There was Pandora and Vera Bradley, there store offers home decor, dishware, candles, clothing and accessories. I just was in awe, I know that during the Christmas holiday they decorate the store to the nine's. There is ample street parking, if you want a drink afterwards to look through all your baggies to check out your goodies there are bars & restaurants across the street. We saw it and loved it right away, and an employee quickly told us it was the last one. We are building a new home and thought it would be amazing in our foyer, so we bought it. We have purchased expensive furniture at numerous different stores around the Madison area and at one time we had some issues with an item we purchased in Madison. That store went ABOVE AND BEYOND, telling us they would do anything to make it right. Refund, store credit, sending a repair person to our home were all options they gave us. When we bought this table neither one of us recall anyone saying that the sale was final and there were no returns. However, it does say that in the small print on our receipt. To our shock, we learned the table was too long for the spot we intended it for and we have no other place for it. Due to the cost (almost $2,000.00) we reached out to the store to see if we could return it - and we even told them we would be happy with store credit so we could find another, smaller table. The person on the phone was rather short and to the point, telling us "There are no refunds or exchanges, we told you that when you bought it". When we tried to explain that nobody told us that, and we were willing to just get store credit so they would not lose out on a sale, they told us "You will have to talk to the OWNER" who was not there. So we asked for the owner to call us at her earliest convenience. My wife received a call from another employe who was NOT the owner, and she said "I'm sorry, but there is nothing we can do". WARNING: If you are looking for good customer service and a store that cares about their customers and will stand behind their products, I would suggest you DO NOT shop here. We have spent a lot of money at this store over the years and this was a major purchase. They did not seem to care if they lost a good customer and all future sales from us.

Instead, I ended up ordering online and had the present mailed directly to my friend. At checkout, there was a box where I was able to enter a message, and all I wrote there was "Happy Birthday!". I expected that message to appear somewhere on the shipping label (as I've seen other places do), but no. What arrived inside the shipping box was another beautifully wrapped box with a bow and a hand-addressed little Frank Lloyd Wright note card. Totally unexpected, and terrific!

Soaps, candles, nice greeting cards, stained glass, dome local artisan creations. Even some kid stuff. The clerk behind the counter was helpful and pleasant. We bought a bar of Nag Champa soap and a deck of old master playing cards. Nothing highly remarkable or captivating, but a nice shop nonetheless.

Truly everywhere you look there is something wonderful and unique. Party supplies, home goods, gifts, cards, candies, beauty and self care items and lots more. Throughout the day of their grand opening celebration they had a craft event, hot chocolate bar, and wine tasting. We stopped by for the wine tasting and also entered a raffle. The staff were so friendly and helpful. They had some really cool balloon displays throughout the store and have plans for more in-store options and ways to help you have them at your own party. Let's make this shop so successful that they open a Milwaukee location! ;) In the meantime, I can order from their website.
