We had a party of about 36 people. We had made reservations maybe two weeks before. Everything went smoothly. We had got the head count of kids a few times and then did a final headcount two days before our birthday party. We chose to go with middle option, mega fun package I believe. This disaster of a place shouldn't be around much longer. Just attended a party for a 6 year old here. As a gentleman, I waited for the pizza to arrive for the party. That was at 7. I went to the salad bar, anticipating a salad for dinner while the rest of the crowd ate pizza. I don't eat pizza, not on the diet. Surprise, the rather snotty host girl told me the salad bar was closed. And it was fully set up in front of me. I was told the kitchen was closed and they were tearing down the salad bar. Right. So I called the DM. Couldn't get the owner. The brain who answered the phone the next day told me there was no owner. It's a franchise. I wonder who paid the franchise fee and the monthly royalties? What a dimwit. Finally got the DM's number. He was pretty helpful. He told me the joint shouldn't close anything down until closing. I've run into this before. Any restaurant that won't serve right up to close is run by fools. Well, because of this, I went home early. I'm not hanging out hungry for an hour smelling pizza, then sit around watching everyone else eat that pizza on an empty stomach. Totally ruined the birthday for grandma and grandpa. In addition, they ended the party early for the kids, then tried to cheat them on the tickets. I just found that out today. No one was happy. I can tell you that there are a few families that will never go back to that place. And I hope you won't either. So, looks like the possibility of a law suit for non accommodation as required by law, age and disability discrimination. Refusing service isn't something you can do, regardless of the sign stating the right to refuse service to anyone. You can't refuse to serve a protected class for any reason. My first review of this place was over 6 years ago and we've been coming here on occasion since then. Things have really gone downhill and I'm updating my review accordingly. One of the worst changes they've made is the switch to cards instead of tokens. My kids blow thru game credits now and unless I follow them around checking every swipe and play, I have no idea that they are getting what we paid for. Additionally, unless you want to pay extra for a wrist bracelet to attach the card to, be prepared to deal with lost and misplaced cards, because... they're kids and because they have to swipe and then the game starts and they have to suddenly press buttons so the card gets set down quickly. We used to come here and use a coupon and get a pizza and my 2 kids would play games. It would cost about $30. Today we spent $80 and they ran out of game credits incredibly fast. Additional things to note: - we came right when they opened and there was hardly anyone there. The bathroom smelled like urine and was a mess. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned since the day before. When we left it still hadn't been cleaned. - the same pizzas were in the buffet counter for a ridiculously long time. The second you walk into this place you can smell the bathroom. It smells like urine. The staff members are rude. Everything has a gross sticky film. I DO NOT like the fact they switched to cards instead of coins. I liked being able to give my kids 4-5 coins because they lasted longer when I could ration them out. My husband and I took our two daughters to this location on Friday night, 5/20 and arrived at 8:07pm. When we arrived we were told that they had just shut down the kitchen 5 minutes ago, because it didn't seem busy enough. My two daughters were super hungry and were very upset. We decided to stay for 45 minutes just because we promised them, but were pretty irritated about the whole situation. Had there been food to feed my family we would have stayed until close and spent a lot more money. 12 more people arrived after we did, and nobody was able to get food. Not even the fryers were left on, salad bar only. The facility itself was clean, and the games were pretty cool. But the televisions were shut down, no characters, 1 person working. It really made us patrons feel as if we weren't very welcomed and that they were just ready for us all to leave so they could lock up. Not the best first experience, but will be giving it one more shot. Please do better to actually serve the public during the hours you claim to be open. read more

Cons: A bit smaller than some other Chuck E Cheese places we've visited. No staff member to dress up as Chuck E to interact with kids or give out free tickets. Sometimes the games aren't fully functional and the staff don't seem to address the issue. And the tables aren't always cleaned up when patron leave. Also, f you don't like big crowds, don't go on Saturday. The place can be a bit of a mad house with lots of pushy kids and adults. That being said, we keep returning because it's the closest one to where we live and my daughter loves the place. We prefer Sundays or weekday early afternoons so we don't have to deal with the big crowd. Also, don't forget to check online for coupons for cheaper point/pizza prices. . read more

