Came here when we had a day off of school for my nephew's birthday. We got there right when it opened (apparently others had the same idea, too). There was only one person working the register, so it moved pretty slow, with the amount of people in line. They did have one person utilizing the register and one person stamping everyone's hands. Once we got to the register, we reloaded time on our cards. I do like that you load time, versus just paying per game, but I do think the price is high for what you're getting. When we got to playing games, it appeared at least eight games were out of order, which was a bummer. By the time we left after an hour, five out of the six skeeball machines were broken. We came here for a birthday for my son's classmate. It was my first time at Chuck E Cheese in Florida! I was surprised by the size and how clean the facility is. There were plenty of games for the kids to play and it appeared to have a variety of game ranging from the younger children like 4 to older kids about 10 years old. Their birthday party packages included a lot and now they offer "adult" food items and some also alcohol beverages. I didn't have any interaction really with the staff. read more

My first bad review. So disappointed with the manager Nicole on 6/16/26. While my granddaughter was jumping in the improved "adventure play area" I decided to try and win her a stuffed animal out of the claw machine near the door. I placed $20 into the machine and played two rounds and an error came up. I went to the young lady working the register and then to the young man working the door to explain what happened. They went to get the manager and in the meantime our food buzzer went off. I told the young lady that I was going to grab my food, then sit and eat and showed her where I was sitting (we didn't move). She never came. I went for a refill and saw other actively playing the game. I went to the young girl and said "yes it's fixed"...why did no one come and tell me as I had put $20 in. She didn't know so I asked for the manager and waited. She came out finally and told me no one is guaranteed a win...what???? And then she said if you abandon your machine then any one can play. I tried several times to explain to her that I wasn't complaining about not winning I was complaining about the money. Nicole then stated that her GM had given her approval to give me a free turn. $20 for 2 turns ???? It's not the carnival or Disney world! And I will say that Nicole herself lied...she never called the GM because before I knew who she was...I watched her standing in the kitchen leaning on her elbows in between silver shelves talking to the cook. Leaning all over the food and kitchen area with no hair nets on either one of them. So, although they've upgraded and a couple of areas are better...management needs some more training. We have had a birthday party with them and it went smoothly and as peacefully for parents as a kid's party can possibly be :) We booked with De'Andres, and was very welcoming and helpful, addressing all concerns. In my opinion, place is more kid-oriented than other well-known birthday locations and being smaller and better organized it makes it easier to manage the kids. They also have stamps on entrance, and there are no big and dangerous physical activities, mostly arcades and a couple of small trampolines so we found the place to be safe enough for various ages. read more

10/10/2020 Here again for a grandchild birthday party....they have taken serious the restricting the number of people-which is good. Most are kids accompanied by adults...the adults did have on mask! They do temperature checks at entrance. It seemed several of the games were not working but the kids are brutal on them! My daughter bought passes for the kids to play games for 2 hours($30 a kid) not sure if that included the pizzas but truthfully...the pizza are good! The kids get fruit punch/lemonade-adults can get beer of wine at $6.50 each but you may need it...lol! read more

Monday is fun day part 2 of my grandson 5th birthday bash. We celebrated yesterday at Dave and busters. More crowded than normal. Acchool is still out. This is a fabulous place for younger kids. I didn't see the big ginormous dancing mouse today. There were screaming kids and pizza for food. Plenty of pizza. I love pizza! For a schedule event or an impromptutu party fly to Chuck E Cheese. My son loves this place... For the first 45 or so minutes. Kind of sucks they could not combine multiple play cards. We have about 5 different ones with tickets somehow, so it would have been nice to put all the tickets on one card, but we are going to try to use it from lowest to highest. Not going to lie- I was pretty excited when I got invited to my Friends' 4 year olds birthday party. Ready to play some games and clear out claw machines- I made my way in to the house of the mouse. I was greeted by some not so friendly cashiers who seemed rather bothered to be at work...I went on to purchase my play card and order a pizza. I was pleasantly surprised to see a gluten free veggie pizza on the menu, but I'll get to that in a minute. Half the games were out of order. The claw machines had less than 5 items in each. But hey we were here to celebrate little man's bday. He didn't want much - just to run around and see "the mouse" and have some bday cake... Well pizza comes out and I have a pile of slop on some type of crust- that appeared cut but was not . I could not for the life of me cut into the pizza. I brought it back to the counter and was told they only have plastic knives in the back...they were extremely confused and said they wouldn't be able to cut the pizza. As the employees ran around trying to figure out who was in charge-my pizza sat on the front counter. It sat and sat. At this point I decided it wasn't worth it and asked to just be refunded...but no one knew how to do a refund... After the sad pizza party - it was time for cake! Yet there was not a lighter in sight. Now yes we should have brought one, but you would think at a kids bday place they would have these types of things available, and forget about a cake knife... We have done this twice now and the kids can get to anything they want. Dancing with Chuck E Cheese is also special because there's room to move around and it's easier to get to the tickets he throws out. Surprisingly, the pizza is not that bad and you get free drink refills! I recommend this place - 30 minutes of fun for $12 and you can drag it out by waitingg for the dancing and snacking or lunching on the pizza. read more

