Don't knock this chain pizza place until you try it. The first time we stopped here was after the Mount Juliet Christmas parade. We've since been back a few more times and this Marco's Pizza is consistent and always flavorful. We've tried the cheesy bread, pepperoni pizza, a supreme and few other toppings. All delicious, especially the cheesy bread! Gooey, chewy, and piles of cheese for days. This place is very family friendly, so bring the kids. It's also very casual, so you're good in those sweat pants! It's does get busy in here, so if you're coming by during peak hours, maybe place a phone order and pick it up to go. Having never had (or heard of) Marco's Pizza, the family and I decided to give them a shot and see how they made pies. One of the things that is sorely missing around town are pizzerias that allow you to come in, sit down, and enjoy your fresh hot pizza in the store. Not the case with Marco's. We arrived to a very busy inside, and placed our order, found a table, and waited. I will say, the smell and look of everyone else's pizzas and sides was making my mouth water. Everything looked so good, I could only wait to taste ours when it arrived at our table. I will say, the inside isn't that large, and if it's busy, you'll have to gamble as to whether or not a table will clear up by the time you're ready to eat yours. I will also say, eating there is a must! The pizza, when it came out, was so fresh, hot and melty cheesy goodness that we all dug in immediately. We ordered the $14.99 special that comes with a large pepperoni and cheezy bread side. WELL worth it. Both the cheesy bread and pizza were absolutely fantastic. Hands down better than any big box competitor: Dominos, Pizza Hut, Papa Johns. The pie and bread were hot, the ingredients were quality, the flavor was absolutely on point, and the manager was extremely friendly. The only detractor was the girl that took our order was not real helpful. She was clearly not able to hear me, as I repeated our order 4-5 times before she got it correct, and when she spoke to us, she was so mouse-quiet that none of us could hear her. We were standing less than 2 foot apart. Beyond her, the atmosphere, management, experience, and most importantly: The FOOD! was extremely well worth it, and we will absolutely return again and again. I can still taste that cheesy goodness, and even though we just had it two nights ago, I could whole-heartedly eat the same thing again tonight and be thrilled to do so! GO! You will not regret it! Well if I wanted canned mushrooms and 4 or 5 sliced up yellow onions this would be superb. Unfortunately I was anticipating something a bit different. Where should I begin? The crust was revolting, I requested thin crust because I live in the northeast where Italian people also reside, they would never prepare crust such as this. I wish I purchased some saltines and threw gobs of canned mushrooms, a half dozen yellow onions, some canned olives from the discount shelf and it would have been exactly the same for about 15 bucks less. It's okay. The pizza is delivered quickly and the delivery person is always nice. I'm giving a low rating tonight because i find Marco's post delivery survey atrocious. First the survey gives you a link on your ereceipt to select and that's convenient. But then it requires you to enter a 20 yes 20 digit code into 4 boxes on the website. There is no way of knowing how many numbers to enter into each differently sized box, and I tried 3 separate combinations before giving up. AYIEEE! I don't care about getting a free cheesy bread order. I have completed more than one survey in the past for previous orders and I have never written down the coupon code which is another gripe. Why why why after selecting the automatic link tied to your ereceipt that's tied to your online Marco's account is the coupon not automatically uploaded to the account. But I digress. All I wanted to do was compliment the food and the delivery and yet again Marco's already ridiculously long survey has been made every worse by adding a 20 digit code! Marco's Pizza, if you actually have anyone any where actually monitoring and adapting your business processes to customer comments, do something about your damn ridiculous survey and I will not give a one star rating again. This place has been great. We have been in serious need of a good sit down pizza place near Providence. Marcos does what NYNY only attempts to do. The people here are great too. We come here weekly and the manager always makes it out to check on folks. Pizza is loaded with toppings (try the old world pepperoni). The lunch deal can't be beat for a party of 2-3. My wife and I always have some left over. We recently tried the caramel brownie and ......oh my....way better than the picture. I typically don't care for desserts at pizza places, but this ain't you Pizza Hut brownie, this is real stuff like you would buy in a display case at a local bakery. Wow! Excellent