I visited this location over the weekend and I must say I had a wonderful time! There are many games available and they are kid and adult friendly. You purchase and card and load it up with the amount you desire, it's pretty straight forward which is convenient. After you're done with the games, you can check the balance of the remaining tickets and redeem a gift at the front. The location is spacious and they have an area to host private parties. Awful!!! I wish I could give them a negative 5 to zero stars! This place ruined my day and my grandkids too!! I told their mom The company doesn't have quality food and services anymore find a nice place other than Chucky Cheese. They don't keep it clean and the bathroom never have toilet paper and hand soap. They need to train their staff to greet their customers with politeness and with respect. They act like the place comes straight out of the ghetto and treat the customers in such ways. The problem starts with management on down. When the owner doesn't take responsibility then they should close the place down till they can do much better than they have been for years. Dylans mom & I took him to Chucky E Cheese for his 5th year bday this week and it was great. Despite being in the middle of the week he still had a good time and there were plenty of kids there to celebrate with as well. As for food , We had two pizza pies , dipping dots and some vanilla birthday cake . Overall it was a good experience and I would suggest this place if you live in the city and your not taking your kids out of the state to Disney world or Great Adventures any time soon . the space was clean and very well kept. This location is fairly small but it gets the job done. I go just so my son can run around and tire himself out. For the most part all the games work, some are offline but the issue isn't the establishment as much as it is the people that go. There are balls missing from a few games because ppl take them so they can get high scores and then don't put them back. No one is really watching their child so you have to be mindful of that. And some of the children are little terrors. They run up and try to move your kid out the way or they come and hog the rides or games waiting for you to use your card so they can go. But like I said my kid likes it so we go. I'm not a fan of how some ppl dress either, it's a kids play area like why come looking like free before 11 at the club. We've gone on 2 separate occasions today was much better than last time. But it does get crowded and they stay open until ten. read more

We had our son's 4th birthday party there on Saturday October 27th from 3-5, and it was amazing! From the entrance attendant who greeted us with a smile to our wonderful hostess Gabby, and Ashley the manager who came around to make sure that our party was everything we wanted, all the employees we encountered were so great. We got there 15 minutes early to set up some decor and order the food. The food came quick, first for the kids and then for the adults. We got three pizza pies (on top of the two the kids get), two wing platters, and two pitchers of soda, which was enough for about 18 adults and 9 kids. Everyone loved the food and we ended up ordering some more pizza and wings because they were such a hit. Kids were too busy having fun to eat much, but they did love their Chuck E. Cheese cups! I can't thank Gabby enough for making this such a smooth experience. She was so helpful in giving us suggestions on what to order, letting us know when to gather the kids for the show, and even getting my kids attention so he could look at the camera when we were trying to get pictures. She cut the cake for the guests, got to go boxes for the leftovers, and helped us gather everything before we left. Overall I had no complaints, all the adults were happy to relax with good food while their kids kept busy with so many fun games. This was my first Chuck E. Cheese experience. When you first step in, you notice the smell. Reminds me of stinky feet and bad BO in locker rooms. You have to be stamped in order to get in. No one was there, we waited probably under a minute, not an inconvenience. I was hoping the smell was just the front area, but it wasn't. It sticks with you. It's part of you now. You are now the smell. We got the card on the machine, it worked ok. Everything else, barely worked. Some games will not start. Some games froze mid-way. Some games did not dispense tickets. This was my daughter's first experience. She would routinely leave the machines because she wasn't sure if the game was over or not. A lot of the rides were dirty. Not sure if that was the cause of the smell. I heard my wife say the word buffet. I love buffets. We head over to the buffet. No. This is not a buffet. It's cut up personal pizza, for the kids I assume. They were maybe a few pieces, not slices, pieces around. It would not be collectively enough to feed my daughter. The posters on sneeze guard boasts different kinds of pizza, dessert, and salad. No. Just a few pieces of pizza. We go off and attempt to enjoy ourselves with the broken games and have us waste some more of our credits. I keeping eyeing the buffet for maybe 30 minutes, nothing. This was around 1pm, The food on the menu is pretty pricey and the portions are tiny. Made me think I was in Manhattan. We agreed to just leave and go to somewhere more fun, like Target. You need to take the tickets to the machines to count it and it'll print you a receipt. We encountered 6 machines. 