Usually we are pretty picky and like to search for a nice wide based fully branch filled tree and it takes a while of walking through all the rows trying to remember which one you liked best! Not here... All the trees are great! Plus they last a long time without shedding the needles. The customer service here is great. Prices are extremely fair for the quality of the trees you get. They are all very friendly and helpful. Like most places they will freshly cut the bottom of the tree for you if you would like, they shake it, and bundle wrap it for you. They have a cute gift shop where they offer free hot chocolate, lots of crafts, homemade goods, fudge, and all types of goodies and Christmas gifts to purchase! You can walk their fields to go hand cut your own tree with one of their provoded hand saws and drag it back yourself or you can take a wagon ride out to the fields depending on how busy they are. Then they will bring it back for you. All in all just one of the coolest tree farms we have ever been too. Beautiful old barn on the property that is a must see. Also a fun fact! They own the world's largest horse "Jake" So you can tour their barn and visit this huge horse. Check that off your bucket list!

I happened to come across an article and the original owners co-own a beautiful tree farm in Marshall. They had closed their farm last year to let their trees grow for an additional year to allow for a larger selection this year. They have the greatest set up, providing not only sharp saws, but sleds to pull the trees. They also shake and bail your tree. There's even free hot cocoa and homemade cookies waiting for you when you pay. Highly recommend!!

The trees are organized in nice rows with grass in between, not tons of mud, and no steep hills to climb. They provide sleds to drag your tree around, or your kids.......or your husband. Inside, when you go to pay (cash or check only) they have free hot chocolate, cookies, and venison sausage. This year we couldn't muster the strength to cut our tree down ourselves, so the nice gentleman did it for us with a compact chainsaw. I'm asking Santa for compact chainsaw. They have several different types and sizes of trees, ranging in price starting at about 35 bucks and up. The cost includes shaking, bundling, and help loading the tree if you need it. Specifically, we have a butt head cat, so we always go here and get a blue spruce. He leaves it alone because it is VERY prickly. Instead, he sits nearby and stares at it until New Years. Upon entrance, you park your vehicle and they provide hand saws for you to cut your own tree. They have a wide selection of pre-cut and live trees - you can really pick your own adventure. Once you have your tree, they have a tree jiggler that removes the leaves and debris and they also wrap it up for you. The staff are so friendly and it's a family owned business. Yesterday, (3/23/2023) we decided to place a second order for shipping this spring. Not having mail delivery to our residence, I called to clarify their shipping policies. I dialed their 800 number and followed the prompts. One option was "if you wish to add to your existing order" please press.... " so I did. A rep answered the phone and impatiently barked into the receiver "Customer Service" but did not identify herself. This is the first clue. I identified myself politely, inquired about the ability to add to the order (as was an option) and their shipping method. I was told in no uncertain terms that there is no option to add to an order, nor can they tell me how it will be shipped. It depends "on their machine." First, why is addition to an order and option if it is not? Second, why cannot you assist a customer with concerns regarding shipping? She was so rude, curt and unprofessional that I hung up. This unidentified individual was very poor representative of any business concern, especially in a service capacity. The only reason that they were given THREE stars instead of one was solely that I have been happy with their stock.
