This chuck e Cheese is always so clean and they always have fun games that work. It was $33 for 60 minutes of play. The prizes are okay but we usually save our points to accumulate a lot then we can choose a bigger better prize. They have salad bar and pizza but we usually don't eat here. I like that they now have charger outlets and usb outlet by the dining table area so we can charge our phones.

I seriously have nothing bad to say about this location, yet again!! This is by far my favorite location EVER! I have yet to have a bad encounter here, and I truly don't think I ever will have a bad experience either! This place is always CLEAN, the workers here are HELPFUL and NICE, w smiles on their faces! The food is always so YUMMY, but I may be biased cause I love Chuck E. Cheese pizza LOL All in all, it's so nice to know I'm spending money that's absolutely worth it!!! It's always a fun time and experience at the Lake Mead location! Thanks guys for always being so great!

Store front

Horrible customer service, waited too long to enter, too long to try to redeem tickets and they offered free rewards and didn't have them available to give to us. An older man seemed to be a manager but never once helped a customer, the teen looking employees were just as nonchalant about doing their jobs as he was. What a disappointment.

From the moment you pull up to this Chuck E. Cheese, you can already tell something is wrong. The outside looks neglected, and unfortunately, the inside is even worse. I've been going to Chuck E. Cheese since I was a kid, and now I take my own children--but this location has single-handedly changed the way I view the entire company. Walking in, the place is practically empty--and it doesn't take long to understand why. The customer service is absolutely horrible. The staff acts like they don't want to be there, and their attitudes reflect it. For a place that's supposed to be built around kids, fun, and family, this location fails on every level. The atmosphere is dead, unwelcoming, and honestly embarrassing for a brand that used to stand for excitement and good memories. What shocked me the most was being told that the machines are "delicate" and that kids have to be gentle when playing with them. I've been to countless Chuck E. Cheese locations over the years, and I have NEVER heard anything so ridiculous. This is an arcade designed for children--machines should be maintained, durable, and ready for actual use. Instead, half of them look worn-out, fragile, and barely functional. The service? Horrible. The staff? Horrible. The atmosphere? Horrible. This entire location is a disgrace to the Chuck E. Cheese brand. There is a reason this place is empty. There is a reason parents are choosing other places. After seeing how bad this location was, I took my kids to Uptown Jungle instead--and the difference in quality, professionalism, and energy was night and day. For the first time in my life, I walked out of a Chuck E. Cheese disappointed, frustrated, and questioning why this location is even open. Corporate needs to see this review. The owner of this location needs to see it. This location is damaging your brand and pushing loyal families--families like mine--away from what used to be a trusted and nostalgic experience. I truly hope someone reaches out, because if this is the direction some locations are allowed to go, Chuck E. Cheese risks losing the community it's built for decades.

These are 2 of the games that don't work properly.

Games don't work like they should. Games don't give you the tickets you should've won. Coin games that actually use a coin on a slope to get a prize gives you 1 coin for the allotted time, so you waste a play because you can only get the one coin. Smoking Token Extreme gives you one coin but when you put it in, the coin disappears and does not go down the slope to get tickets. I have brought all of this to the attention of the staff and they did absolutely nothing to remedy the issue. I will never come back to this Chuck E. Cheese again!!!! This is the worst Vhuck E. Cheese I have ever been to!!!! There was no warning that the games would shut off, so in the middle of a game, they shut off all of the gaming systems and then said, "it's 9:01, the games are turned off".

We stopped by recently just to try their carryout menu since it appeared to be super cheap and also because I hadn't been to a Chuck E Cheese in the last 15 or 20 years. Although we didn't really walk around much or play any games, this location looked super nice and modern compared to how I remember Chuck E Cheese as a kid. Their carryout menu is a great value and you can get all items for $5 each or less! It includes items such as large cheese pizza, half order of wings, pretzel bites, mozzarella sticks, and even Dippin Dots! I haven't had Dippin Dots in years and it was super tasty here. May have to come back just for that!

There was a car and a motorcycle my toddler loves bikes so he was on his grandpa's lap who was in a wheelchair we were trying to turn them around to take a picture infront of the structure and was immediately scolded by this security guard. She tells us not to touch the bike my husband replies "we werent" as he was trying to turn his dad and his son around to take the picture and then she hits back with "yes you were thats why the chains are there for you to not touch!" And quickly walks into another store. Literally seconds into entering the facility. Tell your security to relax its a venue with displays, attractions and things you don't see out of the norm that are made of metal there was a much better way she could of approached us but talking to us like were a bunch of kindergarteners wasnt it and thats why im writing this. Do better security especially with guests that just walked in and didnt even do anything but try to take a picture.

Our child along with our nephews and nieces tried out Haley's Comet after visiting Omega Mart Meow Wolf Art and Museum of Ice Cream. Love how they have this attraction so you can see inside Area 15 with a bird's eye view. Looking forward to our next visit at Area 15 with family and friends.

It's crazy how everyone's experience for this coaster is so different. I LOVED IT!…read more You can buy the ticket online or in person. They have different packages from one general admission ticket to adding arcade points, redemption tickets, a hot dog with a soda purchase, etc. We got in line. Got on the ride and had a blast. It's a squeeze to maneuver into the seats, but once in I felt secure. And I loved that the straps over the shoulder were just that straps... Far too often I am banging my head at other amusement parks with the over the shoulder bars they have. Not for this one. You were secured with the straps and lap bar. The speed, drops, loopty loop, were all the best. Like I said, "I LOVED IT!" Give it a try. They absolutely don't allow ANY loose items on the rollercoaster. There are lockers right before you get to the coaster line/Employee checkpoint, to the right. It's only $1. There was no line for the coaster even though there was a long line to purchase tickets. They also are strict on height. If you have difficulty finding the coaster... Go inside new York, new York... Follow the signs and once you see an Italian restaurant you will go up the stairs. You will see a painting of the coaster and name of it on the wall in the top corner above the stairs. Don't go to far or the guys trying to sell timeshares will harass you lol. They got us all turned around before we actually found the coaster.

They won't allow you to bring your phone or anything else in your pockets onto the ride. Staff actually check before you board, and if you have anything on you, they'll send you back to put it away. Luckily, there are lockers nearby for around $1, so storing your belongings is quick, easy, and inexpensive. We visited on a Friday night and purposely waited until it was dark so we could enjoy the views of the Las Vegas Strip while riding. We had purchased our tickets online ahead of time, which I highly recommend because it allowed us to skip the ticket line. Once inside New York-New York, the coaster was easy to find, and we only waited about 30 minutes to ride. As a plus-size woman, I was happy to find that I fit comfortably on the ride, which is always something I appreciate knowing before visiting an amusement attraction. It was over 100°F outside the night we rode, so flying through the loops, twists, and huge drops while getting blasted with warm desert air made for a pretty wild experience! I'll admit, I was a little terrified--the drops are much bigger than I expected, and I rode a good portion of it with my eyes closed. The ride itself is fairly short, but it's packed with excitement from start to finish. My teenager absolutely loved it, and even though it scared me a bit, I'm really glad we did it. If you're visiting Las Vegas with kids or teens, I'd definitely recommend adding the Big Apple Coaster to your itinerary.

We only did the mini golf, but we had a great time! The course itself is on the smaller side, but it's really cute and almost everything glows in the dark, which makes it fun and unique. I also loved that they had a cute little plastic golf club for my toddler to use, which was such a thoughtful touch and made it more family-friendly. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, and the prices were extremely reasonable, especially for being inside a casino. They also offer a military discount, which is always a huge plus!
