I've been to Jumping World multiple times, and unfortunately, it just keeps getting worse. Every visit, more things seem broken or poorly patched up instead of properly fixed. The prices stay the same (or go up), but the quality and cleanliness have definitely gone downhill. There are exposed screws, splintering wood, and several trampolines that feel worn out or completely broken. It honestly looks run down and not well maintained, which is disappointing considering how much they charge. It used to be a fun place, but now it feels unsafe and neglected. I really hope they start investing in proper repairs and upkeep because right now, it's not worth the price. read more

This place is run down. There was a trampoline with a giant hole in it. Had caution tape one it, but the hole wasn't even covered. Everything was dirty. The kids had fun for the hour, but we won't be back due to it being so run down. read more

The facilities are a little worn but nonetheless the kids had fun what made this place not up to standards was the terrible service. Attitude the whole time we are trying to pay lack of communication when we directly asked question it was just a bad interaction rolling your eyes at customers is just rude. I understand people have bad days and I don't expect a smile but blatant attitude is just unacceptable. read more

this place should be put out of business. One of the roads of trampolines had a giant hole ripped in it cause it was so worned down. All the other equipment was deteriorating and dirty as well very dangerous. The springs and all the trampolines were weak and felt like they might break it any given moment. do not go here. read more

Got kids? I'm seeing less than one out here bouncing with teenaged just a few trampolines down. We've also got an employee wiping down the railings without being asked. Front desk checked us in quick. We paid for 1 hour and got a chest sticker stating when time would be up. Appears to run well. read more

It's good for a regular visit but I had my daughter's bday here and it was the worst customer service experience. No one checked on us until I went to go check at the front desk a whole hour later. It wasn't even busy. The workers were not rude just not really attentive compared to Urban air or skating rink. It was so awkward. The pizza was from Marcos and it was delicious. read more

First time checking this place out. Checking in was smooth and didn't take long. Friendly but not really motivated staff. Decent size arcade but very expensive. $5 will last you like less than 5 minutes easy. Each game is at least $1 and even seen some for $2. One thing that's really noticeable is this place is really understaffed. That's the major reason for my rating. There is 1 "monitor" that kinda moves around periodically. Kids pretty much do whatever they want which is not entirely bad but I would recommend at least having 2-3 at the least to make sure everyone is safe. Awkward lay out of the different areas. I have a 7 year old and an hour was more than enough time to go through everything. She got bored real fast to say the least. It's not terrible but It can get boring kinda quick. My family came in from the northeast to visit my husband and I. We had the most amazing time. My granddaughters enjoyed themselves and I enjoyed watching them have a great time. What a local gem here in Bryan Texas. I have to mention the staff at this location. All were so kind and courteous. I truly hope the power that be at this location give their staff the proper praise for a job well done. We live in a world where customer service is not always a given. So if the manager or the person that handles the staff, they all deserve around of applause. We arrived at 3:30 or so and stayed until 5:30 today October 21. Thank you so much for a great time. Had my sons bday party here today. It was very clean and the staff are very nice. They went out of their way to be helpful and we got the lights turned off for a glow party. This place is way better than Urban Air for kids bday parties in BCS. We had all ages and everyone had the best time, from a 1 year old and to my 70 year old father who jumped for the first time ever at a trampoline park. read more

We spent around $300 for a party here last month. The party was great and we were treated very well. My husband and I were allowed to accompany our son as well as the other children around the facility. Fast forward to last weekend, we took our son to jump for a bit. While standing over by him and supervising, the jumping world employee came over and told us we had to pay or we couldn't be in that area. I went over to speak with the manager, thinking surely this kid (employee) is mistaken. The young girl at the desk tried to be as helpful as possible while her manager got off the phone. (Keep in mind, this was a different manager from our last experience) As I explained the situation to the manager, she said, "yeah well you can pay $11.99 or you can't be over there. We changed the policy over a month ago." I was hosting a party at this location less than a month ago, and this was not the case. We were treated with blatant disrespect at this visit and I am so disappointed in the lack of customer service. Unfortunately I will take my business and my child's parties to Urban Air from now on. read more