2 of them appeared on while the others were off. We place the tickets by the feeder... just kidding, it's a lie. The machine doesn't work. We were surprised. We went to the last remaining ticket counting machine that was on, this one worked. This is a really good place to let the kids run around and use up their energy. I came with my sister, niece and nephew and after almost 3 hours everyone was ready to go home lol! Food - they have mostly pizza but they've also added a few more choices - Salads, chicken wings, desserts and fruits. Safety - to make sure kids or adults do not leave with the wrong people when you walk in with your group, you're stamped with the same number but different from everyone else. Food - the pizza is ok, not great but the kids love it. They have a few different varieties also. We had the plain cheese and a large Cesar salad. They also have a salad buffet which is nice to have options and varieties. All and all the kids had a great time and we're happy and full, that's what counts. We will def return. read more

If i could give this location zero stars, I would! We visited this Chuck E Cheese for a birthday part! First mistake was walking into this location! Although my friend already had a reservation and was seated inside, we had to stand online for nearly 45minutes and were not permitted to move forward even when most of the party was there. When we finally got inside, we were stamped and went to our table. You have to order food before going to sit. Luckily, my friend already placed an order for the party. Although it was a new location, some of the machines were out of order and because of its popularity, it seemed like kids were running over each other. There were long lines to use the machines. Although the birthday cake was order upon arrival, it took over two hours for Chuck E. to visit the table with the cake. And, unfortunately, the birthday boy fell asleep. The place was filthy - from the soda machines being extremely sticky as well as the floors, to garbage being piled up on the tables, and the absolute filth in the restrooms that left my daughter and I running for cover. Came to chuck e cheese today and they definitely have let this place go. First it SMELLS horrible, like a dirty locker filled with musty clothes. The wait staff look miserable. The "new" system where they have to sit you makes no sense. I'm suppose to stand here and wait until someone becomes available. (Not happening) The food is entirely to over priced for what you get. I think this chuck e cheese is better for the younger kids because they don't have that stinky playground thingy that the kids climb in. The kids can get rowdy but you know, their kids. It's smaller compared to the gun hill one which I didn't mind. I went a Sunday afternoon, got there about two. It was kinda busy but more busy at 4. Decided to go and come to this one cause it's closer . usually go to gun hill . I ordered a personal pie thinking it would look like the other pizzas just 6 slices . This pizza came to me and I kid you not it was on a Chuck E. Cheese paper plate and was smaller then the plate looked like it was only 4 slices . The cashier never explained that this pie would be super small . My mom brings the pie back to the front and ask if we can up charge it for a medium. They told her they would have to refund the whole 52 dollar order which I have to wait 3 days for and buy it all over with the medium . She told them don't do it she going to ask me first since it's my card . My mother come back explain and then I go up they already refunded my card the money for the order and charged me the one for the med piZZa . Then we leaving and my daughter getting her prizes and this white boy behind the counter giving me hella attitude . He slamming the toys she asks for on the glass gunna slam and toss the calculator to my 5 year old daughter !!! Like wtf is wrong with ppl . We hosted our daughter's 7th birthday here. Just so you know, I avoid these places like the plague. But it seems to be the spot every 7 year old in my daughter's class wants to have their birthday party. After trying to convince her of other options we succumbed. I've been to another birthday party here, as well as one in the Paramus NJ location. This location is better run and organized in my opinion. It doesn't have the jungle gym, and I did see an employee fixing a game that wasn't working. The other location had three games that weren't working and no one was out there fixing them. The host for our party was Elia. I can't say enough good things about her. First off, she let me know that she was here for me. We went over the food I selected and made some adjustments per her suggestions. She handled the group and helped immensely. Everything ran smoothly. One of the mothers was so impressed, she asked to have Elia as her hostess for her daughter's party next week. So you know where I'll be again! Whatever you do avoid this place at all cost! I went there this weekend and it was the worst! 