too quiet. We shared the theater with 3 other people so we didn't experience any interruptions. Overall, we were pretty satisfied with this theater and will definitely be back...as long as the rat problem has been fixed.

That said, the theater really needs a deep cleaning and some refurbishing -- the carpets, seats, and restrooms could use attention. The staff is somewhat friendly, but the place would truly benefit from stronger management and more consistent upkeep. It has so much potential to be a fantastic small-town theater again. With the right care and leadership, The Roxy could easily become a five-star favorite for Lebanon moviegoers.