If I could give this place a -10 I would. We used to love coming here. We will never come back to this Chuck E. Cheese. When we got there we got our table and got situated. Me and my dad got in line to get order food and there was one person at the register. Mind you there was about 7-8 people in line. A guy with a white shirt who I think was maybe a manager looked at the line and walked to the back. He came out did some stuff on the register and didn't even acknowledge or apologize about the wait. When one of the employees asked if he could help with the line so he can fill the dipNdots he said ok and helped out. The salad bar was not filled and when I asked if they were going to do a refill a women behind the counter said yes and to come back. I came back 15 minutes later and still nothing had been filled. When I asked again a different employee apologized and said they would do it. After another 15 minutes still nothing. The women's bathroom was not clean. There were no toilet seat covers in any of the stalls, toilet paper all over the floor, toilets were dirty, one of the stalls had a used feminine product on the floor, and there were no paper towels. They were far too understaffed, the entire place was way too filthy to even want a kid touching any of those surfaces. I saw maybe 2 employees the whole time and the pizza tasted like soggy cardboard or old socks. Almost no sauce and it cost over $30 for one pizza that barely fed our group of 4. I would not recommend going here. When we took my nephew to play some of the games, the water in one of them was so old you could smell it strongly in the area of the machine. Some of the bathroom toilets are broken and the customer service was beyond slow, though I am less angry at their staff and more upset with their management for letting it go like that. read more

Went here recently. They seem very understaffed, the staff wasn't very friendly or welcoming, the games seemed kind of dirty, and the bathrooms were absolutely DISGUSTING. There was toilet paper and paper towels all over the floor, 4 toilets and only 1 wasn't clogged, but there was no toilet paper in the stall and there was poop on the seat. Seriously if you go here, go to the bathroom elsewhere before you go. My daughter loved the games though and they didn't seem super outdated. Didn't order any food given the reviews I've seen. read more

This is a great CEC. It's clean, and the employees are friendly, active and engaged. The pizza was really good, better than I remember it being. The cheese was good and the crust enjoyable. Fun games for the kids, terrible customer service. When it was time to cash tickets for prizes, we had a gentleman walk by and say someone would be with us in a minute. While we waited, a guy and a girl at the counter argued about who would have to help us. After about 5 minutes of them trying to look like they were doing something, I finally asked if someone could help us. The girl snapped back at me "yeah he'll be with you in a minute" while she sat at the counter doing absolutely nothing. Wish I would've caught her name. I'm disappointed and hope that someone talks to the workers about how to treat customers. read more

We brought our 2.5 year old here for the lunch buffet because we were at the mall anyway. We had no intention of utilizing the arcade, since he is a bit young for any of the games. That being said, it did seem as though the arcade has lots of fun for bigger kids to do. Anyway...we arrived at about 11:10 for the buffet (which is supposed to start at 11:00). When we got there, we paid for 2 adult buffets plus for our son (who is young enough to eat free). The person who rang us up didn't ask us if we wanted anything to drink, but we paid and went to find a table (there was still no food out at the buffet yet). We sat down at a clean table (though several of the tables had not been cleaned from the night before it seemed), and waited for the food to be set out at the buffet. While we waited, my husband wondered where the cups were. I walked up to ask for cups for water (as I found out that drinks are not includes in the buffet price). I also asked for a plate four our son since they had only given us 2 plates for our family of 3. The food came out after about 5 minutes of waiting and the food itself was decent. The pizza tasted pretty good and there was a decent variety of toppings on the pizzas. We got some food and sat back at our table to eat. There was no silverware at the tables, near the beverage station, or at the buffet, so I went back to ask if we could have some forks. The lady gave me one plastic fork and that's all. This was our first visit to Chuck E Cheese. It was just a group of 3 and we only ordered 1 pizza and bread sticks and it took 45 minutes and the order was messed up. The pizza quality is pretty terri le for the price. Dominos is far better. The games were fun for the kid but it was really chaotic, the ski balls were all being taken by kids and put in other machines, some games didn't work, and the customer service was terrible. There were at least 2 dozen people waiting for prizes at the counter and nobody was helping. We must have waited for 30 minutes before someone came to help. 30 minutes of keeping a restless toddler in line for some shitty plastic toys. Anything that required other people helping us took way too long and nobody even bothered to smile. I was hoping to take our girl here for her birthday in a few months, but I don't think we will be coming back. Shame. read more