pizza. The pepperoniO magnifico (whatever it's called... haha) is da BOMB! We've had several types pizzas there and they were all great. Only done carryout so can't disk for service but the cashiers are always super friendly and helpful. I just wish they delivered to my house which is 2.x miles out of their radius but it's worth the drive. I've been ordering from Marco's for about a year now. The deliveries are always quick. The pizza is always delicious and up to par with what I expect, every time. My usual order is just a regular crust pie with old fashioned pepperoni. Once in a while I'll get some banana peppers tossed on to spice it up. The pies are never cold and the cheese is always nice and melty. I've ordered the steak sub as well multiple times which is also very good every time. I'm originally from Buffalo where we take pizza very serious. This is the closest thing to the pizza I remember eating back home. The dough always tastes fresh, and the old fashioned pepperoni is amazing! I had pretty much given up on pizza after failing to complain enough to make a change at all of the other chain poop on a pizza places in the Providence area, That is... Until a few hours ago when the pizza gods parted the dark clouds and bestowed a pretty darn tasty pie in only minutes. Marco's is a classic American pizza with yeasty. soft crust and loaded with cheese {applause}. The red sauce on the pizza is delicious as were the loaded meat toppings. I honestly can't give much to the Greek salad - it was definitely nothing to write home about but come on... It's a pizza joint. After only one experience my life has changed... for the better. I won't mention the names of the sludge chains that had me cursing pizza from my diet forever but trust me when I say that there is a light at the end of the tunnel... I really want to love this place. I seriously do. The pizza is magnificent. Some of the best offered in the area, but the service is some of the worst around. On the 1st try I ordered delivery: Pepperoni Magnifico Large- delicious pizza, crisp, and hot, and cheesy, flavorful crust. You can tell that quality ingredients are being used Cheese bread- standard variety, but again high quality cheese stood out, and the marinara was very good I could actually believe it was fresh. This experience was hampered by an over two hour delivery wait as they forgot about our order. They gave us two free pizza certificates to compensate. On the second chance I phone ordered for pick up to eliminate poor delivery. On the menu: Pepperoni with bacon and mushroom on garlic butter crust large: Pizza was quality as expected though they made it with white sauce when I specifically requested marinara (found this out when we got home). BBQ wings- these were terrible. Soggy, and cold with very little sauce, but hey it is a pizza place so I learned a lesson. Do not order! Chocolate brownie- Wow! This was so good. I am glad they really messed up the order and gave us two. Chocolate chocolate and gooey goodness. This experience was hampered by the service. We waited an hour at the store after calling for pick up,and they messed up the order. They forgot the wings that were clearly on the receipt, charged me for a second brownie,and gave us the wrong sauce on the pizza. The girl that took the order was not listening, and struggled to fix the problem, until the manager stepped in and corrected everything. We walked out with a free pizza certificate and some discontent. They were busy and I opted to keep the brownie instead of trying to wait on a refund. Third time is a charm right? Yes ! Though the website said they were delivering during the snow storm, they called me and told me different. I didn't blame them and had no problem going to pick it up as cooking on Friday is not on my to do list. On the menu: Pepperoni Magnifico- don't mess with a good thing. It was even better than the first one. Cheesy bread- this one had more seasoning than the first, but less cheese. It was still pretty good and the Marinara was again delicious. We also tried the jalapeno ranch dip. It was very good as well. All in all...they make a great pizza pie that can only be described as quality goodness in a traditional pie. This is not new York style, Chicago style or Detroit style. It is traditional and yummy. Stay away from the wings as they are just a secondary item to help take in profits, and the quality is not on par. The desert was a tasty surprise, and if they can work out the early staffing and service issues this new Mt.Juliet pizza place should be just fine. Only time will tell if management can right the service ship. read more

The only thing thats keeping me from giving this place a 5 is that I have had Desano's 312 pizza , and Villalba in Brentwood. Plus their place is small and its hard to get a seat when busy.As far as the pizza goes the toppings are fresh and the sausage may be the best I have had. Definitely the best pizza anywhere close.