1. There was a line to get in the door. We waited in line for 30 mins. I would never think chuck e cheese is this popular, but apparently it is! And just in case you asking yourself if it was a holiday, the answer is no, just a regular Saturday! 2. Absolutely no seats! We had to stalk people and see when they were getting up from their table. But everyone was in for the long haul...Oh well. It took us another 30 mins to find a table. And by the way you have to order food or else they won't let you have a table. Go figure! I was ordering food so it was not issue, but I have gone before and not ordered food and at other locations this was never an issue. 3. Long lines for the games. This place did not have enough games to accommodate their patrons. My 4 year old had to wait 10 mins to place skee ball! Never again! 4. This location was new and the machines are still broken. It took forever to find an attendant to fix the machines. 5. Bumper to bumper traffic inside. It was so hard getting around because there were so many people inside. I had to hold on to my kids and my belongings tightly! That brings me to the next topic! 6. There was a lady in there literally cursing out her 2 year old at the top of her lungs! Worst Chuck E. Cheese I've been to. Came here for a birthday party, and it was insane. Started out in a line to get in that would have lasted close to an hour had the birthday boy's family not come and got us. Once we were in half of the machines had out of order signs or took your tokens and didn't do anything. Most of the games only give you one or two tickets unless you get a crazy high score. The ticket counter was a mess. We waited for almost 20 min while two associates tried to help 30+ people, only to be told what my son wanted was out of stock. Visited this location today. I've been here about 5 times since it was built and today I experienced my first disappointment. The prices have gone up and the quality way down. Most of the machines did not work or work properly. The coupons were a joke, in comparison to what they used to be. I also felt as though the place had gotten smaller, maybe that's just me. Anyway, I ended up spending $50 after using 1 coupon and upgrading to 3 cups which were 1.49 each for 3 boys. This place has a hand sanitizer in numerous places which is pretty brilliant, but no toilet seat covers...my 3 year old just started to use the potty, and thankfully I carry disposable toilet seat covers in my purse...but really, they should provide these for the kids. read more

Don't go to eat!! I took my 2 littles on Tuesday night during spring break. I ordered an individual cheese pizza, drinks, and salad bar. I noticed that people kept going to the kitchen looking for their food. After an hour, I went to inquire about mine. The worker said it was just about to come out of the oven. 45 min it was still not out. I went to the kitchen to inquire again. I was told they didn't know where it was. I took my receipt, kids, etc to the order line and asked for a manager. I told her what happened. I told her we were leaving and I wanted my money back. She gave NO APOLOGY for the fact we had been waiting over an hour and a half for a tiny pizza I paid $12 for!! I'll never go back to eat again. I've walked off the line more than 3 times from things that I've had to deal with on my way in. I actually had a misunderstanding with a "security" Employee guy who was Checking stamps on everyone's way out. He let my son leave with a party of people who didn't have his number On their hand because he came in with me. I asked him if he even bothered to look at the number on my sons had and he told me I needed to "watch my son" . Chuck E. Cheese was actually my first job so I decided to make him feel stupid by explaining to him that he's supposed to make sure my child doesn't leave or isn't taken by anyone without my knowledge or permission NOT to babysit my son as he assumed I was implying him to do! He of course got offended and got nasty with me but i simply told him that the saddest part is that he had a shirt that said security on it and pointed out that he was wasting his time stamping anyone on their way in because he wasn't going to look at the number on their way out ! So I OFFICIALLY decided not to visit this location. I have nothing against Chuck E. Cheese but this precise location is very unorganized if they even have the security guard supposedly checking hands. Isn't the security guard there to keep me safe ???? They are supposed to be promoting a safe place where kids can to play and parents to relax without having to worry about their kids being harmed or abducted (worse case scenario) . When we arrived we notice a couple of tables empty so we walked to that area due to the fact that we were a big party. As we lay our stuff a staff member who was rude and annoyed says "u can't be here is only for reserve party" my sister apologize and said how can we reserve the table then the team member stated "u can't it needs 48hrs to do so and we are short staff" okay we then ask to speak to a manager and three different ppl "claiming to be the manager" tell us that they are short staff. The best part about this crazy experience is that after we decided to just order the pizza for kids and one of the "managers" says they ran out of pizza!!! How do u run out of pizza if u close at 11.
