When I first started coming in to 180 I was having issues with chronic fatigue. The purpose of my visit was to take care of my back, but Dr. Josh helped me with my fatigue as well. I had seen 3 other doctors prior to that visit, and he was the only one who had a solution for me. I am so grateful for Dr. Josh's help. They treat you like family here and are genuinely invested in your health. As long as I live in Spokane, this will be my place!

I was used to the chiropractors that twist you around to pop your back, which was always hard on my hips. Dr. Josh doesn't do that. Instead he has this neat table that lifts up a tiny bit and then pops down. So Dr. Josh lifts the correct section of the table and then pushes on your back. The table pops down and so does your spine, but it's very gentle. And if that doesn't work, he has this tool that looks like a drill with 2 large plastic prongs coming out of it, instead of a drill bit . Those prongs move in and out of the "drill" very quickly, and it can gently pound a vertebrae back in, or even tap out knots in your shoulders (which feels awesome). Whenever I have a stubborn sublaxation (vertebrae out of place), Dr. Josh always ends up finding a way to get it back in place, even when he has to try a few different methods. Another cool thing is that I'm pregnant now, and Dr. Josh is still able to adjust me! It's thanks to his special table and some special pillows with a hole cut out for my belly. The chiropractor I saw for my first pregnancy couldn't adjust me once I started showing. I have to say, it's so nice to be able get adjustments for my entire term! Dr. Josh is always popping my hips back into place. Plus, he can do your whole skeleton, not just your spine, so he has been fixing my ankle for me too. I first went to Dr. Josh 4 years ago in severe pain that was making it hard to work. He got me in the day I called and after my appointment I already felt such relief that I could focus on work much better. Within a month I was back to normal. I've continued to see him since then for maintenance, so I don't find myself in that terrible pain again (because it happened because I had stopped seeing a chiropractor for a while). Everyone is different, and most won't have to see him as much as I have. I have some back problems. He does his best to get you all fixed up with frequent adjustments and exercises you do at home to strengthen your back so it stays in proper alignment better. He's truly interested in helping you to get better, not signing you up to see him for the rest of your life. And the best part is that chiropractic is drug-free and actually corrects the problem instead of just masking the symptoms. I definitely recommend 180 Chiropractic. I have already sent friends and family there and they have all been very happy with their care. 180 Chiropractic accepts insurance, or you can pay cash too. Their fees are very reasonable. Edit: Dr. Josh doesn't accept insurance anymore. You can pay cash/credit for a single visit, or you can become a member of his practice for a monthly fee. That membership entitles you to 4 visits a month, and if you do all 4, you save a lot of money compared to most insurance copays. He also has a family membership where everyone in your immediate family gets 4 visits a month, so you can really save big with that plan! I love this. Finally I can afford to go once a week like I felt I needed, and no more do I have to deal with my insurance telling me I'm not in enough pain to get adjusted. (I'm not in pain anymore BECAUSE I get adjusted routinely.)

I have since finished my treatment and couldn't be happier. I always leave with a smile on my face! Dr. Anthony is so personable, caring, and fantastic with his adjustments! Jonathan Bechard has been fantastic with his massages and is very personable too. Both played a key roll in my healing process and I cannot thank them enough for their treatment. The ladies at the front desk are always with a bright smile on their faces and so eager to help and accommodate you. I recommend this practice to anybody who needs/wants any type of chiropractic care or massage treatment. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Just know after ur first appointment the rest of your appointments will be 5 minutes. Didn't help my pain at all, not even one bit. The chiro I'm seeing now does and definitely takes longer than 5 minutes. Seems like more of a money making machine than a chiro office. Just get them in get them out get our money right? So I would drive 25 minutes, usually wait 5-15 minutes after checking in and then only be seen for 5 minutes. For massage, the male masseuse I had made me extremely uncomfortable..was lecturing me and non stop talking during my appointment. I specifically asked for a female masseuse after that and they kept scheduling me with men so why would I show up to the appointment?? Ridiculous to charge me no show fees, so you expect me to place myself in an uncomfortable situation with a man because you can't follow a basic request? Enjoy my $300, because clearly y'all need it more than me :) I hope you're proud of yourselves charging a young woman who was the victim of a reckless driver because she didn't want to be in an uncomfortable situation with a man. Also, this is an unsafe area, tweakers hang out right outside the building. Much much better options out there. Really disappointing you guys...I would assume you got in to this field to help people but clearly I was wrong. Major changes need to be made, I strongly urge you to do better and treat people with respect and dignity.

I overheard that the office would be closed on Saturdays until further notice. I was not otherwise informed about the office closure situation, and there were no signs posted. I asked about the possibility of carrying over one appointment to the following month to account for the closure, since I live 30 miles south-west of town (Cataldo is the closest location). Without hearing my full request, Hannah interrupted by telling me that it was not an option. I asked to speak to an office manager who might have the ability to override, she denied me access to anyone, until finally belligerently telling me that a remote manager would get with me within seven days, yet I tried to point out to her that I only had four days to use one more appointment, yet they were closed two of those days and I was out of town the other two. Hannah apparently called a "team lead" and flat out lied three times as I stood right in front of her, aghast at her blatant lies- for all in the office to hear. She told the "team lead" that I said "I have a life" and "unwilling to drive to another location" and said that I "threatened to post on every social media site". None of those were true. Although I did say that if I had to fill out their in-house complaint form then wait seven days for a response, then I might as well exert the same effort to simply post a Google review - not EVERY social media site... On the other two items, I stated no such thing. Hannah flat out lied. And she dared to tell me she was using a "figure of speech" when I confronted her. Needless to say, I cancelled upon the first opportunity to do so.
