I was a bit hesitant to try EWC because for the past 3 years I had been visiting another spa for my waxing needs. My regular lady was out of the country so I decided to give EWC a try and I was pleased that I did. Aesthetically this place is spotless! It's super modern and feminine and customer service has been excellent the past two times that I have been. I go for Brazilian waxes and both of the staff that serviced me where awesome! There was nothing awkward about it and they were so friendly. They even coach you through the pain of it all and really do everything to make it as quick as possible. Haven't decided if I am going to make EWC my permanent wax home but I am highly considering it.