Meh. The jumping part is a lot of fun. Climbing up on the rope and sliding down was loads of fun, and wore our 6y.o. out, so that's great. However, it is not a nice place to visit. The music is insanely loud, and so is the noise - sound bounces off the walls and ceiling and gets everywhere. Very few spots to sit, and absolutely no seats to sit in a group. The long, tram-like booths that are reserved for birthday parties of 25 or more were roped off. The booths come with cheap plastic tables and hard-surface benches and chairs - less than comfortable setup. The restroom was dirty and disgusting. There is no Wi-Fi, and the manager seemed surprised by my question about it. Check-in line on Saturday afternoon was long, and slow. It seems to take a good 10min to let a kid in - between the multiple forms, conversations about what to wear and not to wear, while trying to hear the other person over the insanely loud music. Finally, the place is mean to the employees. There were a couple of threatening-sounding reminders to employees taped to the check-in stand regarding the music system. Our hostess said she is not allowed to have a phone on her while at work. What is she has a family emergency? I guess she would not hear the ring over the music anyway. It's been 4+ hours since we left the place, and my ears are still ringing. I hope the Jumping World will figure out a better way to treat customers and employees soon. read more

I like jumping places, and have been to several in different parts of the US and abroad. This one is not on par with any of those. 1. Overpriced. 2. Awkwardly-designed (at least in part). I've experienced it myself at a birthday party, and heard independently from several other people who've been here independently:The birthday booths (large ones) are very awkward. They are extremely long (and narrow); kids are sitting there, the parents are forced to stay outside. 3. Slow check-in service (several other people have written about that already). Obviously, it's not organized well. 4. No Wi-Fi. (Some adults could use the time while the kids are playing to work or to surf the net.) 5. The cleanliness of the restrooms was so-so. Also, I suspect they might not be designed for the capacity. (Unless I missed the second set of restrooms.) I doubt I'd come back here for a while. I am looking forward to the opening of another similar place in College Station, and I am hoping that the 2nd place in Bryan will be open eventually. A healthy competition will force the owners of this one to think about all these shortcomings. read more

The place overall has tons of potential. The check in process needs some work. There were two families ahead of us and we waiting about 20 min to get in finally, and it wasn't a busy time. Then they told us about the waiver that I'm guessing we were supposed to have already filled out. I think just making it more clear would have helped. On top of that a manager looking type guy came out and by then there were many people behind us but he didn't really help or open another line so it just took longer then it should have. The jumping areas are great, the kids had a blast. The price was good. I could see it being less fun if it were really crowded. They have guidelines and rules but I like that they were nazis about it. Their music system messed up but instead of turning it off or down they let it go for about 4 songs too long and too loud so that was nerve wrecking. They finally turned it off though. All in all, the place could be great. I hope they work out kinks and the management is solid bc otherwise it will go downhill fast. read more

Took my daughter here, and she had a wonderful time! This was our first time & her mouth & eyes opened wide when we walked in, didn't know there was an arcade in there, that made it better, when she would get tired of jumping, she could relax a bit at the arcade. The staff was friendly & helpful with questions I had, the only thing that could use some work was that the snack bar never seem to have an employee over there, I would have to stand in the sometimes long line at the front entrance just to order a bottled water, but that was the only problem. They were clean, fun, friendly, definately going back! read more

