Huy is my assigned physical therapist and I'm so grateful for his knowledge and dedications in what he does. I have a very low pain tolerance, yet Huy is extremelyyy patient and encouraging to motivate and guide me through all the exercises to make sure I'm reaching the necessary intensity and milestones for my recovery journey within a safe measure. They also have other assistants helping out during the exercises and all of them are very kind. Their positive environment makes my whole physical therapy journey a lot more tolerable and somewhat enjoyable. I'm always looking forward to my sessions there.

They laughed and made jokes about it and about how they immediately have to go home and shower. It was really unprofessional and I felt so uncomfortable. Another thing is all they do is talk to eachother and barely pay any mind to their actual patients. My physical therapists told me to do 15 reps of a certain exercise then continued talking to everyone else in there then came back and he asked me "did you do your 25 reps ? " and I was like "oh you told me 15" , and he goes "ok, 15 I'm not gonna go back and forth about reps". Like what? I never tried to argue or anything I was just letting him know that's how many I did cus that's what he said. I told them to never book me again, I was dreading going back there.

My experience with Dr. Anthony Gualtieri and INOV8 Orthopedics was very negative. Although the…read moredoctor is a kind person, the outcome of my hip replacement and the care I received at the clinic were extremely disappointing. During my hip replacement surgery with Dr. Gualtieri, my femur was fractured, the stem was placed over-rotated, and the femoral head was left loose. Because of the fracture, a cerclage was placed, which caused severe pain and had to be removed in a second surgery four months later. Even then, my pain never improved. At 9th months I was given a cortisone injection in the bursa, and he suggested injecting the psoas muscle as well. I insisted something more was wrong and requested a CT scan, which finally showed the over-rotated stem. I later sought a second opinion, and the new specialist had to remove the entire prosthesis and replace it. Now I am finally pain-free, my foot is straight, and I can walk normally. My experience at INOV8 Orthopedics during these surgeries was also deeply troubling. After my first surgery, the medications caused severe nausea, and while I was still under anesthesia--half asleep--they discharged me. They told my husband that if I didn't urinate, he should take me to an emergency room. They sent me home without properly checking my vital signs or considering my condition. It was an inhumane and undignified way to treat a patient. During my second surgery, even though they knew how badly I had reacted to their medications and anesthesia, they attempted to give me the same medications again. I had to refuse and go home to take the only medicine that didn't make me sick. Overall, the care I received felt lacking in compassion, attention, and basic respect for the patient's well-being. I am sharing my personal experience so that other patients can make informed decisions.

I asked him flat out if he was going to have his knee done who would he use and he instantly said, " That's easy. It's Stephan Kreuzer '. I've operated with so many Doctors that you learn who is good, great, and excellent and he is the best". My experience with every touch was unlike other practices. He has built his own ecosystem, and everyone there, from the top down knows why you are there and why they are two. I was an out of town patient and they make it so easy that other people should know about it. After surgery at his own surgical center, you drive 800 yards and stay at a nice Holiday Inn Express and see his PA two days later and head home. He allowed me to use telemedicine appoints on the front and backend which literally saved my 12 hours of driving and a hotel each time. I abandoned my walker as soon as I got home and have been getting better and better ever since. I had absolutely zero pain from the knee although the incision itselt felt very tight and at four weeks is much better.That was the only limiting part of the procedure.
