I hadn't been in such a long time. I had seen a commercial on how they upgraded the food for the adults. It was a terrible experience facility wise. There's an odor of mildew or something from the carpet and the pizza from the $5.99 buffet was gross. The buffet only had salad, pizza, and some cinnamon pastry pizza thing. That's it. Came here for a school fund raiser night . My main complain is the smell.. Not sure if they washed the carpets ? Perhaps for some reason the didn't dry properly ? Or it's just really dirty however the fact remains , the whole place smells like wet dog . Ok this I the place ive been coming to since I was a young child. A few months back I would have given this place 3 stars, but since they started this joke of an "all you can eat" buffet the place has become ridiculous. You call it an all you can eat but only have a small bowl of salad, 2 or 3 dressing bottles and 2 trays of lame pizza? For5.99 plus drink I guess you can't expect more. We tried buying some pizza and a salad but gues what??? The salad is only for the amazing(sense the sarcasm) all you can eat. What??? Ok so I said screw being hungry we'll just play for a bit then take the kids to eat somewhere else. Chuck e cheese I think you need to go back to the drawing board and come up with better options for the all you can eat. Charge more but give the customer more options and offer more than 2 small lame pizzas and keep the customer from wanting to kill others in order to get a slice. I've always came to this spot as a kid, now it's a great feeling taking my son. The menu is good for $20 I can eat and have some fun with my kid. The games are only 25 cents each! Only thing I don't like and taking away a star is the people that go in there. Drinking beer is ok but have your limits! It's a family spot not a bar! read more

My kids absolutely love Chucky cheese. This particular Chuck E. Cheese's about three minutes away from my home and since my kids are on vacation we've been going there like 4 to 5 times a week and they never get tired of it. I like that every time I go there's people walking around cleaning the machines that aren't being used and vacuuming around them.. I also like that they keep the restrooms pretty clean and stocked up with paper. The workers also do an amazing job at making sure that the kids are living with the right people. I know sometimes people just want to walk out but they have to understand that they take the time to check our own so that they make sure that our kids are leaving with the right people so in the end it's better for us. I personally really appreciate that because I know my kids are not just going to be able to live with any stranger if I'm not right next to them. They also have a pretty good buffet, I would like to see a bigger variety for salad because they just put letters out and if they put a few fruits it would be nice as well because that's my kids favorite part about going to Chucky cheese is the like eating pizza and then there are slices of oranges or Little tomatoes it would be nice to see that included in the buffet in the mornings... other than that everything is amazing thank you Chucky cheese workers for doing a good job! read more

I had the worst birthday experience EVER. NOT JUST WITH THIS LOCATION BUT WITH CHUCK E CHEESE PERIOD! I booked an online party for my son at the beginning of June. They took the $50 deposit directly from my account the same day. When I tried to change the kid coint online there were no records of my booking. I called and spoke with Violet. She stated she couldn't find any records other than the previous cancelled one I had placed prior. She told me she would be placing notes for the day of the party and she would be there that night 7/1/16. All i needed to do was bring in proof of the deposit being withdrawn. So the day of the party arrives and I receive an early confirmation phone call from Samantha stating if I was still going and notifying me of the deposit. I explained the situation AGAIN per my conversation with violet prior and AGAIN I was told by now Samantha to just bring in proof and they would deduct it..... then at 6 an hour BEFORE THE PARTY the male manager calls to tell me that the party could still proceed but that there was nothing he could do on store end as far as the deposit goes. That he could give me guest relations for a refund. I explained i came with a set amount of money and that an extra $50 was not an option. I get to the store and tell him I had a confirmation email. He swore up and down there were no records nothing he could do about it and DIDNT EVEN BOTHER TO CHECK THE EMAIL CONFIRMATION OR THE BANK STATEMENT I BROUGHT. TO TOP IT OFF. I GET THERE AND THE BALANCE HE GAVE ME HE SAID WAS STRICTLY JUST FOR THE 10 KIDS PACKAGES.. NOT INCLUDING ALL THE EXTRAS I BOUGHT. I was furious at this point because Violet told me also that EVERYTHING was included in the price she gave me. I was misled into ordering a promotion by the cashier which had hidden fees and it did not meet expectations. I asked the cashier for the $31.99 deal that includes 1 large pizza, 4 cups, and 30 tokens. The cashier offered a deal for $39.99 which includes 1 large "stuffed crust" pizza, 4 cups, and "50 tokens". I'm not a fan of stuffed crust so I asked the cashier if I could get the same deal but instead of stuffed crust, pizza with regular crust. She said that in order to get the promotion, I had to order stuffed crust. Then I asked the cashier if the deal included 50 tokens and she confirmed that the deal included "150" tokens, not 50. So even though I do not like stuffed crust pizza, I decided to order the $39.99 promotion for the tokens. I paid for the order and sat down at a table with family. At home later that evening, I looked at the receipts from your restaurant and found that I was charged an additional $2 for stuffed crust which was not disclosed at the time of ordering and I was only given 110 tokens instead of 150. I am extremely unsatisfied and hopefully other customers are not tricked into buying this promotion. read more

This place is horrible. I took my kids and while making line to get a price for their tickets. A rude lady said I was cutting her when she was doing it to me. I had my daughter in my arms and she kept talking very negatively and insulting me her and another pregnant lady and a man that where with her. So when the line started moving the man pushed my daughter that was on my arms because he was trying to cut I front of me. Even the person in front of me said that they are ones that are cutting.... So I screamed because he pushed my baby I was so pissed off that the workers didn't tell him nothing they didn't even can the manager. My little girl got so scared and doesn't want to go back. I called the police but the rude man had left. I'm so disappointed in the manager he didn't say sorry he just didn't care. It was bad service since we arrived. This is absolutely the worst Chuck E Cheese ever. As soon as you walk in the door you are hit with the foul odor of dirty carpets and overall lack of cleanliness. There is no way that a food establishment of any kind should smell this way if there is any sort of routine cleaning happening. Terrible, terrible place. read more
