Brought my daughter 6 family members for a small get together. The cashier was texting the entire time we were ordering. I could see her screen on a group chat while she giggled and texted. (She also didn't try to stamp our hands, but I didn't care that much.) We chose a table (with NO reserved signs on it) and were asked to move so they could set up for their parties they had the next day. After about 20 min, Surprise, our order came out wrong. Pizza was completely wrong and the fries were still cold/raw. When I tried asking an employee (that had his AirPods in) for help, he told me if the food was there, it was our order so we had to find someone else to just get us the pizza we ordered/paid for. I usually pay $13 before tax for my son's personal pepperoni pizza at Chuck E. Cheese in San Diego. But here in El Centro, the exact same pizza cost me $16. Why? Because they charge $2.59 for pepperoni whether you're ordering a tiny personal pizza or an XL -- which makes zero sense. This 'personal' pizza is barely the size of 1-2 regular slices, yet the upcharge is the same as a large. It's a ridiculous price jump, especially in a city where the minimum wage is lower than San Diego. Come on, Chuck E. Cheese. Do better. read more

We celebrated our precious boys bday this evening and it was amazing!! Cynthia and Issac were phenomenal. Customer service was beyond what I expected and the entire facility, including the salad bar, bathrooms and games area were super clean. The entire process of booking the bday event until the end (we paid after party was over), was top notch! I decided to bring my son to Chuck E. Cheese for his birthday at first we had lots of fun he played games and we sand happy birthday, but it all started going down when we headed to the prize area, 1st of all you can barely even get good prizes with 200 tickets you can only get a small little car at most for 200 tickets, second of all some employees barely even pay attention to there job my son says he felt like he was talking to himself when picking out the prizes also the arcade machines were greasy and just disgusting although I don't blame Chuck E. Cheese for the dirty arcade machines, so my experience was pretty bad will definitely go somewhere else next time for my sons birthday. read more

This was the best experience for my family. They took care of us like royalty.The staff was amazing and chuck E was awesome he had my grandkids excited and gave all his attention to all the kids. The every-kid's-a-winner promotion is a total scam. Kids get a few free tickets just for showing up but Cheese lowered the ticket payouts on all the games. Case in point: The meteor blaster payout went from 50 to 25. I'm probably not going back here until they bump the payouts back up and add another Justin Beiber action figure set to the wall. Cheese, you frugal rat you should be ashamed of yourself. Be careful about bringing 2 year olds here. They are generally horrified by the animatronic Cheese as well as the suited Cheese that makes it rain tickets. Think twice about putting your toddler in the hurricane chamber ticket blaster. As funny as it is for us it can be very traumatizing for a young child. I gave three stars because the Pizza is ok, it's nice for birthdays and the staff is generally friendly. read more

Been here a couple of times, both of which was superb. The staff is the best, so nice and they like to have just as much fun as the kids. Pizza was delicious unlike some other Chuckie places I've been where the pizza is burnt. The tables and games are well kept, clean, and fun. If there's a problem with a game just ask/tell the staff. Never had a problem. The whole family enjoyed this particular CC's. On a side note my family has been to quite a few chuckie cheese establishments an this one in the valley is by far the best and cleanest! Great place! read more

This chuckee cheese is small but has a lot of good games. The only problem and really the reason why i give it a 1 star is because the service was hooooorriibblleee. Not only that but all the different chuckees we have visited no matter how slow it is even if it is a couple of kids chuckee still comes out and dances with the kids. The chuckee here did not come out. I had to go ask if he was coming out and aike 15 min later he just came out waved threw a few tickets and left. He didnt perform or anything. Mother of God... Where do I begin??? Took a trip down to the valley to visit with family and attend a cousin's B-Day party. Let's start with positive's first I guess, the birthday hostess was very polite and helpful... a, a, aand that's it! Pizza was cold and barely cut (i.e. fought like hell to cut out my own slices out the damn thing), salad bar was a hot mess, seemed like every other game I tried was out of order and on top of that, where was the employee in charge of fixing/repairing said games??? And chuck... CHUCK! I know it's not the most exciting job to put on the suit but gee whiz!!! It seemed like Chuck E. Cheese "checked out" before he even went on stage. I've never seen someone soo uninterested, KID, it's what you get paid to do! I can't imagine what it costs to throw an 8 year olds birthday party here but I'll tell you this, I know where I'm NOT going to spend my hard earned money if I have any kids. There are few times in life when a meal is so expertly crafted and planned that it is nothing short of genius. Last night, I had one of these meals. The pizza was bombdiggity. But the server was even more bomb diggity. My family had reserved a party there for my little brother and our server was a young beautiful long haired angelic-like girl named Alyssa.
