this Chuck E. Cheese's was a 10/10 for me. The pizza was good, the games were fun, it was clean, and the animatronics were working (which is what my little brother was hoping for). A tip for parents: Don't leave your young children unattended, especially if they misbehave. My brother was playing one of the games where you receive a coin, and a kid came by and tried to take it from his hands. I was a little hesitant when booking this place for my daughters 1st Bday because of all the bad reviews. But honestly I'm happy I didn't listen to them. Best decision of my life. Kassandra our hostess was so helpful and she made our experience so GREAT!!! I recommend you book your party at this location. It was a relieve to know we didn't have to serve our party guest food or drinks. And clean up was so easy too. They do everything for you. We took balloons and they blew them up for us for a $1 so worth it. And chuckee comes to your part to take pictures with you. Our daughter loves it! read more

Today I had an extremely concerning incident happy upon exiting the location. I was a party of five visiting a larger bday party going on. It is my understanding the stamps is to give security to the parents that the children will NOT be released with any other adult other than the matching stamp. The system failed today with the most ridiculous excuse made by staff members. My son was released with someone else that DID NOT walk in with me. Thankfully this person is a family member. I was well aware they had my son but wasn't expecting them to be released outside the building since i assume our stamped number should have been different.. I was extremely upset that the employee checking the stamps said the numbers matched mine. now i know the number needs to change per party but the excuse was the number already turned around twice and somehow coincidently my family member that arrived minutes after ended up with the same number as myself. The fact that she made every excuse before apologizing was poor customer service. I find it so hard to believe the numbered stamp is limited to a max number that it needs to be reset during the last 2 hours of business. These employees are working with CHILDREN and her lack of sensitivity to this situation was concerning. upon speaking to what i think was a manager but didnt act like one just carelessly said OKAY we will fix that and then said "Im not trying to argue with you " to just to shut me up. I am outraged as how they handled this situation the lack of professionalism on behalf of management and the lack of caution by the employee checking the exit was ridiculous. Stamping your hand and making sure your changing the numbers is probably the easiest job there how can you mess that up. You will be in shock & just walk away if your strong enough to tell the kids " HELL NO" But if your a sucker like me , u take the smell in and tell your kids to come and sanitize your hands every 5 minutes ! The salad bar is the worst I've seen it in years . And the food is made by anyone that works there? I guess they take turns. I can honestly say that this place has improved a lot. This place is extremely fun not only for the kids but parents as well. There's a lot of new games that give a lot of tickets! I enjoy watching the kids play and even join in on the fun. The wings are a bit pricey but they are delicious, the pizza is thin and could be prepared better. pizza price is high. The salad bar has improved a lot , it's much cleaner and I saw a worker cleaning it up after every customer grabbed an item. The place was clean and the restrooms had hot and cold water. read more

I used to come to this place as a child and hoped my son would have the same awesome experience I had. Yeah, he didn't so much. As you walk in you notice the Kid-check feature which I love that they have. Essentially the party you come with is the party you leave with . I was pleasantly surprised that the attendant took her job so seriously, as she should. Once inside, the place is as you would imagine, kids running everywhere, loud noises coming from the arcade games and the sweet smell of fresh pizza from the oven. During my visit I noticed the staff on the floor working very diligently but you can tell they're not happy. Kind of a bummer but oh well. This location expanded and has more games now, although not too many infant friendly games I must say. While I was there, they brought out our pizza and all of a sudden there was a citywide blackout. Manager was very courteous to come around and let us know what was going on, after 30 minutes of pitch darkness. Eventually, power was restored and we were all given 4 tokens for free play. Happy birthday Emma baby. Ok, where do I begin. It was my niece's first birthday and since it was on a weekday we decided to take her to this Chuck E Cheese's. Well, as soon as you walk into the facility it smelled extremely bad. I can't even put in words what it smelled like, something rotten? Anyhow, after a couple of minutes I got use to the smell so it wasn't too bad. The pizza was good, hence they are getting 3 stars and not 2, oh and the employees where not the friendliest bunch but they weren't rude either. This was the first chuck e cheese I have visited in this decade so I had forgotten what to expect. I visited for my bf's brother's birthday party and was taken aback by the lack of games. The games are all relatively cheap one token per game which translates to 33cents or 25 depending on the bundle, 30$= 150 tokens $20= 80. The food was better than I expected but the salad bar was very messy behind the counter which could be due to the few people working on the floor. Used to love this place because i used to come here ever since I was 7. My problem is with the staff they have. Came with my family, ordered some pizzas and wings and when it came time to pick them up, the kitchen lady wouldn't release the pizzas to my mom. Why? Because according to her, we only bought one. Really? My bank account shows I paid for 2 pizzas and wings. My receipt shows I paid for 2 pizzas and wings. When I went over to show her the receipt, she said that it was wrong because HER receipt only said one. After 5 minutes of arguing, a guy came over, supervisor maybe, and checked our receipt, verified and told her that we indeed bought 2 pizzas and wings and told her to release the pizzas and wings. Guess what? SHE REFUSED and pulled the pizzas back, placing her gloveless hands on the pizza. That stubborn woman would not give us our food because her receipt had 1 pizza. Well guess what? The idiot had the wrong receipt. She couldn't read a simple order and argued with not only the customer but her superior. That's the staff you employ? Story doesn't end here though, unfortunately. My mom had ended up liking the wings so she purchased more. When she went to pick them up, that same lady was there. Of course by now you can tell what happened. I went on a Monday afternoon it was empty, so the place was very clean the salad bar was clean and fresh I really enjoyed it. The pizza on the other hand was a bit salty it was eatable though. We had a blast playing the games although a couple of games were broken. When it was time to exchange tickets we head over to the prize line, the Employee "Andrea" was terrible she didn't greet us, or even smiled at us; she just took the receipts with the ticket count # and added it to her calculator to get the total. This place has gone down hill in the past year I have been coming here with my family. On 7/16/17 we came at a quarter after 8p hoping to see Chuck E. and take a picture with him. 8:30p arrived and no Chuck E., my brother was disappointed. They also shut off the games, exactly at 9 while my brother was playing. The CEC in Lakewood at least tells you when they are turning the games off. The majority of the staff is no good either (there was only 3 who where good to us) and the atmosphere is unwelcoming. Don't waste your money here. read more

Did not like it here. I brought my son and nope. I just felt everything was dirty and sticky.

We celebrated my son's 10th birthday at this location specially because they still have some of the original animatronics. This was a big thing for my son and that was the real reason why we came to this spot. My wife was very pleased with the lady that helped us set up the tables for the party actually everyone was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place nice clean and If management is reading this my son says to please do not ever get rid of the animatronics! Thank you! =) read more

Man was I hoping for a more cheery crew of employees, but nope. Immediately as we are greeted, the woman up front letting us in was rude and gave a face. Another woman behind the counter serving beer also couldn't care less about being a decent customer service representative. I would imagine it's usually busy during weekends for kids' parties, which was the case for us earlier this month, so don't expect an employee to be of assistance immediately.
