$4.49 for these whack fries.

This place is Dirty, games don't work, the racing games lagged so bad, we won a jackpot on one of the games and the gaming attendant tried to lie and said we didn't play the game to win it. The tickets we won were less than what the jackpot stated on the game itself but they didn't issue us what we were supposed to win and blamed it on the glitched game and told us not to play it anymore. Sorry, but own up to it and give Whats due. The food here sucks as well. Their salad bar got weak since they took out so much toppings, and their fries are a disgrace to the potato family. They couldn't even fill the basket up or fry it right. I'll attach a photo. The games here are like games they bought from a refurbished place or from Temu type. Easily to be broken.

I visited on a Saturday and purchased two cards for 30 min of play time. I later noticed that many games were out of order or temporarily unavailable. It seems there are fewer games than there used to be. However, my child really enjoyed the playground and trampoline area.

Their staff said families are gambling with this machine!

It's been over a week since I filed a complaint about the way my family was treated on 9/23/25, and still no response or apology from Chuck E. Cheese. We lost over 100 tokens from a broken machine, and the supervisor told us it was "our fault" and even called it "gambling" -- at a kids' arcade! This is unacceptable and shows zero accountability or respect for loyal members.

Old game

The prices have gone way up and the quality of the old games have stayed the same. And even though there are people fixing the games a majority still do not work. Ages 3-6 is probably the ones that would have fun here since the games are just super old or very kiddy games.

Basket of overly priced fries.

Salad bar = And $5 for a small amount of fries that cost $1 to make. Really? How cheap can you get on the food yet jack up the prices? Used to come here a lot and the basket of fries are filled! Went to the front to ask this is all the fries for $5? Even the fast food place serves more fries than this! I get it, it is over priced because it is Chunk E Cheese...but pls do better!

Menu, game prices as of May 2024

It's Chuck E Cheese, they're all the same. This location recently got new games and a small trampoline area. The games sometimes break and eat your points, make sure you flag an employee to give you back the points (they can see every transaction on your card). Personally think the trampoline is expensive for such a small area but to each their own. "All you can jump" is $15 with game purchase or $25 without game purchase. You need nonslip socks. The pizza is terrible, go to Creasian instead. The kids love this place and it isn't too bad when you go during non-busy hours. Another pro tip, buy gift cards from Costco at almost 25% off regular price!

If you're in…read moreSacramento with little ones, this is easily one of the best ways to spend a morning or afternoon. You can easily spend half a day here without anyone getting bored. What We Loved Immersive Play: The range of play structures is incredible. Our kids were obsessed with the recreations of famous children's books--walking through Mr. McGregor's Farm felt like stepping right into a storybook. Animals & Nature: Beyond the slides and climbing, the petting zoo and the peaceful Japanese pond (Urashima Taro) provided a great change of pace for the kids. Interactive Learning: The children's theatre is a gem. They have dedicated storytime and puppet shows that kept the toddlers completely engaged. Why It's a Must-Visit What makes this place even more amazing is that it's a non-profit. Knowing that your $10 admission (an absolute steal for the quality of the park!) goes back into maintaining such a creative space for the community makes the experience even better. It's right across from the Sacramento Zoo, so you can make a full day of it in Land Park if you have the energy! Perfect for ages 1-6, but even older kids will enjoy the nostalgia and creative structures.

Amusement park in Sac (Land Park)…read more Currently, admission is $10/person. (Kids under two are free.) They also have some member options that are worth it if you plan to go frequently. Parking can get a bit difficult, since it's also close to the Zoo and Funderland. There are areas to slide, climb, and play. Also, there are animals (goats, rabbits, chickens/rooster, ox, mini horse, pigs) inside. The gift shop mostly contains generic items that don't say Fairytale Town, which don't make for the best of souvenirs. If you've never been here before, you can likely count on your kid enjoying at least a couple of hours here before getting bored. I'd say it's geared more for the younger children...older kids would probably benefit more from visiting the other two nearby attractions.

My partner's sister planned out an amazing and super cute birthday party for her adorable child! She went all out on the decorations and food! The staff was very friendly and helped with everything from the set up and activities to clean up. When we had about 30 minutes left they also reminded us that everyone will have to leave right when the session is over or a few minutes before because they probably need to do a deep clean for another reservation. The booking lasted between 2 to 2.5 hours and it was just the right amount of time for kids to play around and for everyone to enjoy the food! I liked how there was an accessible sink and plenty of trash cans and paper towels available for messes. There are also clean bathrooms with slippers available right inside of the gymnasium. I mainly chose the classes based on the time because my little one's nap time is still unpredictable, but the staff was very accommodating. I was allowed to enroll in the later one and show up to the earlier class if the timing works. Being from out of town, the timing and schedule doesn't always work. I had to cancel before due to illness. I appreciate how accommodating the owner and staff were, especially of the unpredictability of toddlers. Anywhere with a bunch of toddlers is always chaotic and the environment felt safe. There was an agenda, but if the little bosses wanted to do their own thing, they were allowed. It was my toddler's first time in a gym exposed to so many kids of his own age. He was more engaging with the equipment than the other kids, but still had a lot of fun. If I'm in town for longer durations, I would definitely sign up again!
