So I've been here a few times, during the week and on weekends... My first visit was on a week day and we had fun, not many people, pizza was decent, my daughter loved it, it's meant for kids and it left my daughter exhausted, we had a blast, this visit was a 4 star. My second visit was a birthday party on a weekend..... WOW, never coming here again on the weekend. I hate to base my review on how busy it was, but it was hard to walk around, people were crammed in the party section. The staff was really great, but it seems chaotic on the weekends and most of the ticket counting machines were out of order. I do like the small children area, I felt like I could let my 10 month old crawl around without someone stepping on her. Overall, with both visits, my 3 year old had fun, loved the place, and left tired, I'll just plan our visits during the week. read more

Took my 21 month here for her first taste of the Big Cheesy Mouse. She had a pretty good time. She was too little for most of the games, but they have a small section that is for people just her size. With a small slide, rides, and a few games geared toward the little ones, it was enough to entertain for a couple of hours. Not to mention they have performances from Mr. Cheese himself every half hour or so. He is behind a podium which is great for little ones that like the costumed characters but run in fear if they come too close. At the front entrance they stamp each kid and parent with a matching special glowing ink and then double check it when you leave to make sure you are leaving with who you came with. Pretty nice feature, if you ask me. The Chuck E Cheese website has coupons too so check it out before you go to get a good deal. We went around 9:45am and it was dead. So, as everywhere else, go early to avoid the big kid crowds. read more

It's CEC. It is what it is, really. Expensive, psychotic and run by teenagers. They have great pizza, which is how they keep parents happy, but the only time I had their salad (which was amazing), I had Salmonella for days. So, I had NO salad at Saturdays bday party. I almost cringed walking back in! Party atmosphere is too much, imo. I have 3 kids, 4-18, and never held a party here. It's costly, and CRAZY, and too damn small. I watched the teens hosting 6 parties @ one time, and I'm sure I'd hate this job too, but it was lack luster at best (performance wise). The place is brightly lit, has plenty of space between games/rides, has a check in/out process, easy access into the bathroom (no heavy doors), and was well kept and clean. We had a lot of fun here. Great little toddler area complete with a playscape, a climbing structure with a slide and plenty of ride on toys. They even have train that blows out "smoke." So cute. Gone are the days of the Chuck E. Cheese full stage shows complete with all his puppet friends. Now they only have him up on stage and large TVs that hold his friends. I was also sad to see the helicopter ride go from my youth. As mentioned, the place is lit very brightly for easy visibility. I remember when it used to be dark like an arcade in them. They offer juice boxes with the meal deals instead of soda fountain drinks which was a nice add. Took my kids there last night and everyone had a blast. The staff was very young but to our surprise very mature and friendly. They actually looked like they liked working there. They were constantly working to keep the place clean. Great job to management. We got a great deal on pizza and game tokens thanks to my wife who printed a coupon online. Pizza was actually not bad and the salad bar was fresh. Only mild complaint was the big basketball machine was not working right so I couldn't show my son my mad skills. I had my 7 y/o's birthday party here this past weekend. Totally worth the money! It was very organized, and our party host was extremely helpful. He was on time with everything, distributed all food/beverages with great speed and agility, and even bagged the gifts (and helped my husband with them to the car). Not only that, but he was extremely attentive in communicating with myself or husband to ensure everything was going positively. My daughter was thrilled and felt very, very special. The facilities are probably as clean as they can get with a teenage staff a bazillion people milling around and making a mess. I would say that the token has certainly been subject to inflation over the years...ticket dispensing is extremely stingy on most games. For that I can't give 5 stars but would definitely consider having another party there. read more

