All of their care from the front office staff to the doctor quality of care is fabulous.. and the doctor is a great ENT.

I came about a cyst on my thyroid. I am 82. So I feel I was typecast as an old lady not worth the trouble. He didn't introduce himself, he didnt ask me if I had any concerns, Very dismissive Anyway, it was a collosil waste of time for me. I feel his diagnosis was probably correct but his manner was very off putting. I don't like being treated that way probably because of my age. If you don't care about that sort of thing then go to him. Others have said he should have at least done a blood draw for my thyroid. I am not dead yet. Dont treat me that way. read more

I'm writing this review which is long overdue from a surgery I had with Dr. Lykins nearly three years ago now. I think I was so deflated and exhausted that I gave up on ENTs and couldn't even find the strength to write this review. In fact, the only thing I got out of surgery with Dr. Lykins was Covid (the one and only time I've ever had it) and a $1500 surgical co-pay. I had originally gone to Dr. Lykins with high hopes since his bio said he had attended Harvard. I thought he must be excellent but sadly I was wrong. I must also preface that I have been in medical sales for many years which means I have worked with hundreds if not thousands of doctors and medical professionals over the span of my career. While Dr. Lykins seems nice at first, it quickly becomes apparent that he and his practice are operating like a fast-food model. By this I mean they seem to completely over schedule their practice to get patients in and out as fast as possible, more interested in profit than the patient. I say this because each time visited the office, the Dr. was out the door before I had even finished asking questions. He sent me for a scan without discussing any other options and was out the door on to his next patient before I could get in a word. The surgery was no help at all and I've had to move on to a different ENT who actually took his time and discovered a huge cyst in my sinuses. read more

Not impressed with the lack of professionalism from doctors, front office or staff. Hopefully they will get it right soon.

The front-office staff moved my appointment three times, the last being the day of my appointment. I had to readjust my schedule repeatedly, and they never even apologized or indicated that they realized this was an inconvenience. Dr. Lykins is somewhat likable but is also incredibly rushed. The second he flung open the door it seemed I was wasting his time. The amount of time he spent looking in each ear was truly, and I mean it, less than a second per ear. He talks incredibly fast and has an arrogant and abrupt manner. I usually understand doctors quite well, but he was hard to follow due to explaining information so fast. Dr Lykins has it all. He had to perform a very complicated surgery on a Diviated Syptom. I spent the whole time wearing a mask and couldn't breathe. My results were perfect. I wish every surgery was this good. Thank you Dr Lykins. Also special thanks to Dr. Bailey who referred me. read more

Dr. Lykins was very helpful with my ear issues. I had discomfort in my ears and had a difficult ear cleaning. He listened to me, answered each and every question I had. He also looked at my throat as I had allergy-like symptoms. The tool he uses is painless to clean ear wax out (mine was impacted) and he does it quickly. The office staff were very nice and told me what my bill would be before I had it done, that was much appreciated! Also, I was in and out in less than an hour. That's almost unheard of for a new patient visit having a procedure. I highly recommend this ENT to anyone. read more

The best ENT doctor! Excellent. Helped me and my family with from nose bleeds to deviated septum to hearing loss, and helped a friend's son with thyroid cancer and got surgery worked. Very smart, kind. read more

I called a month ago to schedule an appt. with Dr. Lykins and my appt. was supposed to be a week from now but I called them today to see what I need to bring to my appt. they told me that they don't take my insurance. When I called a month ago to make the appointment I specifically told them what insurance I have & they assured me that they took my insurance. I wasted a month thinking that I was going to have an appointment with Dr. Lykins when I could've had an appointment with another doctor 2 weeks prior but Dr. Lykins was closer because I live up north. My pulmonary doctor asked me what doctor I had found because he wanted to refer his patients to him as well. Also when I called to confirm I spoke to a Deanna and she wanted to comfirm with the office manager, but was out to lunch so she promised me a call back but 2 hours later I had to call back. Now I have to call back the other doctor & probably have to wait another month to get in. Make sure you confirm everything!!! read more

I visited Dr. Lykins because I've had chronic issues with breathing through my nose that nothing has alleviated. He saw me for about 10 minutes and sent me for a CT scan; 2 weeks (and a bunch of $$) later a nurse called to advise that he looked at my scan and that I have normal sinuses and if I was still having issues to get a second opinion. It's not that he didn't find anything that would help that bothers me. What bothers me is the careless way I was treated. He doesn't even call himself, just a call from a nameless nurse telling me, in essence, to go away and don't bother them. Not a nice way to be treated. read more

Dr Lykins was very personable, he took all the time I needed, and explained the issue I have. His staff was great.