It was the best of times, it was the worst of times. No? What's that? Not a good way to start a review you say? Perhaps. If you have ever been to one of these places you know, it isn't about you. It's for the churlen! So plan on a super noisey, overpriced frozen pizza eating, over sugared and expensive time that your baybay will love. I was a little let down that this location didn't have any animatronics to compliment the ambiance but they do have BEER. Yeah, beer. Awesome right? So all in all- suck it up and and take your kid out to have some fun. The only thing negative I have to say here is that the games are really centered around and designed for older kids and that nothing really held the interest of my 2.5 year old. This is probably the coolest place to take your child and to take your INNER child to eat, play and have a great time! All of the games have been upgraded and are so much fun to play. They've moved away from the traditional Chuck E tokens that used to weigh down your pockets like rocks and now they give you a card with digital tokens. Just tap the card on the card reader of the game you want to play and you're all set! The food taste much better than I remember too. The pizza is made to order, hot, cheesy and never burnt. They added some some very tasty sandwiches to the menu too and the salad bar is pretty good. If I'm not mistaken, you can order food to-go. The staff are usually pretty busy with running the place, but if you make eye contact with one of them, they will politely assist you. I know this because a few of the games have malfunctioned and I have had to let them know. Even if they can't get the game back operable and you've already paid, they'll reimburse you. Like the old tv commercial said, "A place where a kid can be a kid". So true! read more

5 stars for Chuch E. Cheese!?! I know.....What? How? Why? Let me explain! Last time I went to CECwas probably 10 years ago, my memories were stinky, crazy, broken games, crappy food....so not real positive. Well we were invited to a birthday party at this CEC and just walking in I was so pleasantly surprised! Much nicer then the last one! Everything looked all shiny and new, all the games worked! ( maybe 2 down, but that's ok 30 others working!) the birthday party was adorable ( and they were efficient! They do all the parties together so maybe 4 different parties going at the same time, then call all the birthday kids up to get pics with the main cheese himself!) the pizza was actually pretty good, nice crunchy crust and they have a salad bar! Just much nicer then my last experience and the best thing my baby had a great time! She loved being able to run around and play the games actually we all had fun, the adults were having just as much fun, see me in shooting hoops! Would definitely recommend for a fun afternoon or a birthday party! Has been added to our list! :) read more

This place has really gone downhill. Went there today and here was my experience: 1) They had 1 person working handling tickets, food and stamping hands. This means you have to wait in the food line to just get in and get your hand stamped (20min wait to enter) 2) Once inside, about 30% of the games were broken. 3) Waited for 10min to turn in our tickets (were the only ones waiting) and eventually gave up as there were 20 people waiting to get in and order food and again, they only had 1 employee 4) Everyone, including us, just walked out without getting our stamp checked. While I didn't care about it that much, why did we wait 20min to get in then?! Unfortunate as this place used to be really good - but quite the downward spiral. read more

Chuck E Cheese has been around since I was a kid and I remember how excited I was to visit one, so when my daughter asked to come, I said yes. I didn't have any illusion that the service or quality would be Disney standards i just figured it would at least run efficiently seeing 4 stars. This was not my experience. They had 1 person working the entire front: entrance stamping, paying for cards, ordering food and selecting prizes. Which means you spent a lot of time standing and waiting. My first complaint: They were out of personal pizzas which this place is described as a pizza restaurant and the next size was a $15 medium. Second complaint: I waited patiently for the 1 worker to come assist us in the prize selection area but she never looked over at us and people were constantly walking in who she was assisting first. So after 10 mins waiting i went to the other register where she was helping guests. I waited in line patiently again but when i told her i wanted to select prizes she told me she wanted to help the guests who had just walked in after I had gotten in line first. I was confused bc i was clearly next and she said she had to help her customers coming in first?!? I'm no longer a customer bc I'm not giving money? Third complaint: I requested the unicorn prize displayed in the case (see photo) and she explains they don't have anymore. I'm looking at at least 10 unicorn prizes and she keeps saying she doesn't have any available. Okay maybe with Covid they aren't new or she doesn't have access to the case I'm not sure bc she only kept saying she didn't have any. Why are they still being displayed if they are not an option? Fourth: 3 of the games we tried in the little kid section were broken. We might go to another Chuck E. Cheese establishment but not this location. read more

