I've always came to this Chuck E. Cheese location ever since I can remember , and in the past we've always received our pizza first, followed by appetizers and wings. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case today. We waited a long time for our food, while another party that paid after us received their entire order before we did. I completely understand that Saturdays are busy, but it was frustrating to see a later order fully served before ours. What made it worse was the attitude from both the what's seems to be the manager and the staff at the food counter when we asked about our order. A little communication and courtesy would have gone a long way. But just telling me 5- 10 mins when clearly they could've been honest and said that orders were mixed up also multiple people went to the counter because the tracker vibrated and they were turned away because they had pressed the wrong number what about be better organized. The food you could tell it's a frozen pizza ... how do you explain yourself 40 dollars for a frozen pizza. Wings are also frozen and they sale it to you 2-3 dollars a wing. Then with all this high prices you would think that the service will be good and they act all stuck up like they are doing you a favor. It was nice to walk in and not smell like dirty feet!!! That's alone was one more Star. The place felt a little more clean than the last time I was there. Ordering food was pretty easy and the person who helped us was great at recommending how to order to save some $$. We were very disappointed that the salad bar had no boiled eggs!!! The staff here is super friendly. We were there as guests for a birthday party. My son really enjoyed the adventure zone where they have someone supervising the kids and absolutely loved the ticket blaster. This is one of the larger chuck e. We've been bringing our daughter here for the last couple of months on a weekly basis. Love the great deals you get with the fun pass. The people are very attentive and make sure you're getting the ultimate experience. We have encountered so many great parents as well. I like that the trampoline is huge and fits lots of kids and there's always someone keeping an eye out for the children. On 8/22/24 I was at the location with my son because we have the fun pass. Usually we have fun but that day a grown man pushed me son. And the person in charged took his side because they were friends. And did nothing about it . Even though I expressed that I didn't feel my son was safe because the man kept looking toward us. I called corporate and did a formal complaint and today Friday I went again the district manager was there. yesterdays manager and district manager pulled me aside and it turns out they are both friends with the man that put his hand on my son and all they say is that they will talk to them. this Chuck E. Cheese's was a 10/10 for me. The pizza was good, the games were fun, it was clean, and the animatronics were working (which is what my little brother was hoping for). A tip for parents: Don't leave your young children unattended, especially if they misbehave. My brother was playing one of the games where you receive a coin, and a kid came by and tried to take it from his hands.
