They've completely turned it around here! I frequent this location and they've got all new staff. They are kind and seem to enjoy being there! The pizza here is so good! Soda nice and crisp! Great salad bar too but they need to wash them grapes a little more. Dipping dots and cotton candy are a must! They just installed a trampoline jumping area it's $1 and for kids under a certain height. My 10 year old was too big.

    Me, enjoying an event.

I had a great time , at a private table w/ pizza & chocolate cake. There was a coordinator as well as Chuck E walking to the center stage. I stood up for a picture w/ him.

We held our granddaughter's third birthday there, as well as her second and even though it was in a different location, the results were about the same. This is a little kids, paradise, so it will always be a place that we will hold your deer and visit even when it's not due to a birthday party for her.

If it wasn't for my boys I would never ever come here! Even if invited... for a party.. if not for them I would NEVER COME HERE! My boys School holds fund raising events here every year and I wish they would find another venue. However my boys love it here because of the games and the games... and more games. I refuse to eat the food here! Not enough beer in their taps to make me want to eat here! We walk in and the tables are dirty, dirt, dirty. We got here early because last year everything was dirty... garbage piled up everywhere... so this year we came before 5 to try and avoid that. I figured it would not be "hellions on wheels" yet if we got here early and we might escape with out the several sicknesses we would surly get if we were here late.... however upon walking in the tables are already not being cleared (old food sitting there, discarded plates, used napkins, old cups and not a soul to be seen cleaning! The 6 or more table stayed like this for a long time), the salad bar was starting to look disheveled (last year by 7 it was a disaster and disgusting), and the floor.. my goodness the floor... yikes it was already beginning to capture that sticky feeling of complete disgust! If they keep the front of the place like this can you imagine what the kitchen is like? And the over all feeling here is no one cares!! There is no way I would eat here.... hold a party here.. or come here if not for the school and my boys. I pray that if we are still in this same school next year they will find a different location for this fundraiser... PLEASE! I swear I'll work on it! So all we did was buy the game cards and let the boys play... then got out of here and ate at a different location.

First time i came on a Saturday...big mistake, i don't think i have seen 1 adult staff member, they are ALL teenagers, i have seen 2 customers already upset because the pizza was cold a took so long. As for us, i ordered my daughter the kids nuggets and it's been 47 minutes and still haven't received the food. This is the last time we come on a Saturday, we'll just keep it to during the week

    Had some fun!

My daughter and her friends had an amazing time exploring the space and playing. They offer a variety of birthday party packages. I opted for the mid-tier package and rented out the whole space. The package I selected included goody bags, cupcakes, and decor which was nice; I appreciated having them handle that and they made good selections. While the space and ease of the preparations were wonderful, I felt a couple of things could've been better: 1. I had a lot of email back and forth with the party planner. She was responsive & answered my questions, but didn't provide much proactive information. It would've been nice to have a touch base phone call to go over final details and logistics the week before the party. 2. For the price I would've appreciated if they included atleast one add-on such as slime or crafts. 3. It is a very tight window - 1.5 hours with only 30 mins in the private room. I wish we could've had a total of 2 hours in the space so it wouldn't have felt as rushed.

Check-in went smoothly, the party room was appropriate, and cleanliness was acceptable. The first hour went well. We did experience some logistical issues. The drink tickets included in our package were not initially provided, and we had to request them three separate times before they were distributed. While beverage controls are understandable, repeatedly following up for items already included in a party package that represents a substantial financial commitment felt unnecessary. The more significant issue involved a piñata. During the week prior, we confirmed with two staff members that it would be allowed as long as we cleaned up afterward. We even completed a walkthrough of the space to ensure it was appropriate. Based on that guidance, we proceeded. If bringing a piñata ultimately violated policy, that is completely fine, we would have respected that immediately. The issue was not the rule. The issue was how it was handled. When the general manager (I believe her name Jeanine, can remember) entered the room, the approach was confrontational and escalated quickly. What should have been a calm clarification became unnecessarily tense in front of our guests. Clear internal alignment and professional communication would have prevented this. Policies can be firm, enforcement should still be measured and customer-focused. For an event involving 29 guests and a substantial financial commitment, more consistent communication and stronger customer-facing management training would be expected. The children still had fun, but several guests commented on the management interaction. We hope corporate reviews communication practices and oversight at this location. TL;DR: Party logistics were mostly fine, but inconsistent policy communication and a confrontational management response turned a simple issue into an unnecessary escalation. For a substantial financial commitment, better communication and management training are needed.

The salad bar alone is enough reason for me to go back to eat there. Everything was fresh and crisp on the salad bar. The pizzas and other food were replenish non-stop and it was always hot and fresh. They always had cups, ice, and drinks available. I am serious. I'm picky and I can't think of something to complain about here. The rides are always a hit with the kids. Mine will spend 8 or 9 hours there - happily. My husband joked that it should be a place for summer camps. 4 of our group didn't want the buffet and got burgers and taquitos from the restaurant. my husband is quite the food snob and said that the burger was awesome and gave me a bite. I agreed. The bacon was like a thick cut slab of pork belly. If I didn't enjoy the salad bar so much I would definitely get the burger, but I can have the best of both worlds and eat some of his next time. Their inside arcade has so many options and the games all work. I'm just so grateful that this place exists. Austin's management - you're doing an incredible job. We are fans!

We had tickets for one attraction each but couldn't even use them. There was virtually no staff present at most areas such as pull tables, mini golf, even nobody at the gift shop/prize shop. There is a small triangle shaped rope guard climb..intended for balancing more then anything as its flat no inclined. There are the swings. 2 regular and 2 baby. A hamster wheel type thing. Its a little odd...but it was fun for my daughter. She loved it. The pavilion was fairly messy, likely due to the construction taking place, but it was nice...will be nice when done. A large greenbelt for yard games, picnicking, etc. The walkway/trail is under construction so you are stuck walking in the grass...which is understandable. My only complaint is that when we arrived there was a dog pooping in the walkway (the grass part) and no owner present. Obviously unleashed.. Didn't care for that. But all in all...nice little park. We will go back if in the area. BTW there is no parking lot...street parking only at the bridge...and not much.

I asked the teacher what happened and she said he fell on the rocks while at the playground which didn't make sense to me. The next morning I asked the lady up front if she could find out what happened for me and she said she would. When I arrived for pick up that day the lady I asked that morning said she didn't find out what happened then turned to the lady who seemed really confused about what I was asking and asked if she saw what happened (she wasn't even on the playground where it took place) she stuttered and eventually told me that he had done it to himself which I knew wasn't true because my son never did anything like that before. (Still has not to this day) I decided that day to start really taking note of any marks or incidents. He began to refuse school which he used to always be excited for which I thought was odd but people would tell me it's normal. The following week a child attacked my son scratching him all over his face and arms. Nobody seemed to really know what happened, the child was suspended. As soon as the child returned 5 days later he attacked my son again, biting him in the face, I was not notified until his teacher showed up later in the day and once again no one seemed to know what happened and there were conflicting stories. That day I decided we would not be returning in the best interest of my child's safety and mental wellbeing. Be wary of this place. Very sad and disappointed it turned out the way it did.
