Back again! Today we did unlimited 45 minute pass on our card(we remembered the bring our from last time and saved from having to buy a new one) which was still fun. My daughter loves CEC's. Today we were the first ones to arrive and it was clean! There was even an employee walking around spraying the tables and equipment. All of the games were working too!

It was my son's 5th birthday and we decided to celebrate by heading to good ol' Chuck E. Cheese!! We went on a Tuesday, which their special is 2 large 1 topping pizzas for $22. THEN, they have a promotion going until the September 20th, that if you spend more than $20, you get an hour of all you can play. SCORE!! When we arrived, a not so enthusiastic gentleman told us the rules and then said we have to take a family selfie and show it to the staff before we leave instead of the stamp. Meh. Not the best solution but hopefully it works out for everybody. We ordered one sausage and one pepperoni then a couple of sodas and waters. Our total out of pocket for three hours was $28 for a family of 4, AND we took home leftovers. So the place was definitely a ghost town which I wasn't complaining, but they didn't have all of the games running and Chuck E. Cheese was apparently on "vacation." That was super disappointing because it would've been great for the kiddos to see him dancing and interacting with everybody. I get it....Covid, Covid, Covid. Still sucks!! There was only one sanitizing area and although it wasn't packed, there were 5 families there total, and I didn't see any staff wiping down machines or taking any precautions other than standing around with a mask on. Yet still no dancing mouse.... I love that there is a pause station for your card, in case the kiddos need to use the restroom or PIZZA break!! The pizza was actually pretty darn good for what it was. I was impressed!! I also like how they had an option to pay $1 for extra 100 tickets. Just so you can get up to that extra tier. The gentleman behind the counter was actually very patient and helped us out a lot, big difference from opener guy. The kiddos had a blast, spaced out enough to not give me anxiety, pizza was great, and service ended on a fabulous note!! Bring back Chuck and I'm all for coming back on a regular basis!!

We had a great time at this location. It is new and modern. The staff was very accommodating to the birthday party we attended. The pizza is delicious and the salad bar is clean and fresh. Would reccomend.

Hello here is the review I left on my Yelp Review for this past Sunday and I plan on speaking about this on my radio show this week! Please forward this to the management team this was just a bad place! OK, where to start with this one! AH yes, one word comes to mind "REALLY"!  Here's the deal, this particular Chuck-E-Cheese location is absolutely horrendous! It shows that Management is horrendous! The pizza is horrendous, as a person who talks about food on a weekly basis though my Radio show and restaurants reviews I have a sense how a restaurant should run both a local and at a celebrity level this place is not it! I don't get what this particular place is trying to do if you want to bring your kids here to play video games or and you don't really care about your time and the value of your dollar when it comes to great food this is a place for you! The pizza was horrendous I've eaten Pizza all over the Dallas-Fort Worth area, the Philippines, and Los Angeles I have to say this is the worst Pizza that I've ever had in my life! We ordered coffee the staff member said the coffee be ready  2 minutes I literally had to chase down someone almost 15 minutes to get the coffee and there was no offer for sugar or cream and  I had to go stand at the front counter for approximately 6 minutes just for someone to hand me cream and sugar because she was in the back getting stuff to restock the Salad Bar. This is not her fault because there was a Team member standing around talking about nothing this unacceptable! As a person that works with restaurants and listen to what restaurateurs, chefs, and people who run restaurants, this place breaks all of the rules! This place it's just unacceptable I don't know if this is a management issue I don't know if this is a company-wide issue but I will assure you that I plan on sending this review along with an email to Chuck-E-Cheese Corporate office because again this is unacceptable and here's the cost of what we went through it cost us 30 bucks okay, of course, that was $10 worth of games even my stepdaughter who loves pizza hated it didn't even eat half a slice! I have never seen my stepdaughter in the almost four years that I've known her turn down pizza, She absolutely hated it and made a face when she tasted it so for what it's worth I would suggest that you read the reviews especially this Chuck E cheese but all the Chuck E Cheese Location because this place again is not even worth rating so with that being said: "Beware"! https://www.yelp.com/biz/chuck-e-cheeses-fort-worth-6?hrid=q5r3QC9TdjLfVq2614mTCw&utm_source=ashare&utm_medium=share_sheet&utm_campaign=review&utm_content=button_bar