We had my daughters birthday party there yesterday and it was a hot mess. There was no organization the kids spent more time sitting and waiting on the staff than they did playing. Our party director John was no where to be found. Our kids waited 20 min to get their game play cards then were called to the table 15 min before pizza even came out. Once again John no where to be found. Then when they were finally there with the pizza we had to fill all of our own drink pitchers and were told to keep the kids at the table for the birthday show. Which was another 15-20 min. Mind you now my kids have been sitting and waiting around for half of the party. Your parties are not cheap at all and I wasted a ton of money. At one point when I couldn't find John before the birthday show I went to the front counter asking when the heck the show was going to start. The snotty girl up front went off on me and said it will start when it starts. I will never ever come back. Went here twice in the past 10 years for B-day parties. Both times were crap. The games are fun but the Pizzas are just terrible. I know that it is a low standard culinary joint, however, fast food at the mall tastes better. The ticket winning process is still the same, however, the prize selection is terrible. It is expensive and you get nothing of real value in return. The tickets are harder to win which upsets kids and all they get is an eraser that you could've bought for them at the dollar store and thrown in a box of cereal. Took my 2 year old here yesterday because it was his reward for being fully potty trained. It was busy but still a lot of fun. He enjoyed it and none of the games or rides were broken which was great. Place was a little messy but the employee's were doing the best they could to keep up with the massive amounts of people that were there. I love that all the games only take one ticket and you can get tokens with a debt or credit card. No need to lug around cash. Can't speak for the food because we didn't eat there. We celebrated my daughter's bday yesterday, and Lorie, the young girl helping us, was amazing. I was very clear that with a couple of kids on the spectrum, and my daughter whom loves the place but not people in a costume, We wanted a more chill experience, and she went with our needs. We had no hurry to eat the pizza or do the cake in our 2 hours, and she understood that my daughter was more interested in the ticket machine than the singing and didn't complain or roll or eyes once.The whole time she checked on us, and was very attentive and helpful. I've been to at least 20 parties at Chuck E Cheese in 3 years , in California and here, and this was one of the best experiences. read more

The only reason I am giving one star is because all of the games seemed to be in working order. We went for the all you can eat buffet - granted, I did not expect much - this is Chuck E Cheese after all, but there was no food! Literally, zero pizza on the buffet- when my husband asked an employee why no pizza existed (yes, we were comfortably within buffet hours), he was told that all he had to do is "ask nicely" and they would make the pizza we ALREADY PAID FOR. We come here about twice a month and we're always satisfied with the food, service and the kids always have a great time! It's never overcrowded like other CEC's I've been to and they do a great job at keeping it clean. The employees are always smiling and very friendly. I did, however, have two separate incidents come up but both times, the manager on duty came through attentively. First time,our pizza was taking longer than usual so I went to check on the status and they told me it would be just a few more minutes. I went to play games with my kids and came back to the manager waiting for me at the table with my pizza and an apology for the wait time. Another time, our pizza came out partially burnt; I wouldn't have noticed had the server not said anything so we wouldn't have mind. They let us keep the 'burnt' pizza to eat and made us a large pizza to take home for the inconvenience :) The customer service definitely keeps us coming back! read more
