This was the bathroom less than an hour after opening. There were about 10 people in the whole place. Yesterday's trash. Eww.

My first review of this place was over 6 years ago and we've been coming here on occasion since then. Things have really gone downhill and I'm updating my review accordingly. One of the worst changes they've made is the switch to cards instead of tokens. My kids blow thru game credits now and unless I follow them around checking every swipe and play, I have no idea that they are getting what we paid for. Additionally, unless you want to pay extra for a wrist bracelet to attach the card to, be prepared to deal with lost and misplaced cards, because... they're kids and because they have to swipe and then the game starts and they have to suddenly press buttons so the card gets set down quickly. We used to come here and use a coupon and get a pizza and my 2 kids would play games. It would cost about $30. Today we spent $80 and they ran out of game credits incredibly fast. Additional things to note: - we came right when they opened and there was hardly anyone there. The bathroom smelled like urine and was a mess. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned since the day before. When we left it still hadn't been cleaned. - the same pizzas were in the buffet counter for a ridiculously long time. I don't know what the rules are but at least 90 mins. Gross. Will not be returning.

I downloaded a coupon for a free personal 1 topping pizza from the internet for a free Veterans day Special. After the gal had to confirm it was real they brought out my pizza 10 minutes later. The online site said a 6 slice pizza. Look at the photo. Their regular price for is $10. The pizza on the right is from Little Cearsa's offered for $5 daily and includes a drink. Which would you prefer?

If I could give this place a -10 I would. We used to love coming here. We will never come back to this Chuck E. Cheese. When we got there we got our table and got situated. Me and my dad got in line to get order food and there was one person at the register. Mind you there was about 7-8 people in line. A guy with a white shirt who I think was maybe a manager looked at the line and walked to the back. He came out did some stuff on the register and didn't even acknowledge or apologize about the wait. When one of the employees asked if he could help with the line so he can fill the dipNdots he said ok and helped out. The salad bar was not filled and when I asked if they were going to do a refill a women behind the counter said yes and to come back. I came back 15 minutes later and still nothing had been filled. When I asked again a different employee apologized and said they would do it. After another 15 minutes still nothing. The women's bathroom was not clean. There were no toilet seat covers in any of the stalls, toilet paper all over the floor, toilets were dirty, one of the stalls had a used feminine product on the floor, and there were no paper towels. Very annoyed with the customer service. It was never like this before.

This place is DISGUSTING! We came here for the first time and could barely find a table that didn't have crumbs or leftover food/plates/trays from the table before. Only came for the games and will only ever come again for the games.

Similar to"Happy", Chuck E. has a song to get the kids jumping and dancing (for tickets). Well done!

Always a good time! Food is edible and the service is just fine. Our kids are never disappointed and that's all that matters.

If I…read morecould leave 0 stars I would, this place isn't just dangerous it needs to be shut down immediately! We had only been there for 20 minutes when I was approached by a manager who rudely demanded I stop taking photos of the facility. She was acting incredibly paranoid, accusing me of sending photos to a competitor(owner of mach1), and threatening to kick me out. It was clear she was more concerned about protecting the park's image than the safety of the children inside. The situation turned from unprofessional to dangerous when my daughter fell head-first into a large, gaping hole in the flooring near the ball pit. She began sliding into the void, and I had to physically jump and grab her legs to pull her out before she was seriously injured. When I brought this life-threatening hazard to the management's attention, they were not only dismissive but openly hostile. They had the audacity to blame my child for falling into an improperly marked hole, claiming that the minimal caution tape and cones were enough, and that fixing the structural issues was 'too hard.' After I advocated for my daughter's safety, the manager became aggressive, used profanity, and threatened to call the police to have me trespassed simply for speaking up. They forced us to leave early and refused to address the crumbling state of their facility. Do not bring your children here. The facility is physically unsafe, and the management prioritizes silence and 'image control' over the safety of the kids in their care. I have documented the hazards and the incident with photos and video, and I am reporting this to the proper authorities.

Another parent mentioned it during an Easter egg hunt, and I figured we'd check it out so my kids could compare before deciding where to have their birthday party. We came in this morning, filled out the waiver, and the staff walked us through the pricing and membership options. Then, out of nowhere, they told us not to worry about paying for today (thanks Claire) --just grab the grip socks. That honestly caught me off guard. You don't really see that kind of approach much anymore. It felt like they were confident enough in what they offer to just let the experience speak for itself. My kids had a great time and ended up choosing this as their birthday spot. So while they let us try it out for free today, they probably just locked in a party that'll cost me over $1k. Customer service was great all around. Only small downside--it was a little cold inside.

