It's bar style here - you order drinks, pick your corner or join the bar, and play board games or video games or just chill. They don't serve food, but there is a snack corner, including a selection of ramen noodles. The drinks are brewed in house, so they're on tap and are poured per order. The staffs are very friendly and efficient. Now the highlight, I absolutely love the drinks. I have a little kids tastebuds when it comes to alcohol, so I loved all the sweet options. Of the one we tried this time, my favorite were the Post Watermalone and the T.L.C. They taste like juice, which is what I prefer. They have a wide selection that offer different tastes for everyone. Besides the fresh on tap drinks, they also have the 16-oz can for take home. Personally, I love their drinks and would definitely come back occasionally, since it's a bit of a drive for me. I learned that the honey is sourced from vista and Escondido. Their product tends to be on the drier side and the mead more semisweet than too sweet. Last time I was here was probably 12 years ago, and WOW has this place changed. It's basically the Disneyland of wineries now! There's a mimosa station when you arrive, wine tastings in the main building, cabana-style seating on the lawn, and tables and chairs almost everywhere you look. They also have an onsite grille restaurant, wine clubs, tours, and the cutest little shop inside. The property itself is beautiful with tons of photo spots, vineyards you can stroll through, and even a little man-made lake that gives the whole place a whimsical feel. There's also a ballroom with a huge projector where we watched the World Cup game! And random but important... bathrooms everywhere. The dress code is super chill here! It was HOT when we visited, and I even saw guys walking around in flip-flops, so definitely dress comfortably for the weather. They even have a shuttle that picks you up and drops you off at the parking lot! It comes around about every 15 minutes, and tips are welcomed. Our shuttle driver told us Wilson Creek has a contract with Disneyland, where they sell their infamous Almond Champagne, and you can also find some of their champagnes at Ralph's! The staff were all super friendly! For tastings, you purchase a tasting card at the register and then belly up to the wine bar to choose your pours. You can also just grab a glass or bottle of wine, and they even have beers on tap! You can get married here, host an event, grab food, spend the day wine tasting, or just hang out and enjoy the property. It's seriously such a happening place and we can't wait to come back!

Sipping on a sweet & scrumptious mead has been around for centuries but not everyone knows what all the Buzz is about. Mead is an alcoholic beverage made from honey. I'm a cider and Mead kinda gal in general so this is right up my alley. Meadiorcrity specifically specializes in Mead. Nothing Mediocre about it tho!!! So many flavors to choose from. On our visit we each got a flight that includes 4 tastings. That way we could try most of what's offered on tap! I liked each taster and each one was my favorite ~~ for its own unique reason. Some had notes of mint, cardamom, and or lime. All had such complementary notes that fused beautifully together! We enjoyed sitting on a cozy couch and chilled and chatting like we were in a cozy living room space. Family friendly and they have games available to play while you are there.
