It was getting red and irritated and so when she did it again on the other side I had to tell her it was hurting and to stop it. I felt I wasnt getting service for treating myself. They were trying to make commission possibly for each service? I kept declining getting upgrades on pedis. And they shot me with the hot service and I said no and then they kept trying to upgrade on the pedicure. The water was not warm or hot. It was like cold. Not cool. And I asked if they do discounts (military) they said no. They only do loyal customer points which I told them cool but not all people are locals and I would be heading out the next day. They have this lotion that has glitter on it so just keep an eye out if it is embedded into your nails and they try to paint over it. Also, its summer time and I'm wearing my chacos and I know how treaky they can be with getting them on if you get your toes done. So I told her if I can wear them after the lotion and stuff and then put it on so they can paint my toes it would be easier (plus I save them for using those foamie slippers). Again I gotten enough pedicure services other nail salons do it too. But she said no.

These guys took their sweet time coming into work though. I (and two other women, one of which got impatient and left) sat parked, waiting for them to open before finally getting the open door at 9:20. So, I came in for a fill-in and gel pedicure. My nail tech was Alex. He was pretty friendly, and thorough. Although it took over an hour to do my fill-in... then he forgot i asked for a pedicure as well. So, two hours and $98 later, I finally left that place. My time was not valued here while they opened late and took their sweet time with the services. And on top of that, the prices are kind of steep. Three stars, solely because my nails came out nice.