We received very poor service this Saturday night. Another friend and I brought 4 kids to Jumping World- our own kids and 2 other friends. We waited in line a long time. When we got to the front, the cashier offered us unlimited jumping for $12.95. The first 2 kids paid that price. Then my son's release had expired so I had to get out of line and do it again. I got back in another line and the new cashier wouldn't give us the $12.95 price. She said that offer had expired and the other cashier was wrong to offer it to us. We then spoke to the manager who refused to give us the same price as the other kids in our group. So my son had to pay $20.99 to get the same unlimited jumping that his friends got for $12.95. The 4th kid didn't have enough money to get the same deal as the other kids, so I had to cover the rest of her ticket and she was embarrassed. Then the 2nd kid who had already paid had never received his sticker, even though he had been waiting right there for it this whole time. The cashier made him show his receipt to get his sticker, even though she had just checked him out. The whole thing was very frustrating because all I was asking for was the price that THEIR employee had offered to us. read more

Has a lot of potential but needs better management and people that actually want to work there and provide customer service. The check in process is a complete mess. There is no system in place to manage the people coming in through 2 separate entrances and funneling them to 1 line, even though there are 2 registers but only 1 open. On a Saturday morning when they first open, after being open after a little over a month, they should know by now they need both registers open and people on staff. Some of these issues should have been worked out by now! There is NO information when you come in about having to fill out a waiver before you get to the register. Someone finally provided forms by the 2 ipads that were fully occupied for the large crowd waiting to check in. After we finally got in the place is wonderful. The trampoline areas are great, lots of places to jump, different areas to explore, even other attractions you can add. Of course there is no one manning the additional attractions so you can utilize them. When someone finally does show up and your child goes to use it he/she is told to come back after their hour jumping time is done, because apparently he was too busy on his phone to watch children. Even after my children leave he had another child ask to use the attraction and he sent her away as well and then left the attraction. Someone finally returned after over 30 minutes. There wasn't enough staff monitoring the equipment. By law maybe there was, but when you see the large trampoline surface area and only 1 person monitoring it with the amount of people it just isn't enough to keep them all as safe as they should be. And since the additional attraction weren't monitored most of the time, at least 1 dodge ball area had no monitor and that is just what I saw. I understand we, the parents, need to monitor our children but if you have multiple children and they go different directions it is difficult. And face it, not everyone closely monitors their children. We had high expectations for this place since the last trampoline park we went to, Rock N Jump, was very well organized and managed. You could sign up for an hour or more time frame, there was open jump but they limited the amount of people they allowed in the facility. There was always plenty of staff on hand at all the attractions and they were friendly, courteous and ensured everyone was safe without being overbearing. Check in was smooth with waivers available on site and on line, a rope system in place to manage check in, you were given a color band for your jump time and announcements were made to tell you when your time was up based on your band color. Rock N Jump facility was well maintained and all the attractions they had were included in their price! If some of these practices could be implemented at Jumping World and the management would improve as well as customer service there is a chance this place will survive. There have been several jumping places that have tried to open in this town. None have lasted long. Hopefully this one will have a better chance, but you are going to have to do better and show that you actually care about your customers not just getting money from them. read more

I just had my son's party here and this was my first time there. It was ok. My son and all the kids there seem to really enjoy it and this town needed something different for entertainment however, the place appears to be run by high school aged kids. I had planned for a party of up to 20 and ended up having 11 kids show. I had to pay for 9 kids that WERE NOT IN ATTENDANCE because I should have read the policy correctly and called to make changes beforehand. I don't know when people get sick or have emergencies come up to "plan accordingly". My advice to anyone having a party here, GET THE MINIMUM PACKAGE AND PAY FOR THE EXTRA KIDS!! Other places in town, will only charge you for the amount of kids you have, but not this place and I asked the general manager, who appeared to be the only adult in management, but he had me talk to 2 younger "managers" that couldn't do anything about it. On the plus side, my party hostess was SUPER HELPFUL and took over a lot of the responsibilities so I could enjoy watching my child and take pictures and enjoy the party. It appeared that several of the party hostesses were this way which is a HUGE help for parents!! I hope to see this place stick around, as many other fun places don't (we have another trampoline park opening up in the area in April) but I do feel they need to correct areas of improvement to keep the customer happy and keep the environment safe and friendly in order for Jumping World to make a permanent home here. read more