This review is long past due. Dr. Lykins performed my partial thyroidectomy in Oct 2014. This sounds common, but it is not an easy surgery and my goiter was particularly large. Dr Lykins takes pride in his work, he wants to do an excellent job, and he did take all the extra time in surgery that day to get it right. I have a very small scar, but did not suffer any of the possible complications from the surgery. As is typical, I had pre and post op office visits with Dr. Lykins. He has a cheerful personality, he explained everything and answered all my questions, he did not rush. He seems like he genuinely likes what he is doing and wanted me to have a successful experience. At a post op office visit the MA was busy, so he took out my last lingering stitch himself instead of making me wait. read more

I am shocked at the negative reviews of Entegrity ENT. Seems like it is the office staff that the comments are directed to. Please do not judge Dr. Lykins on the reviews. He is personable, highly competent and he does give a darn. The appointment setter was very pleasant today. Maybe they hired a new practice manager! read more

I went and saw Dr Lykins on October 25th for severe sinus pain that was effecting my eye site. I was struggling working and taking care of personal commitments. Dr Lykins was very nice , came in the office and completed the exam. Completed the scope and discussed possible diagnosis but wanted a scan to confirm. By the way he mentioned a scan before he even spoke with me. I completed the scan the very next morning. Today's date is November 15th, 2018. I have yet to hear from him despite my calling once or twice a week. I just wanted to know what to do. I have been to urgent care twice now and to a walk in clinic. Picked up my own scans. Very poor patient care. I am in the health field and know he will be paid for the appointment as well as kick back from scan. I am still ill and am going to have to find another doctor. Please do not go to a doctor that is so busy he can not get back to his existing patients. I understand that he is busy but if you are so busy you can not care for patients don't take new ones. Refer them out. I am extremely disappointed and still sick? I can not even give him one star. I gave him one because it would not post if I did not. read more

I am prone to sinus infections. Skipping the details from comparison of diagnosis/care of sinus infections from PCP compared with Dr. Lykins, ENT, from my experience, the expert diagnosis method and the care received by Dr. Lykins for my recent sinus infection is far superior. Though it may be difficult to get an appointment when I have a sinus infection since he's a busy doctor and normally booked up, my preference is to always and only seek care from Dr. Lykins for future sinus infections. (Some PCP's won't prescribe antibiotics unless you have a fever and sinus facial pain: however, if a CT scan shows "chronic sinus infection" and (without the scan, you have alot of gross mucus), you are in dire need of antibiotics. ..."However, chronic sinusitis or complications arising from sinus infection which if left untreated, should be taken seriously." ref: per internet link. Previously, before going to Dr. Lykins, I had an incident of pneumonia!) Dr. Lykins also shows superior knowledge over best treatment course of antibiotics for knocking out a sinus infection. Furthermore, Dr. Lykins is conservative (which is a trait that I look for in a doctor) and doesn't push unnecessary allergy shots or unnecessary surgeries on you. Another plus: his office uses advanced technology compared to my prior ENT. If you are looking for a great ENT, I highly recommend Dr. Lykins. read more

I went to him because I thought I might be having a sinus issue and felt lightheaded and dizzy. He did a hearing test and a quick 5 minute exam and he told me that he didn't think it was sinuses. He said I might have a tumor in the inner ear, so he sent me for an MRI. He never called me to explain anything after the MRI. He had his nurse call and said my MRI was fine. I asked about why I might be feeling lightheaded and dizzy and they sent me for neurological testing. It's been a month since the testing and he has never gotten back to me with any results. I called the office and a nurse said he was out of town and would call me when he got back. Still waiting. I am so mad, that I have gone for all these tests and the doctor never gets back to me by phone or email with any results. I'm thinking that my issues are sinus related because the fullness in my ear and dizziness is better. Instead I've had every test in the world and no communication with the doctor that ordered them. I just finished being treated by Dr. Lykins which included a surgical procedure. I was very happy and satisfied with the treatment. He is bright, personable, thorough and professional. He spends time with you as a patient, you never feel rushed. His surgical skills are excellent. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing the services of an ENT specialist. read more