We brought our preschooler here for her first visit to a Chuck E Cheese, and we had a great time! The pizza we ordered was fresh and tasty, and there was plenty for our daughter to do (she's 3). Everything was clean (tables, bathrooms, etc.) and we had an overall positive experience as parents. I would give 5 stars except for the lack of employees during our visit. We came on a Tuesday afternoon around 2 p.m. (not a peak time for a Chuck E Cheese, IMO) and it took quite a while to put in our food order - one person was at the register, one person was working the prize counter and the entrance. We ordered the salad bar and it took at least 20 minutes for the salad bar items to be put out after the lunch buffet was over - the veggies weren't that fresh, and several items didn't have tongs or spoons. Getting a to-go box took about 10 minutes because of the lack of help at the counter. Then, we waited several minutes to leave because of, again, the lack of employees to cover things. We have held my daughter's birthday party here two years in a row and both times we have left happy as a mouse eating cheese. The pizza is shocking delicious, they have birthday cakes on site with your choice of a character, they serve draft beers, have fun games, the facility is clean, it wears the kiddos out, and the party package prices can't be beat. I call as I'm leaving Walmart and by the time I load my car with groceries and drive across to Chuck E. Cheese, my hot delicious pizza is ready. A great deal and so so good. I reserved a table for 13 kids and 9 adults four weeks in advance. When we arrived for the event the table was still dirty from the last booking and we weren't assigned a hostess. A few minutes into our game time (two hours) a girl came up and handed me the cards for everyone to play. No explanation of how the party worked or the order of things. One of the cards didn't work and wasn't corrected until half way into the play time. When the food came out they called us to the table and only brought out one very small pizza. We waited an additional 20 minutes before they brought out two additional pizzas, but we had to remind them we had purchased an additional pizza. According to the package we purchased, each child was to get two slices, but there was hardly enough for the kids to even get a single slice. We also had to self serve the drinks. Once the pizza was eaten, the cake wasn't ready so everyone went to play. I made a few inquiries about the cakes. I had purchased two vanilla Barbie cakes. But when I finally tracked someone down they didn't have vanilla cakes at first, then they didn't have two Barbie stickers, then they didn't have a second sticker for the cake at all. We had to track them down for every basic need. Plates, silverware, cake servers. Everything was slow and with an attitude. When they finally brought a cake out, they didn't bring the second cake. Then they lit the cake without the guests present. Chuck E. Cheese didn't even come over for pictures! We didn't get balloons, gift bags, or tote bag. We only got the ticket blaster because we tracked down someone and said it was included in the package. ALL OF THIS CRAP WE WOULD HAVE OVERLOOKED *IF* we weren't forced to leave the table and harassed. We had the table reserved from 5:30 to 7:30 and while we kept trying to keep the party on schedule we weren't getting any real service. So as soon as we got the cake they started pushing for us to leave. We hadn't even gotten to open gifts. We questioned this as they were the ones running behind and one of the employees called in her boyfriend. He walked in and harassed us the entire time we got our things together. He followed us to the prize area, and specifically harassed my boyfriend and made obscene gestures at him. We never once got anyone in trouble or asked for the manager. But we were made to feel unwelcome and unsafe in a kids friendly environment. We felt very threatened and were uncomfortable walking out as the boyfriend was watching at that point from the parking lot. We won't be back. This was a huge disappointment and incredibly frustrating for the price that was paid for poor service and harassment. read more

We had such a great time! The staff was very friendly! The best part is the whole place was CLEAN! We had a accident and my daughter hit herself in the mouth with a skee-ball there was a young lady there that quickly helped me. Presley was bleeding and I quickly scooped her up and got a paper towel and the lady got a bag of ice for me quickly. Everyone was so kind and trying to help her and one of the staff boxed our food up for us so we could leave. I didn't get any names because I was frazzled from my daughter hurting herself. Was looking forward to coming to this location as it just opened last week. There were a ton of people as to be expected on a holiday (school is out) so there was a long line for lunch. Food took awhile to get to us but staff was very attentive and rushed the order when they realized we had been waiting for awhile. Staff is courteous and helpful, even getting a bandaid for my daughter when she stubbed her toe in all the activity. 30 tokens for $10, 80 for $20, 150 for $30 plus they give you 500 tickets to jumpstart your cash in. I would think everything should be working when it's not crowded and the staff would be "happier" from less stress, but not really the case at this Chuck E Cheese. I took my 2-1/2 year old granddaughter here today about noon and I'm greeted with a staff person who didn't seem that friendly especially for a kids place. I haven't been inside a Chuck E Cheese for some years so I didn't know they went from tokens to swipe cards for the games and rides and when I asked for a personal pan pizza and salad buffet she said there is no salad buffet until 2pm so I thought I couldn't get salad until I saw the salad on the buffet table. In other words, I had to ask question after question instead of her just explaining, before 2pm we offer pizza buffet which includes a salad. So I end up paying for the buffet AND the personal pan pizza which I didn't need bcuz there was unlimited pizza on the buffet. Whew. I'm tired just from explaining. Lol Anyway, some of the games already ran out of tickets sooooo..... One thing I've always liked about Chuck E Cheese is the stamp they put on you and your little ones hands to ensure someone is not leaving with your child. read more

But once your head stops pounding from the sirens, bells and Children's screams... you realize how much your kid loves it and that it's not such a bad place. Lol.
