Horrible staff, extremely rude and unprofessional. Go to Valley ENT Shea, much better.

Who knows what he is doing! Very fast and efficient. If a referral for a rare specialty purpose, he has the network to do so.

Dr. Kaiser is an exceptional physician who genuinely cares about his patients. I initially came to…read morethe practice for an unrelated ENT issue, and Dr. Kaiser performed my surgery with excellent results. During my post-operative follow-up visit, Dr. Kaiser took the time to discuss an unexpected finding from imaging that had been ordered through the practice. He carefully explained that a para-ophthalmic aneurysm had been identified and ensured that I understood the importance of obtaining further evaluation and treatment. His thoroughness and willingness to communicate clearly helped me navigate a very frightening situation. Throughout my care, Dr. Kaiser has been professional, knowledgeable, compassionate, and attentive. I never felt rushed, and he always took the time to answer my questions and address my concerns. I am grateful for the care I received and highly recommend Dr. Kaiser to anyone seeking an ENT specialist who is skilled, caring, and committed to his patients' well-being. Thank you, Dr. Kaiser, for your excellent care and for helping ensure that a serious medical condition received the attention it needed.

I originally turned to Yelp to find help find a local provider to deal with a blocked ear canal…read more These tend to happen to me, such as swimmers ear. Reviews seemed amicable so I gave it a shot. Only fair that I provide my experience to round out the Yelp perspective... As I mentioned, I simply went in for a blocked ear canal. The office team seemed nice, fairly fancy waiting room, and they gladly scanned my health insurance to get things started. Once the assistant led me into the room, I was told that 'normal procedure is a Cat Scan'. A CAT SCAN to start?!, without any evaluation? I clarified I do not need a Cat Scan for a blocked ear canal..they begrudgingly obliged. The practitioner took care of me. Indeed, it was just a plugged ear canal and a minor one at that. For some reason they wanted to look up my nose. Feeling comfortable with the practitioner, I followed her guidance there. Next they used a machine to zap the ear wax out of my ear - that took about 1 minute or so given there wasn't much. That solved the issue. Well guess how much that visit hit me for? $1,600. Yes. $1,600 for clearing out some ear wax. My post-service impression, with their pushing of a CAT SCAN (which I denied) and unnecessary practice to look up my nose for a plugged ear is a sign that they clearly wanted to run up the bill as much as possible. Well, there you have it. Take the review for what it is, my experience was fine, but a $1,600 bill is as egregious as it gets in the medical field.

BEWARE! I would rate this Dr. a big fat 0 if I could. This Dr. is only out for the fast money…read more Their M.O. is to rush you in to their CT scanner , then the PA ( Nikita) will look right at you and tell you that there are NO INFECTIONs , even told me to stop all antibiotics which I of course had a bad sinus infection which I told them even before the appointment and had to have surgery later They immediately sell you the balloon procedure and get you to schedule it ASAP. You are not allowed to see the Dr. even if you get the balloon procedure, afterwards, once they are paid, they literally tell you to go elsewhere with your problem. SCAMMERS. I believe the office staff is on a commission basis to sell the balloon procedure for the Dr. as its an average $10,000 for 5- minutes of work. Unfortunately, I've been through 5/6 ENT Dr.'s and was very desperate.

It didn't feel like a real medical practice. And it felt like the medical staff had to "deal" with my after the initial sales pitch. There was a 2 page print out for post & pre-op care. It was very shoddy. And I had to pick up and take my own drugs to knock myself out prior to the procedure. That was the wackiest part. If I asked questions or raised suspicions about any steps, of course I was made to feel like I was stupid or not getting something that was very simple. It all makes sense now why they were acting like this. I was scammed. The procedure was fully covered by my insurance, however I still feel sick by the fact that I was taken advantage of by Dr. Stewart. He doesn't appear to be at this practice but I wouldn't trust any of them.