Very much mixed reviews here…read more Positive: First of all, the place is wildly and almost endlessly entertaining for children of all ages. There are times when my kids drag me here 4-5 times a week, and that's still not enough! The space is clean: very clean, and the staff does a fantastic job of maintaining the cleanliness throughout the day. As for said staff, although young (high school age mostly), they are all incredibly helpful and friendly. The price is unbeatable; it almost seems unfair to the franchisee. It can get pricey if you pay the daily rates, but you can't go wrong with a membership. Just two trips a month and you're ahead. That being said, we do always end up spending at least $50 every time between new socks (you can buy and reuse, however we forget to bring them 9, times out of 10). Then food, ice cream, arcade. But even with those, it's still a bargain. Neutral: The food is, sub-par. It's very limited (chicken tenders, nachos, pizza, pretzels, fries) and everything always tastes.....off. we've had everything multiple times, and it's consistent, so it wasn't a one off. Kind of tastes like they bake their fried foods. Which given the inexperience of the staff, understand. The food is fine for kids, but anyone with a palate over 17 should temper their expectations. There are signs everywhere saying no outside food or drinks, but we seem to be the only ones that respects it. Do with that information what you will. Challenges/opportunities: While the staff is super friendly and helpful, they don't seem to enforce any of the rules. Older kids are running over little kids everywhere, other parents set up shop like they own the place, a whole family even took over the balcony to set up their own private birthday party because they didn't want to pay the birthday party costs, which made it so I couldn't go up and watch my kids from there. I've seen fast food bags from every chain in western Washington in the building. My favorite is when people bring a cooler full of Tupperware filled with food from home. Then there's the other "guests": we spent a good 4 hours there the other day, and I don't think I heard English spoken by a single person, which is fine, but again, do with that information what you will. It's challenging sometimes, though, for my children and any of my children's friends we bring to play here to understand the play style of kids who might be brought up with a different set of values. While understanding and respecting other traditions of cultures is valuable, when they're there, I just want them to play and be kids. Then there's the chairs. Those f****ng massage chairs. They have 4 massage chairs you can pay to use, but other parents are constantly using them as lounge chairs while their kids play, which would be fine if they didn't let out the loudest, most obnoxious, smoke alarm- rivaling beep if you sit in them without paying for it. Not a day has gone by without some absolutely clueless guardian sitting there, either oblivious or ignorant to the fact that they're making everyone else borderline homicidal with that beeping. That beep can be heard from every corner of the building, and it's bad. Really, really bad. Maybe if the employees were empowered, or motivated to ask people not to sit in them without paying? Or better yet, they could put up a gentle sign asking people not to sit in them without using them for their intended use? Although we've already addressed how well the other signs work. Better yet, they put up a sign, as well as ammending all the other signs, translating them into multiple languages, starting with Spanish and Amharic.....

We stopped in here to…read morelet our babies play and walk around, since there aren't many spots for them to do so anywhere else. The space itself is pretty big. There were probably 10 or so kids when we first arrived, a lot of them being much older than our son and our friend's daughter. They were running around wreaking all sorts of havoc, but that's to be expected in a play space. The bathrooms are clean and have a changing table which we appreciated. There's also a kitchenette type area where you can use their mugs, grab coffee from the Keurig, and they've even got local ice cream for sale. Cute idea. They've got lots of toys, pretty much every type you can think of! They've also got a cool little rock climbing wall which is great for the older kids. Some other stand outs were the ball pit, the ring toss game on the wall, and the little playhouse with the loft up above. My only gripe about this place is that there was only employee to the 8 or so older children that were here. As children tend to be, a few of them were very..... not good about sharing space with babies and would yell in my son's face if he came close to them. Obviously it's not my place to reprimand these children, but it also created a sense of anxiousness for me and not wanting to have my son near those other kids. Once those older children left and we had most of the space to ourselves, it was a great time! At $8 for an hour, it really isn't too bad of a deal for all the toys they can play with and things they can do. It's $11 an hour if you choose to leave your child there and leave them with the attendant.
