    Disgusting toilet

Very unclean. Nothing appeared to be cleaned in quite some time. The floors looked disgusting and when we left my kids socks were black! Dust everywhere! When we went to use the restroom the toilet had mold growing inside it. They had posters stating they used Clorox but it's highly unlikely. They need to hire a cleaning crew asap as current employees lazy hanging out in filth.

So listen! I had my daughters 4th birthday party there 3/4/23 and she had a blast! The kids and parents also had a blast. I was nervous from reading previous comments but again everyone has a different experience. The staff was amazing as well. They allowed me to assist them with setting the party up. Kiara the front desk assistant and our part host did the dang thing! Kept everything running smoothly! 10/10 I recommend for your part needs. You show up, they provide the food, they set up and clean up! You get a nice bang for your bucks!

Great rainy day activity (aka operation wear them out)! We were able to reserve a space and time online ahead of time so our wait to get in was less than 30 seconds. The room monitors are attentive and the equipment appears clean. The kids enjoy them, too! One of the pieces looks like American Ninja Warrior!

A great place for kids! My kid loves coming here. From the moment kids arrive the place is transformed into a high energy atmosphere that kids love. Music bubbles and bounce houses and slides are in each room. Pump it up isn't cheap though. They do not let you bring in your own food or drink - you have to buy it as part of a package. A 2 hour birthday party will cost you north of $340 and you are hustled from room to room as other parties are waiting for the space you are vacating. I mean - it's a genius business that costs a lot. While the kids are playing they take pictures and sell them to the parents. Apart from the obvious avariciousness of the whole thing..... kids love it. I don't think it is really a good value for what you get BUT they are professional and if you have the dough, your kid will have a kickass birthday party. I am taking one star off a five star review because of the value component - otherwise it's a winner.

Good place to take kids 3 and up. Inflatable bounce houses and slides. The kids had a good time. It's a good rainy day activity.

I also love it because I don't have to really worry about him getting into things he shouldn't. Somebody in a review complained about the owner, but I think she's a sweet lady. I really liked the community feel. I don't mind someone getting onto my kid, reasonably, if he is doing something he shouldn't. I think my favorite room is the quiet room. I love the cricket sounds, the fish lava lamps, for lack of a better word, and the fiber optic things. I mean I could take a nap in there. Everything is clean and tidy. I 100% recommend this place to anybody with little kids.

She uncomfortably monitored like a warden everything that the children were doing. We could barely take pictures because she was always in the way. She even told one of the children playing on the slide to stop going up the opposite way. We felt uncomfortable being there. Amongst other things, basketballs/balls were deflated so that the children could not bounce them for basketball. Save your money and go to surge or rent a bounce house. I wouldn't take my pet back there. Further, She used a racial slurr when confronted about her lack of service. She will NOT be in business for long. I strongly do not recommend this establishment. It's because of clients that she's in business. If google allowed videos I would upload her unprofessionalism.

She was helpful, kind, and made our experience much better. Unfortunately, I had a very different experience with two of the managers in purple. One was a woman with dreadlocks, and the other was a woman who wore glasses. Both came across as extremely rude and unwelcoming. I honestly don't understand how customers can be treated that way, especially when families are spending a significant amount of money to celebrate and enjoy themselves. Customer service matters, and the way we were treated left a really bad impression. I appreciate Jade for being so great, but unfortunately, because of the experience with management, I will not be returning to Kids Empire

At first I wasn't going to order a sandwich but someone else ordered before me and the host had the building smelling delicious from the food. It was very nice ,they had a small table for the birthday kids and it was only opened for the guest of the party. I was unsure to bring my five year old but to my surprise they had a big kid game area too! Staff was very nice and accommodating. While my daughter played I ordered a breakfast sandwich, served on a croissant with bacon, egg and cheese. It was so delicious! I also ordered an ice coffee. The area is gated so you can let your children play while you enjoy your breakfast and coffee at the table. I have been before not in a birthday setting and I've seen parents have their laptops, so it's a nice place to bring your children if you have work to catch up on while they can play.

I love the variety they have in activities and are thoughtful on the different tactics to practice survivor experiences as well as strength. Of course we do have our favorite teachers, but all of them really are well trained, friendly and pay great attention to the students. They have great changing stations, plenty of room to prepare before class and clean-up after - even for the parents, since we have to join the baby classes till they can attend on their own. We only have 1 kid, but we see how parents of 2 or more are enjoying bringing their kids to attend classes around similar times. Our only complaint is that the school is so far from us!! I wish they had more branches on the west / north side - but we tried other swimming schools but they either don't have well trained teachers, host classes in adult gyms (which I don't feel comfortable with), or lack a strong community. So that's why we choose to make the average 1.3 hour commute (total) every week bc it's worth it.
