Take advantage of the summer fun pass or the monthly membership. We've been going to Chuck E. Cheese all summer about 2-3 times a week to let the kids play and ride rides. They absolutely love it and it keeps us out of the Texas hot sun. Stuffed crust pizza is good, wings are surprisingly delicious but the star of the show is the salad bar buffet! Lots of options and we love the jello. I do hate that they got ride of boiled eggs and sunflower seeds. But the pass and go daily it's worth. 100 credits will last you 1-2 hours of game play since each game is only 1 token! Great atmosphere and Chuck E. Cheese himself comes out to great kids often! We went on a Friday at 1, and it was just us a maybe 4-6 other families for hours. The gentleman and girl he was training working were both very nice and explained mostly everything to us. They had a summer promotion going on, but we ended up going with a Groupon that included a large pizza, 4 drinks and two 60 minute play passes. Kids claimed it was the "best day ever", score! We were helped with prizes, and boy did they have a lot of tickets to add up as my son Howard's them for years but they were very patient and kind with him. Only thing that sucks is that you can only pause play card ONCE, that wasn't explained to us so my son paused it to check out the new trampoline park and then went to pause again when the food came (guy delivered to our table, which was super nice of him!) but it wouldn't do it, so he missed out on 15 mins or so of play time. There are new games. Lots of TVs and Chuck E Cheese came out 2 times and danced with the kids in the 3 hours were there. Bathrooms were tidy. Trampoline park doesn't have an attendant, kids were going in there with shoes, someone spilled something (or at least I hope it was a drink spilled and not something else...). It was my son's 5th birthday and we decided to celebrate by heading to good ol' Chuck E. Cheese!! We went on a Tuesday, which their special is 2 large 1 topping pizzas for $22. THEN, they have a promotion going until the September 20th, that if you spend more than $20, you get an hour of all you can play. SCORE!! When we arrived, a not so enthusiastic gentleman told us the rules and then said we have to take a family selfie and show it to the staff before we leave instead of the stamp. Meh. Not the best solution but hopefully it works out for everybody. We ordered one sausage and one pepperoni then a couple of sodas and waters. Our total out of pocket for three hours was $28 for a family of 4, AND we took home leftovers. So the place was definitely a ghost town which I wasn't complaining, but they didn't have all of the games running and Chuck E. Cheese was apparently on "vacation." That was super disappointing because it would've been great for the kiddos to see him dancing and interacting with everybody. I get it....Covid, Covid, Covid. Still sucks!! There was only one sanitizing area and although it wasn't packed, there were 5 families there total, and I didn't see any staff wiping down machines or taking any precautions other than standing around with a mask on. Yet still no dancing mouse.... I love that there is a pause station for your card, in case the kiddos need to use the restroom or PIZZA break!! The pizza was actually pretty darn good for what it was. I was impressed!! I also like how they had an option to pay $1 for extra 100 tickets. Just so you can get up to that extra tier. The gentleman behind the counter was actually very patient and helped us out a lot, big difference from opener guy. So firstly Sydney. Her attitude was VERY VERY nasty she had her AirPods in and were literally throwing the prizes to the kids at the ticket counter. We purchased extra items for my nieces birthday and someone was in line in front of us she mugged the lady and didn't care that this place was for KIDS. She definitely doesn't deserve to be in an occupation dealing with kids. I called to report the issue and spoke with Scott who is said to be the GM of this location and he brushed it off and told me oh it's the first time I've heard something about her and thank you for reporting this and end of the phone call. We had the best time last night! Gin was very helpful in explaining what would be best for us game wise. I got the 90 minute card because my husband wanted to play with my kids while my sister picked the card with points so she could come back later and use what they didn't use. The pizza was so good!!! I really enjoyed the buttery crust! I also had some receipts from tickets we earned back in 2018 and 2019 (pre-COVID) and they didn't even question me wanting to redeem them which allowed my daughter to get a higher prize than I thought she would get. Hello here is the review I left on my Yelp Review for this past Sunday and I plan on speaking about this on my radio show this week! Please forward this to the management team this was just a bad place! OK, where to start with this one! AH yes, one word comes to mind "REALLY"!  Here's the deal, this particular Chuck-E-Cheese location is absolutely horrendous! It shows that Management is horrendous! The pizza is horrendous, as a person who talks about food on a weekly basis though my Radio show and restaurants reviews I have a sense how a restaurant should run both a local and at a celebrity level this place is not it! I don't get what this particular place is trying to do if you want to bring your kids here to play video games or and you don't really care about your time and the value of your dollar when it comes to great food this is a place for you! The pizza was horrendous I've eaten Pizza all over the Dallas-Fort Worth area, the Philippines, and Los Angeles I have to say this is the worst Pizza that I've ever had in my life! We ordered coffee the staff member said the coffee be ready  2 minutes I literally had to chase down someone almost 15 minutes to get the coffee and there was no offer for sugar or cream and  I had to go stand at the front counter for approximately 6 minutes just for someone to hand me cream and sugar because she was in the back getting stuff to restock the Salad Bar. This is not her fault because there was a Team member standing around talking about nothing this unacceptable! As a person that works with restaurants and listen to what restaurateurs, chefs, and people who run restaurants, this place breaks all of the rules! This is one of my favorite locations in the area. It's newer and cleaner. I love the all-you-can-play game cards by time. I can get a lot of play out of it for the price. Most games give tickets to trade in for prizes so that's a plus. The food is pricey but the pizza is good. I like that they have a child stamp security system where they will check the adults/adults entering and exiting. Great place to come to get your kids out of the house. read more

Horrible customer service from a manager who was a very large lady, with red short hair that I had never seen before. I made it mistake with the purchase of my card by purchasing points instead of play time. Either way I would have spent $20. But my kid was scanning the card a lot with out a game plan in mind and I didn't think it was a big deal. Then bam , points were gone with in 20 minutes instead of the hour I thought I had. She blamed me and said it was my fault. I didn't want a refund, I just wanted my play time. She had no introduction and no smile. I am disappointed in how our service was handled by management today at this location. I ordered a large one topping pizzas at 5pm. At 5:16 I inquired after it and was told it was coming out of the oven. I asked about it again at 5:30 and was told it was in the oven. At 5:40 I asked for the manager and he wouldn't come out. I told one of the employees I think at this point I should get the pizzas free. He told his manager and he still completely ignores me. I love taking my kids here! It's close to my house, it's always clean and the employees are always super nice. It's a great way to do something fun with your kids and. It spend a ton of money. The games are only one token each which is nice when compared to main event. $2.50 a game! But Chuck E. Cheese is geared more for the younger kids. As far as all of the negative reviews about the food, I've never once came to Chuck E. Cheese to get a 5 star meal! The pizza is average. It is definitely not gross. People are funny. But something that does seem to be important when coming to an arcade is the functionality of the games. I have run into one game, one time that was not functioning.
