Then I had to add pepperoni for $1.50 and was only given 4 which was disappointing. I also got the loaded tots which were really good I could tell the actually fried the bacon and didn't use bacon bits. The tots could have been crispier and would have benifitted from some shredded cheese but over all not a bad place and I would definitely come back.

I love the cricket sounds, the fish lava lamps, for lack of a better word, and the fiber optic things. I mean I could take a nap in there. Everything is clean and tidy. Here is my experience after cooling off from what I encountered today at Sensory Towne. From the…read moremoment we walked in this place, the owner was showing some passive aggressiveness off the bat. She informed me of all the rules. She proceeds to say there were no stuffed animals or toys allowed as my daughter was carrying a stuffed animal. So, I placed the stuffed animal in the bag and proceeded to walk in the play area. From that moment on, the owner literally was helicoptering over us reminding me specifically of "the rules". She never once stayed at her desk besides checking in a family. Instead, she proceeded to follow me and my daughter around and felt I had a target on my back for no rhyme or reason. She comes up behind me, scolding me like a child saying "MOM, drinks and snacks belong at the TABLES." She did this second time.This time, not even thinking honestly, I put my iced coffee on one of the tables that WASN'T allowed (God forbid.) And she comes up behind my shoulder AGAIN. Scolding me. We literally had NO room to breathe or get away from the owner as she just kept following me and every person around inside the play area. She then makes a remark about my daughter's diaper saying "it's falling out of her shorts..hahahah..." passive aggressively telling me to change her diaper. I already had a diaper in my hand when she said this and literally was done. Literally kept coming up to me and telling us how the equipment works and making comments...when all I wanted to do was ENJOY TIME WITH MY DAUGHTER. US. Not us and the owner. But I felt as if I couldn't take two steps in that place because otherwise she was RIGHT THERE on my shoulder..ready and waiting to say something I was doing wrong!! It was extremely uncomfortable and I felt extremely disrespected as a parent! Being scolded the entire half hour we were there, feeling like a kid in first grade is how she talked down to me. I proceeded to leave a review while there and she sees it, confronts me and I tell her its because she has been following us the entire time to the point of almost harassment. As I am sitting there after we spoke, I was telling my friend what happened. She then comes back..STARES AT ME...and I tell my friend, "See? She refuses to leave us alone." Almost laughing because she literally WOULD NOT STOP. We decided to go ahead and leave. As I am putting on our shoes she, from behind me at the front desk, called me ENTITLED. Who and/or what business OWNER says something to a customer out loud like that?? I have been to several different indoor play places in Jacksonville including the little social Cafe and the former nestling collective..and none were anything like we experienced here at Sensory Towne today!! The place was dim, dark, and grungy on top of the awful experience so we will not be coming back ever again.

It takes a lot to bring your special needs child to a place that's not their "safe" spaces. With that being said it started off amazing! The staff member Milana brought out sensory toys to help our kiddo feel more comfortable with the initial encounter! Which our kiddo did! After that it was game on, our special needs kiddo had a blast! Tons of activities all spread out so nobody is really "in the way"! The staff member Milana also sprung into action when kiddos were having a hard time, she was constantly cleaning, helping parents, helping kiddos, and just overall being awesome! This is now a "safe" spot for our special needs daughter and we can't wait to get the passes! Thank you for this places acceptance of all children!

This place is a nice alternative to an outdoor park. Over all the equipment is well maintained…read morethough it can be a bit crowded. I tend to walk around with my kiddo when they are playing but I know there is a lot of drop in and play with less parent interaction. There are also a day camp and classes/events you can attend there which is nice. The only cons I can find is that there can be some kids who are not into sharing or taking turns. There are others who just have no regard for the fact that little kids are there too. Running or pushing them out from other play-sets. And some who do dangerous climbing on the equipment and get aggressive toward you when you ask them to stop, then follow you when you move to other play areas with your kiddo then monopolize that play area till you move again. But maybe that was just my experience.

Not on the business at all just a heads up to other parents of overly friendly kids and parents that bring their kids here for interaction for other children. We haven't had much luck here with that. The kinds of parents this attracts aren't very friendly and like to overly police normal children behavior. I know Montessori parents are attracted to places like this. But vibe from others isn't very Montessori just a heads up (hands off letting kids figure it out) and more helicopter parent.

The staff is super sweet and welcoming. The playground and toys are super clean and they mop/wipe down everything daily. The families that come here are so nice and kind, everyone's so friendly and I feel safe bringing my little one here. Highly recommend for those that are looking to make new mom/dad friends while your Little's socialize and hang out with each other. They also do birthday parties here and other events. I can't wait for our first party here in a few weeks. They provide party planner, decor, space etc. you name it, they have it!!

And the guy in the Deadpool shirt said I want some of that, sounding like he was talking about the woman's booty. He brushed it off saying oh she was talking about the kids that is to bad. I am another mom. If I hear this person or anyone else talking like that again while my kids are there I will be forced to find a new gym to bring them to. He did not seem to have kids and looked as if he was flirting with the lady sitting at the front desk. I am utterly disgusted by this. There is small girls wearing skirts, unitards, and other revealing clothing for gymnastics. This guy should not be around little girls talking in this manner.

The skill and genuine caring for the kids with this staff is amazing! From the first day my…read moredaughter started here, I witnessed how attentive coaches were with the children. My daughter has improved so much with her tumbling because the coaches are giving critiques and assisting her over and over again to help her complete a stunt correctly. The St. John's Town Center is such a huge boon for the city. It boasts a mixture of standard mall…read moreshops, various eateries, and a sprinkle of high end retail establishments that keeps young and old adults of the city coming back for more. But while we were busy cruising up and down town center boulevard, we found that our kids would be tremendously bored. Up until late last year the only form of entertainment we could provide them during a long day of shopping at the town center was the mall choo-choo train that costs us almost an Andrew Jackson for a 3 minute simulation of weaving between traffic for our 2 kids. Sure we could bring them to the beautiful pond at the center of the mall in front of the Italian restaurant, but with the lack of railings if we don't keep a close eye on them, they could literally be swimming with the fishes (or turtles or ducks)! Thank goodness for the Wolfson's Play Shore for providing our kids a break from all the commercialism. The name itself is reminiscent of the wonderful beaches that attract people to Jacksonville and the colorful sea life play structures continue with this aquatic theme. In regards to safety they've got you covered from top to bottom. The area is shaded and the flooring is made up of that finely ground tire rubber that makes you feel like you're wearing moon shoes. There is ample seating all around the area along with anti bacterial soap dispensers. Once the kids are all pooped out, it's back to the endless grind of spending our hard earned money. I'm glad a play area is finally here. If a free pitstop to unload your kids energy isn't your cup of tea, there's always the choo-choo.
