The bill was about $250- not an insignificant amount for our splurge but worth it for the treat it was for my grands. Another employee checked us out- time for questionable (VERY UNPROFESSIONAL) tactics- she asked the YOUNG KIDS if they wanted backpacks, I said no, she asked THE KIDS if they wanted boxes, she asked THE KIDS if they wanted gift cards ( we were "eligible for 9 giftcards with our purchase to come back and spend the $90- the catch is that I must pay $45 now for the "$90 giftcards"). I said NO to all the add ons- it felt very sneaky and I was ticked that she would try to use the children to increase the sale. Never again at this location.

What a phenomenal family experience! We should have come earlier, because you could spend all day…read morehere! Originally we just came to get pumpkins and we're a little taken aback with it being $20/person to get in but it was SO worth it! Not only is it a beautiful property with a pond and areas for family photos but it's filled with tons of activities and games for kids of all ages and adults to play. My daughter went nuts climbing in the giant pit of corn kernels, which was like quick sand, but couldn't get enough. Going down all of the slides and playing with the gigantic bubbles for an hour had her laughing for an hour. Highlights are the beautiful hike up quite a big hill for an extravagant view of the property and the best part, the corn maze! The owners go to meticulous lengths to create designs seen from above of different animals and patterns every year, it's truly amazing. You can see on the website how they do it but it's unbelievable. Our daughter is 3 and had an absolute blast, but our friends with teens enjoyed it the corn experience so much. At the end, TONS of pumpkins to choose from of all sizes, shapes and colors for very reasonable prices. Tons of parking across the street, accessible by a tunnel that goes underground to the area. All of the staff were helpful and ready to have fun conversations. Only cons I can think of is tbat Kind of a wait to get food but it's a busy place, and there are no indoor restrooms, they are all Porta potties but well kept. We will be back next year for sure and bring the whole family. What a gem to find just 20 minutes outside of Baraboo!

One of the best corn mazes I've been to! We had so much fun with the axolotl maze. It was…read moredefinitely a challenge, but worth it, and great for any age. I loved all the extra challenges within the main corn maze, like the scavenger hunt and maze within a maze. I'll say, doing the maze in the dark was a lot more of a challenge. I wish I had brought a headlamp, flashlight, or portable phone charger for my phone flashlight. However, the stars and sky were beautiful at night. We couldn't stop looking up! I recommend buying tickets online, they were cheaper than at the door. You could easily add them to your Apple wallet or phone. When we arrived, we walked right up to the check-in booth and staff scanned them very quickly. Off of this, the staff were absolutely wonderful. They were all so kind and I loved how excited they were about the maze. You can tell that the owner has really put a lot of thought into all aspects of the farm, and the experience of the corn maze. I thought the admission ticket was well worth it! If we had come during the day, I would've loved to check out the pumpkin patch because it looked really fun, but the bonfire after the maze was super nice. We loved the hot chocolate also and little snacks for purchase. There were not a lot of food options so make sure to eat before you come! Lastly, make sure you prepare for not having any phone service. No one in our group had any bars with T-Mobile, US cellular, or Verizon. We downloaded the directions ahead of time so we didn't get lost driving home and set a meeting point for our group upon arrival.

We started our shopping day here, and it did not disappoint. We have been to the one in Branson, MO, but we felt this one is even better. There is also an Antique Mall, nice little cafe, and an AWESOME wood carver. This place is like an Etsy Mall of America! We scored a very nice, patriotic table runner for us to use in the summer. Plus, we found a gorgeous U.S. Navy cribbage board that doubles as wall art (round U.S. Navy seal). BONUS: They had Christian music playing for us to enjoy while shopping, and there were plenty of faith-based and conservative craft offerings. TIP: Check out the Game crafter. While we did not buy one, the crafter has really cool "Lawn Washers" games. They take all forms of payment, which makes it convenient if you din't carry cash.

The guy running the counter just added up the purchase in his head. Nice guy. I bought knitting needles and he let me know they're getting in yarn in a week or two.
