What I did like was that they had large loungers (very comfortable) available along the wall upstairs where parents and the adult guests could sit while the party took place. The kids jumped for about an hour then came upstairs for the pizza, chicken tenders, and cake. Given that the party seemed rushed there was no time to open gifts so we helped take them to the parent's car then we all left. My main reason for not giving 5 stars is that we were all advised that prior to the party to fill out the online waiver (which is required for all of these types of parks), which we did fill out. Upon arriving, we were asked to fill out a paper waiver -- I advised the young staff member that we already filled this out online so why are we now having to fill it out again. She seemed to be dumbfounded and didn't know -- told me that she was just told to have all party guests fill out the waiver and that she thought it was because they were having system issues but wasn't sure. Frustrating but I made the hubs fill it out since I did it online previously and didn't feel like filling it out again.

I hadn't been inside a planetarium in a few years and you still appreciate the wonder when you hear children awe at the science and story telling in front of their eyes. All the staff were incredible , helping answer and questions they had- a major shout out to Vystar credit union as a volunteer partner making the day impactful for the masses. Go visit your museum- science centers- arts locations as we are continuously evolving in science and expanding our living history. Today was special!

When we walked in, my first impression was that it was bit small. I was shocked when they told me that it was $26 for admission. Any thoughts I may have had of letting my infant play around fleeted away. That was quite expensive, particularly in comparison to similar places in Jacksonville and actually across the country. The place is cute though but probably better for very young kids. They have a water table, swings, small foam pit, small climbing apparatus with slides, dolls with bassinets, dress up clothes, and a few other things. After about 20 minutes, my daughter asked me if there was another room because she had played with everything already. Perhaps when our baby gets a little older we'll return without my older daughter. We'll see. I know they offer memberships but it would be hard for me to consider going there multiple times a month.

I tend to walk around with my kiddo when they are playing but I know there is a lot of drop in and play with less parent interaction. There are also a day camp and classes/events you can attend there which is nice. The only cons I can find is that there can be some kids who are not into sharing or taking turns. There are others who just have no regard for the fact that little kids are there too. Running or pushing them out from other play-sets. And some who do dangerous climbing on the equipment and get aggressive toward you when you ask them to stop, then follow you when you move to other play areas with your kiddo then monopolize that play area till you move again. But maybe that was just my experience.