I stopped in for the lunch buffet. I was told that I could order 1 pizza to order as part of the buffet. I paid for the meal and ordered the custom pizza. The so called custom pizza was dishonest ploy to get people to try their pathetic buffet. I watched for the pizza to come out and, it never did. When I asked 2 different people behind the counter, I was told a blatant lie. I was told that it was brought out but it was eaten immediately. More Lies. I've been attending this location over the span of 18 years now between three children. I can imagine this place being gross and not clean during busy hours, but when we've been there as soon as they open on the weekdays, there's no one there and the place functions well. Pizza is okay. Salad bar is okay. My kids loved having their birthdays there. My favorite thing is that EVERYTHING is 1 coin (quarter) and it's not like Gatti Land where the games vary greatly. An hour and a half to get a large pepperoni pizza and tater bites. Every order after us got their food but for some reason our HUGE PARTY OF 5 (get the sarcasm) must have placed a complicated order. I get it, this is party central and what should you expect. Let see if our tater bites ever show up. Or will I have to go to the back again. Update: it is now 6:15pm and we got our Tater bites. We recently had my daughters birthday party here. I scheduled the party online and it was super easy. Once the day of the party came, we arrived 15 min early and our Party Host, Ariel, greeted us. Ariel was amazing! She explained everything and had the party planned down to the minute. She was extremely helpful and easy to work with. I ended up having to add on four more kids and extra pizzas for the adults and she made it happen quickly! I was a bit nervous about a Chuck E Cheese party, since in my experience at other locations, they aren't always so clean and organized. This location is extremely clean and the staff is really friendly. PLUS, they serve beer! So parents, rejoice! You can have a drink while your little ones play! **The ONLY complaint I have is that you can not leave a tip on your credit card for your party host! One word to describe this location filthy filthy filthy! It smells like pee when you walk in. The drinking fountain had at least 100 gnats flying around I guess there after the tea? Management is crap. Robbing people in the middle of the night when they aren't even open by towing anyone who parks there. Tow signs are NOT visible to anyone parking in their front lot because they are out on the road, facing the street. But their customers park in other lots during open business hours. The manager started a war with a surrounding business, be careful about where you park when visiting this place during business hours or your car may get towed too. Too bad they lose the business of EVERY SINGLE PERSON THEY TOW...I definitely will never have my children's parties there, and neither will my family or friends. Bad, bad business. read more

I was very disappointed with my son's birthday party experience at this location. Our party was scheduled for 11 AM on a Sunday and we received an email that stated we should arrive 15 minutes before the party time. When we knocked on the doors at 10:45 (the location doesn't open until 11), the employees all ignored us. One employee that was walking in was kind enough to say she would open the door (since we had two young children and a very large cake and were standing in the sun), until another employee told her that she couldn't let us in and shut the door in my face. Unbelievably rude and unprofessional. After we got in the front door, I asked to speak with a manager. The manager brushed off my concerns and said that she would make sure our party was great....we never laid eyes on her again. Our designated party helper was very little help. I spent the party racing around, passing out pizza, refilling sodas at the machines, clearing off the table. I could have done that at my own house and saved $400! The party ended up being quite expensive. I thought it would be more reasonable than Main Event, Catch Air, etc. but it was roughly the same amount in the end. The kids had a good time but the timing of the party was very disjointed. The employees were aloof and disinterested. Pros: super cheap! Appeared to be clean inside. Plenty of rides and games geared towards smaller kids. Staff was extremely friendly. Pizza buffet! Pizza was perfectly fine pizza for the price. Cons: the parking lot was trashed but they did have someone out there cleaning it up. I came here with 2 others moms (10 kids total) and every single member of our party came down with stomach cramps and diarrhea. This was the first and last time I ever have my child's birthday party here. The hostess they provided me for my son's party was a disaster. She got my food order wrong and just argued with me about it instead of just putting it in right away. She called my party back to the table when the food was ready except there was no food ready. We all sat there for 10 minutes watching all the other tables eating their pizza. When it was time to call out my son's name and age she totally forgot his name so he was the only one that didn't get his name yelled out. i mean the kids have a great time and Tuesday night 1/2 price game night is awesome. my real problem with this place is management and the attitude of the kids that work there. There is no emphasis on customer experience, or pride in the job or work that they are doing. started with kid at the front door the greeter/hand stamper/stamp checker. he actually said my name is "Bert" let me know if i can help you with anything while you are here...walked to the counter to order pizza and game credits and waited at least five minutes for absolutely no one to come around the corner. and "Bert" completely unable to help "with anything". We managed to get pizza/food ordered and a table set up only to find that ALL of the game card dispensing machines are empty and I have to get back in what is now a three family deep line at the register before I can even get a game card so my kids can play games. I had to track down employees to get tickets because the machines were empty, and of course "Burt" from the front door could do nothing, so I had to squirrel around to find employees to help me out. Oh and the attitude of the kids that work there, ugh! I did notice they were training what looked like a fresh batch of new recruits! Here is hoping that they can get it together. some advice, hire kids that enjoy working with kids, emphasize the fun atmosphere and smile (just be nice) !!! read more

This is a great place to come if you want your kids to just run around and get rid of some energy. It's definitely not the Chuck-E-Cheese I grew up with though where they had tunnels under the stage and more animatronic characters (that was the one in Austin but still they've all changed.) Lots of games for the kids to play and get tickets that they feed in to the ticket counter so they can get little prizes. We save up our kids tickets so they can get bigger prizes becuase for 80 or so tickets you don't get a whole lot that impresses them. But for kids, they don't care. Not a big fan of the pizza. The supreme pizza is good but I find it lacks in a lot of flavor in the sauce. It is nice that when you walk in they stamp your hand with ink that shows up only under a black light so no one can walk off with your kid, but I still keep mine under a watchful eye. Last time we went it wasn't that busy and it was lunch time so I'm not sure what was up with that.
