    Happy Birthday Dylan
    Michael N.

Dylans mom & I took him to Chucky E Cheese for his 5th year bday this week and it was great. Despite being in the middle of the week he still had a good time and there were plenty of kids there to celebrate with as well. As for food , We had two pizza pies , dipping dots and some vanilla birthday cake . Overall it was a good experience and I would suggest this place if you live in the city and your not taking your kids out of the state to Disney world or Great Adventures any time soon . the space was clean and very well kept. Our host Genesis was very nice. From the moment we got there to the time we left she assisted us while helping others. Definitely a place to check out for some honest fun.

This location is fairly small but it gets the job done. I go just so my son can run around and tire himself out. For the most part all the games work, some are offline but the issue isn't the establishment as much as it is the people that go. There are balls missing from a few games because ppl take them so they can get high scores and then don't put them back. No one is really watching their child so you have to be mindful of that. And some of the children are little terrors. They run up and try to move your kid out the way or they come and hog the rides or games waiting for you to use your card so they can go. But like I said my kid likes it so we go. I'm not a fan of how some ppl dress either, it's a kids play area like why come looking like free before 11 at the club. We've gone on 2 separate occasions today was much better than last time. But it does get crowded and they stay open until ten.

This is a really good place to let the kids run around and use up their energy. I came with my sister, niece and nephew and after almost 3 hours everyone was ready to go home lol! Food - they have mostly pizza but they've also added a few more choices - Salads, chicken wings, desserts and fruits. Safety - to make sure kids or adults do not leave with the wrong people when you walk in with your group, you're stamped with the same number but different from everyone else. Food - the pizza is ok, not great but the kids love it. They have a few different varieties also. We had the plain cheese and a large Cesar salad. They also have a salad buffet which is nice to have options and varieties. All and all the kids had a great time and we're happy and full, that's what counts. We will def return.

She had fun and they honored the free 50 tickets for kids in custom for the October month.

Horrible Service. Under staffed, long wait times for pizza, game machines out of service.

Even better, they have the deluxe versions of many machines while some arcades only offer the stripped down versions. For example, at The Bumper Factory, their Godzilla machine features the building that crumbles to the ground as it gets destroyed. That's pretty cool, and certainly adds to the fun. If you are a good pinball player, you will certainly find the pricing model to be vexing. I do enjoy going to a place where all the games are set to "free play". But $15 for 30 minutes, even in Manhattan, feels steep. Largely that's because I am a good enough player that a few bucks can keep me busy for over an hour. That said this is a great place, and a great price, to teach younger kids the game. And that is exactly what I did with my nephew. What I discovered was that on Monday, despite the hours posted on Yelp, The Bumper Factory was still open. However, the games were not set to free play, and instead of taking the admission fee I was able to simply use quarters to play. Woo hoo! I had one of the best games of my life on Guardians of the Galaxy. One ball alone was kept in play for the better part of fifteen minutes. Had I been paying by the half hour, that victory would have been tinged with sorrow. One other small ding against the place is that the Stern machines which feature the Stern Insider Connect feature were not activated. This is always a bummer, and also why I wasn't able to find this really nifty arcade on the Stern Pinball site. Most of the machines are new and in great shape. The space is pretty small and cramped, but it is NYC. From the arcade's website it also looks like there is a $35 all day rate, which I think I would much rather pay than $15 for 30 minutes. I'd have to take some breaks for coffee and pizza, but there are nearby options for both. More than anything, it's great to see pinball making some kind of comeback and salute the good folks at The Bumper Factory for putting in some machines in a space where kids can discover this great game.

Once we were checked in, we were given a locker to store our belongings, which was convenient. The only thing I didn't like--and was a bit disappointed by--was that I had to seek someone out to let them know it was our first time so they could explain how to utilize the rooms, gain access, and understand exactly what needed to be done. A brief intro or automatic walkthrough for first-timers would have made the experience smoother. That said, the games themselves were extremely fun. Some were a bit complicated at first, but I loved that you can either verse the person you're with or work together as a team, which made it perfect for a date. Overall, a fun and unique experience with just a little room for improvement on first-time guidance.

I suggest coming on a weekday if you do not want to wait a minute or two for each game! You have 45 minutes for unlimited game access, with about 9-10 games to choose from. Each game only lasts 2-4 minutes tho, depending on the game. When entering, they provide a locker for any bags or items you want to place. They give you two wristbands (one for game access and the other for a locker of your belongings). The staff was so friendly. I was running out of breath and trying to rush to get our last game in and he told me to relax and have fun! The staff also takes the time to explain each game in the beginning and although it was busy, they definitely made the experience so much more fun. Some of the games are a bit complicated, and hard to understand even after the game explains it to you! My favorite was the grid. Me and my boyfriend made a tiktok about activate and it went viral! It would have fit better into the scenery if only Halloween music was played, but the tunes are still enjoyable. Whether or not you are an experienced miniature golf does not bear any significance as the primary goal is to have a great time! In addition to the golf course, a variety of arcade machines and carnival style games are available. Although the graphics are detailed and entertaining, the cost per game is costly and the playing time does not last long. If you have an hourish to spare, I would highly recommend exploring this golf course. It is family oriented and geared for all age groups. We picked a location that was the midpoint between my home in Connecticut and my parents' home in New York City. We couldn't have chosen a better place than Banana Cabana! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by a staff member (I wish I had caught her name) who greeted us with a big smile. She gave an excellent demonstration on how to properly throw an axe, let us practice a few rounds, and provided helpful tips on positioning our arms and legs for the best results. The venue had a great drink menu with plenty of options, including non-alcoholic beer. We also loved the variety of games available Battleship was a favorite! Another fun touch was the TouchTunes music system, where we could purchase credits and play our favorite songs. We definitely took advantage of that! Only thing I didn't like is you pay for an hour but the staff started the timer before hand so we didn't get an actual hour they started the timer and then explained the rules to us and showed us how to throw it would make sense to do the tutorial and then start the timer once we are ready or once they are done explaining. All in all it was a fun experience with our group of friends definitely fun to do.
