This coffee machine is awesome! Tasted great

This place is too cool! I came to take a Mommy and me cooking class, making fresh pasta! The class was great, made our own dinner! Walking in the building is beautiful! looked brand new and very modern! They were playing a kids movie on a huge screen maybe 14 feet tall! The idea is this is a co working / community space ...meaning you can join their membership then have access to all the cool things they offer! They do yoga classes, special events, kids nights out, immersion room ( looked awesome! makes it feel like your there 360 projection all around the room! ) If I lived closer I would really consider joining! The location is excellent right next to restaurants and shops in Nocatee. You do not have to be a member to take some of the classes!

We went when the weather was 70 degrees, which was perfect because the kids worked up a sweat! The staff was present and available. There was a kid inside the bounce house being reckless and the staff quickly rectified the situation. The place was clean and felt safe. FunBox is located in the Avenues Mall parking lot. They have Porta potties in the area, but you can leave and go to the mall food court restrooms if you prefer. As long as you keep your wristband on, you can come and go as you please. Adults must accompany their kids (no dropping off your kid and leaving), seating is first come first serve, there's a snow cone stand ($6.00) and a free shoe store area. You can bring your own water and snacks in. Nonslip socks are required. You can bring your own or purchase some at FunBox. Music was good and it was a fun time. If your kid likes bounce houses, then they'll love this place. It's HUGE! My picture doesn't do it justice. SN: I read some of the proceeds of Funbox goes to foster care kids. A company doing good things for society is a plus!

The tour we took was 1.5 hours long. They broke us up into groups of about 40. We could always hear our tour guide easily, and she gave us a lot of information about each animal. The animals looked well cared for. For those who need a ride on the walking tour, there are golf carts. They provide bottled water, if you need it. Younger kids or those with shorter attention spans may get antsy or cranky, but I think it is a very enjoyable and unique tour. No photos are allowed on the tour for safety and logistical reasons. Honestly, it is nice to just enjoy the moment and not stress about optimal angles and lighting. A port-a-potty is available. The tour is a must-do in the area!

While the staff can't control the weather, it seemed as though they could've done more so that the animals would be more comfortable in the heat! The day ended up being miserably uncomfortable for us, as well as the animals. Some were impatiently pacing in their cages. Some were just lying around in the dirt. Two were recovering from surgeries. All of the animals looked well cared for and some were enjoying some snacks while we were there. Our "walking tour" included a walk around the facility to each animal's habitat and the guide discussing multiple facts about the animals lives and journey to the Reserve. Start to finish, it took about an hour and included a bottled water. I'd recommend strollers for your kids. It's an unsafe place to allow young children to wander around. The "public" restroom is a port-o-let outside the gated entrance to the reserve. It was just as clean as the ones at a football game/concert! There is no gift shop but they do ask for donations and give you a t-shirt in return. In movie terms, the reserve is the equivalent of a low-budget film. It's saving grace is the effort to keep these animals alive, but as they all grow, I feel like this "low-budget film will not be able to keep up with the demand! Too few employees for so many demanding large animals.

But while we were busy cruising up and down town center boulevard, we found that our kids would be tremendously bored. Up until late last year the only form of entertainment we could provide them during a long day of shopping at the town center was the mall choo-choo train that costs us almost an Andrew Jackson for a 3 minute simulation of weaving between traffic for our 2 kids. Sure we could bring them to the beautiful pond at the center of the mall in front of the Italian restaurant, but with the lack of railings if we don't keep a close eye on them, they could literally be swimming with the fishes (or turtles or ducks)! Thank goodness for the Wolfson's Play Shore for providing our kids a break from all the commercialism. The name itself is reminiscent of the wonderful beaches that attract people to Jacksonville and the colorful sea life play structures continue with this aquatic theme. In regards to safety they've got you covered from top to bottom. The area is shaded and the flooring is made up of that finely ground tire rubber that makes you feel like you're wearing moon shoes. There is ample seating all around the area along with anti bacterial soap dispensers. Once the kids are all pooped out, it's back to the endless grind of spending our hard earned money. I'm glad a play area is finally here. If a free pitstop to unload your kids energy isn't your cup of tea, there's always the choo-choo.

He's really into parkour, and the weekly program gives him a great mix of structured learning and active play. The instructors are friendly and knowledgeable, and I appreciate that they break the kids into smaller groups of about eight, which helps keep things more manageable. That said, with so many kids in the gym at once, it can get a bit chaotic. The instructors rotate frequently, which makes it harder to track individual progress, but on the plus side, it means my son gets to learn from different coaching styles. The staff is on the younger side, but they bring a lot of energy and enthusiasm, which keeps the kids engaged. One thing I really like is how they change up the course and layout every week and focus on different themes to keep things fresh and exciting. Overall, it's been a great experience, and my son always looks forward to going. A little more consistency with coaching would be nice, but if your kid is into parkour, this is a great place to train and have fun! They also offer a paid trial class and fee for open gym if you're interested in checking it out. They also have themed special events such as Fortnite Night, Minecraft, Ninja Warrior Night, etc. They also offer options for camp and focused clinics.