They're actually pretty generous with the timing--honestly, before the hour is up I'm usually ready for my color to be called! Right now I'm mostly in the toddler area, which has plenty to keep little ones busy and entertained. That said, the facility could definitely use some updates. A number of the wall activities were out of order, and the toys and play areas could benefit from a deeper, more frequent cleaning. They do have a small kitchen offering pizza, fries, burgers, and more. The food is decent--nothing amazing--but it gets the job done. Just be prepared for a bit of a wait. Overall, the staff is friendly, the concept is great, and it's an excellent place to let your kids burn off some serious energy. With a little upkeep, this place could easily be top-tier. Definitely recommend.

Think big slides, trampoline, soft play climbing obstacles, and ball pits. They have a designated area for toddlers 4 years and younger. It's a good idea for parents to still supervise since older kids tend to sneak into the area. For those who need a break from running around, there's a spot with books, puzzles/games, building blocks, grocery shopping, train set, etc. No outside food or beverages allowed. They have a cafe to purchase food with plenty of seats available to rest and/or eat. I like that they have multiple family friendly restrooms that are kept relatively clean. Make sure you bring grippy socks for the kiddos. Adults also need socks to run around the play area. I would say Cheeky Monkeys is pretty pricey compared to other indoor play places. They charge on an hourly basis unlike other locations that include unlimited play for the day without time restriction. Look out for their holiday specials, which typically includes a discount for 2 hours of play along with special activities (e.g. arts/craft and games). You can also book birthday parties here. On party days, it can get pretty loud and busy.

The package we received $10 in video games (no prize games) and unlimited attractions: golf, rides, laser tag, go carts There were 2 attendants that appeared to be working. One stayed at the cars -it was the most popular-possibly because there was an attendant there so it looked operational. All other attractions we had to go find an attendant and that was quite difficult. Plenty of employees walking around but none working attractions. We finally found one person and she seemed responsible for all of them. So only one ride at a time could be operated. That is ridiculous since we paid for unlimited and only one closed at a time. Pizza was supposed to be ready at 11:45 -we had 1 sorcerer for more than 30 people! Too much for one person. Pizzas were not delivered until 12:10 and only 2 at a time and were served 2 slices at a time by waitress. We then had to wait to get 2 more pizzas. So we spent A LOT of time waiting for rides and food and very little time participating in the activities. Pizza was terrible -think kid pizza. Not one participant asked for seconds. Worse than Main Event pizza It could be improved with staff! And better food

The bounce area is awesome, but I wish they had mirrors on the backside/ ceiling so caregivers can still watch the kiddos from the floor, otherwise if you're a spectator there are blind spots all over and you're suppose to by another entry fee if you enter any of the play areas. The backside of the bounce area has wall climbing and obstacles for teens, or really tall kids able to make the reach, and I like the large soft basketball area. The sky walk SAYS 48" to participate on the sign but their tape (where the kids measure the height) is well above the 48", unless all other doctors' offices height markers are wrong and Catapult is the measuring authority, but that was disappointing particularly when it appeared the staffer was picking and choosing who had to get measured. Kids notice everything, especially any perceived favoritism or injustice. We went on a weekend, and it was so loud and packed with birthday parties that highlighted a few issues I'd recommend considering. - There are not enough shoe cubbies, shoes were stacked in piles all over the place leaving an impression of disorganization. - Food was everywhere! Kids were running around with slices of birthday cake, icing fingers, plates etc. recommend sectioning off areas were food and drink may be consumed and placing obvious trash bins nearby. The outside was equally full of trash, but it was a windy day and that could have just blown in from another location. -Ensure the height requirement posted is the same as what's enforced. Overall, an ok spot if guardian is going to participate with the child in the ball pit or other soft spaces but I recommend going when big kids are at school. For the big kids, this is good for the 8-10 yr range when they are tall enough to participate in all activities.
