Second visit was even better than the first!…read more We asked the kids when we were leaving what their favorite part was and neither could come up with just one. As for us grandmas, our favorite part was watching the kids have such a great time and being able to let them free to be kids. "uhh I've been to Disney, what is... *this*" But as it turns out, 7 year olds aren't necessarily as cynical was 40-somethings and he had a really great time here. I wasn't really sure what to expect, so for those curious, here's what you can expect if you follow our plan to pretty much just try and check out everything they have to offer: -Take pictures with a bunch of animatronic dinosaurs -Ride mechanical dinosaurs (think mechanical bull for kids) -Ride electronic dinosaurs that drive around like slow go-karts -5 minute train ride around the park (better for littles) -Play in 2 bounce houses -Visit a room basically made out of dry erase boards with 1,000 dry erase markers and go crazy. -Look for dinosaur bones in a sandbox -Watch a 10-ish minute show (it's pretty low budget, but littles will enjoy) -Play a shooting game on a big projection screen. -Axe throwing (not working right when we visited) -A virtual reality ride that's a bit outdated, but probably cool for kids. -Play in another sandbox with cool overhead lighting to make it look like a mountain -There was another game on a projection screen that was supposed to be triggered by your movement, but it was also not working right. -Indoor playground There was also another activity that required additional money that we did not participate in. Our son really thought it was a great day, so I'm happy we came.

My only complaint is it felt very stuffy and not well air-conditioned or ventilated. After 2 hours of play on a hot Houston morning, the kids were flushed and everyone was dripping in sweat! "Socks only" play in the main play zone, which hosts a big structure, 2 stories, basically a kids' obstacle course. So many things to jump on, climb, and slide down, made mostly of foam and inflatable material for cushioning. Adults have plenty of seating right in front of the play zone, where they could enjoy a coffee or concessions and enjoy a mom's meetup. They have a few hot & iced coffees available to order, along with some grab & go bottled drinks. There are also a couple of private rooms for hosting parties. Came here for a friend's birthday party, and the kids (ages 2 to 5) had a blast.... They spent a pretty penny ($700 for the middle tier "Premier" package) but it included: - Admission for 15 kiddos - A face painter hired for an hour - Dance party & photos with the monkey mascot - Meal (chicken nuggets & pizza) plus snacks - Room decorations & cake cutting - Gift Bags for guests Food is pretty decent. Cute spot for fun & safe play. ...Just wish they kept the temperature a bit cooler, with so much activity.

We had a…read morewonderful visit with two small kiddos (ages 5 & 8) and they loved every minute of their experience here. Our small group started with miniature pony brushing and then got to dress up their animals in various accessories. From there they got on smaller horses with a guide leading them and learned basic skills, like stopping (whoa) and had a lot of fun riding around the enclosed area circle. They even played a few games like red light green light. After that they learned to walk with the miniature ponies and even got to take them over a jump and through an obstacle course. We then finished the day with a little carriage ride with the owner, Paige. The highlight of their visit (they said later) was learning to clean out a horse stall. Who knew they loved cleaning so much! All of the guides were wonderful. The main gal that did the instructing was just so lovely and sweet to the kids explaining everything with patience. Definitely a must visit for anyone looking for this kind of experience in the area.

I truly hate to write a review like this, but as a fellow business owner, I believe in the…read moreimportance of customer service. I always strive to treat people well, even in moments where I may feel I'm right. That's just part of doing good business. Back in August 2019, I rented the Dripping Slime bus for our kids and nephew to make slime. The owner was kind and respectful, even though the air conditioning wasn't working in the Houston heat. I chalked it up to growing pains since she had just started the business, and I appreciated her professionalism and warmth. Fast forward to yesterday, I was excited to bring my 3-year-old daughter to the storefront for her first slime experience. She wasn't born yet during our first encounter, but she's really into slime now, so I thought this would be perfect. When we walked in, the initial staff was welcoming, although they didn't seem to know about our reservation. No big deal they got us started right away. There were a few teenage boys working, and while it was clear they were still learning how to engage with customers, they were polite, helpful, and attentive. Everything was fine until the owner arrived. The moment she walked in, the energy completely shifted. I instantly recognized her as the woman who helped us in 2019, and I was genuinely looking forward to congratulating her on the success of opening a storefront and offering encouragement. But I never got that chance. She came in with a visible attitude and immediately began loudly scolding and cursing at the teenage staff, right in front of customers and children. Her language was inappropriate, and the tone was aggressive. There were only two customers present: myself and another mother with her young son. My daughter is just 3 years old, and the other kids in the space couldn't have been more than 10. None of us were acknowledged or greeted, just subjected to that energy. It was uncomfortable, unprofessional, and extremely disappointing. The entire atmosphere shifted in a way that no parent would want their child around. What hurts most is that I intentionally chose this business over other options, like Slimoo, because I wanted to support a Black-owned business. But as a community, we have to do better. Success isn't just about having a great product or idea, it's about how you treat people. And the repeated complaints in her reviews about poor customer service suggest this isn't a one-time thing. Unfortunately, I won't be returning or recommending this place. The teenagers there did their best, and I feel for them, as well as for the customers who experienced that energy. But ultimately, the owner's attitude will be the downfall of this business if it doesn't change. People will go out of their way to support great service, even if the product is just average. But if the service is bad? Customers will go elsewhere. I sincerely hope the owner takes this as an opportunity to reflect, seek some customer service training, or perhaps reevaluate if this industry is really the right fit. Not every path is meant for everyone, and that's okay. But treating people with kindness and respect should never be optional.

I was definitely skeptical however, I am sooooooo glad she did!!! The party was cute, unique, the hosts were attentive and they made great use of the time that was given to celebrate the birthday girl! At one point, even the owner was helping out! Honestly, as one of the parents watching and taking pics of the kiddos, I was secretly hoping someone wouldn't show so I could get in on the fun! This is a small space and I must've bumped into one of the hosts at least 5-10 times over the course of the party (taking pics and tending to guests) but never once was an eye rolled or any inclination that I was in her way! She politely smiled and said, you're no bother at all! Her patience with the kiddos was unmatched! And we had some eager little ones! Lol. There was also a moment where guests were uncomfortable with the temperature, I asked the host if it was okay if we lowered the air just a bit... I was truly expecting her to be like, REALLY?!?!? Lol! But again, she said oh yeah, I can do that right now (and that she was warm too )! This review is getting lengthy, I know, so I'll wrap it up... But in closing, don't let previous reviews stop you from enjoying this experience! Our kiddos and parents had a great time and I'm planning to return with my daughter for some mommy and me QT! Great job Dripp'in Slime! Thank you for being creative and stepping out of the norm to deliver an experience that keeps young kids engaged and excited!
