I tend to walk around with my kiddo when they are playing but I know there is a lot of drop in and play with less parent interaction. There are also a day camp and classes/events you can attend there which is nice. The only cons I can find is that there can be some kids who are not into sharing or taking turns. There are others who just have no regard for the fact that little kids are there too. Running or pushing them out from other play-sets. And some who do dangerous climbing on the equipment and get aggressive toward you when you ask them to stop, then follow you when you move to other play areas with your kiddo then monopolize that play area till you move again. But maybe that was just my experience.

We arrived around 2:30 pm and found a parking spot in the parking lot. When I walked in, I was greeted warmly by a young woman at the register. I was able to get registered and pay $15 for the visit. We put our backpack and shoes in one of the cubbies lining one side of the lobby. They had snacks, drinks, and merchandise for sale. The gated play area is huge, with a variety of play areas and equipment, including a jungle gym, kidkraft playhouse, climbing wall, rope climbing net, swings, and the most popular of all, a Zipline that all the kids wanted to play on. We started at the area with the puzzles on the wall, then worked our way to the toddler fenced area. There were quite a few kids of all ages playing, but we didn't feel trampled on nor did my son react negatively to having kids near him. His favorite things turned out to be the puzzle wall, the light up fish tube in the back, and the pots and pans at the kidkraft playhouse. I ended up meeting two parents that were super friendly and helpful, and my son surprised me by playing ball with both of them, which he never does with strangers. I felt relieved that my son fit in with the kids and that I wasn't alone in having a special child. Most gyms I have felt anxiety because my son isn't like the other children of the same age, but I felt at home here. Thank you to the staff and parents for this welcoming experience, and I hope to be back with him soon!

Looking for somewhere new for my daughter to play, we visited this spot. Advertised as a play place…read morefor ages 0-5, I thought it would be a great experience as she'd recently turned 4. When we walked in, my first impression was that it was bit small. I was shocked when they told me that it was $26 for admission. Any thoughts I may have had of letting my infant play around fleeted away. That was quite expensive, particularly in comparison to similar places in Jacksonville and actually across the country. The place is cute though but probably better for very young kids. They have a water table, swings, small foam pit, small climbing apparatus with slides, dolls with bassinets, dress up clothes, and a few other things. After about 20 minutes, my daughter asked me if there was another room because she had played with everything already. Perhaps when our baby gets a little older we'll return without my older daughter. We'll see. I know they offer memberships but it would be hard for me to consider going there multiple times a month.

There were different areas/centers: kitchen, pet clinic, slides and swings, water table, etc. It is one big open space which is nice but also means there are toys everywhere and not always in the right "center" they are supposed to be in. They have a coffee machine and a snack area with water, milk, and juice options plus various snacks (fruit bars, goldfish, pirates booty, pringles, etc.). It's advertised for ages 0-5. My 5 year old had fun but felt like my 2.5 year old enjoyed it more. I'm glad we have something indoors for days when it's really hot or rainy. They also host birthday parties which I think would be best if they were private parties (not sure how they are setup). I can see us coming back!

Not overwhelming or loud for little kiddos. They were stocked with all sorts of toys and activities, including learning games, sensory toys and enrichment activities. There is something for every kid here. The workers are kind and friendly, and love interacting with the kids. Highly recommend! *picture covering kiddos eyes to protect privacy.*

We come here weekly for their classes: arts and craft, sensory touch, dance exercise, bubble & many many more. Every week it is something new and my little one is thriving here. The staff is super sweet and welcoming. The playground and toys are super clean and they mop/wipe down everything daily. The families that come here are so nice and kind, everyone's so friendly and I feel safe bringing my little one here. Highly recommend for those that are looking to make new mom/dad friends while your Little's socialize and hang out with each other. They also do birthday parties here and other events. I can't wait for our first party here in a few weeks. They provide party planner, decor, space etc. you name it, they have it!!
