This is one of the brand new nail salon/spa in Grovetown (off GA 388). It's really pretty inside. Clean and chic. This place opens at 9am, supposedly. These guys took their sweet time coming into work though. I (and two other women, one of which got impatient and left) sat parked, waiting for them to open before finally getting the open door at 9:20. So, I came in for a fill-in and gel pedicure. My nail tech was Alex. He was pretty friendly, and thorough. Although it took over an hour to do my fill-in... then he forgot i asked for a pedicure as well. So, two hours and $98 later, I finally left that place. My time was not valued here while they opened late and took their sweet time with the services. And on top of that, the prices are kind of steep. Three stars, solely because my nails came out nice. read more

My daughter and I first visit to this shop for something as simple as a manicure and pedicure was a terrible experience. We were the only clients in the shop at the time. Then a group of three came in and stated they wanted a full set and pedicures. The nail tech speed up the service he was providing to me. Just so he could go help the other clients that wanted more expensive service. Bad polish job, and a bad natural manicure. How do you mess up a manicure and pedicure? If a friend recommends this shop to you, get the name of tech that did her nails to save yourself some disappointment, because not all nail techs are good at there job, just saying. read more

My last visit for a mani/pedi (to include SNS fill-in) was not a happy visit. The person doing my pedicure, based on my limite interaction with her, could barely understand or speak English. She finished by pedicure and sent me to a nail tech for the SNS refill. They both assured me the colors were the same, but they were not! The owner, Alex, told me he would do next time for free, but I left very dissatisfied. I rarely have time to get my nails done and when I do, I prefer they match. Although Alex told me the next fill-in would be free, I chose to try a new location. Also - I prefer the technicians to be able to speak and understand English clearly and that seems to be becoming a problem at this salon. read more

Overall good experience. Helen is amazing. If she is in I always request her. One of the older men I do not like and if he is assigned to me I decline but everyone else does a great job. If I ever have an issue with a nail a week or two after I go back to have it corrected. Alex never charges me if I have to have corrections. I personally really like this business. read more

I will never patron this establishment again! I took my two daughters the end of February because my oldest had a pageant, service was great and their manicures as well as my oldests pedicure turned out great. Everyone was super nice and the vibe was great that day. Fast forward to three weeks later... I take my daughters back on for fill ins, a new set, as well as I myself wanted to get a pedicure and full set. My pedicure turned out great, however the tech made a comment and the assumption that I was pregnant because I'm a bigger woman with a stomach and 4 kids (Not Okay!), My nails however are hideous, the color does not match my pedicure which I asked for, the lengths are off and the tech didn't round my edges and make sure my nails were all even like I asked. He was also a smart aleck towards me as I was getting the service done by him. I left very disappointed and disheartened by the treatment I received. Both of my daughters nails turned out decently with few minor flaws, however mine I cried over because I've never had such an awful job done when getting false nails put on. I went back in first thing the next morning and asked for them to be shortened and rounded so I would be happier about my nails and have spent over $200+ for services the previous day, I was helped by the same young man who helped me the previous day and again he was a smart aleck. He did shorten the length of my nails, but not without being rough and hurting me, he also shortened my already super short thumb nail so again the lengths just don't match, there was no rounding of the edges or attempt to correct the color mismatch. I'm so appointed!! I only went to this salon because many of my friends had received such great services from them. It upsets me to think that I spent $500 in this establishment in less than a month and received such services. You would think as a professional business you would want to make sure the person paying for the services on all persons in the party receives amazing service! Myself as well as my daughters will never patron this establishment again, I will also be suggesting anyone who asks me to go elsewhere. No need for anyone I know to waste their money on services that aren't to the standards of the prices charged. read more

The salon is beautiful however their prices are ridiculous. I requested a manicure with dip powder. I requested a certain color as I am military and he used the wrong color. Then had the nerve to charge me $50 instead of a discount or an apology. This turned into an almost 2 hr process. read more

Just left this salon with my friend and we had a terrible experience. The guy cut off the sides of my friends nail to "shape" them because they were to "thin". He made his own shape of her nails by cutting her nail in a lot. It looked so bad, so she had him take it off. Now my nails were mostly fine until the lady fumbled on my design, soo bad. I got dip and then she used gel polish on some of my nails and then left the dip on the other part. Terrible experience and terrible prices. read more

This was a horrible experience for my 19 year old daughter. She was there for a mani-pedi. The pedicure was first. They left her for 20 mins with ice cold water. Being it was her first time she texted me. I said get them to turn in the heater. Finally she was able to get someone attention. They told me to come in and they would give a refund. Drove 45 mins to go back and they tried to tell me she didn't get a pedicure and they weren't doing anything. Don't go there. Horrible customer service. The knocked cuticles was overlooked as well. This place is awful, I got nail fungus on three of my nails and the technician wanted to continue filling my nails. I had ask him several times to remove the nails, he thought it was funny, and told me that it was my natural nail color. The manager came over to me twice and asked if they could just put color on my nails, they were not concerned about my feelings or my nails. Great first time experience! The inside of the salon is probably one of the nicest I've seen in Augusta. We were welcomed and seated right away. The receptionist offered us something to drink and they have a giant bowl of chocolates! My sister and I both got manicures. A man whom I believed was the owner took a look at my nails and said that he would remove them for free because he saw the horrible job that a nail tech from Golden Nails did. After removing them, he recommended I try the SNS. I took his advice and am glad I did! The came out gorgeous and felt lighter on my nails than the gel. My nail tech took his time and made sure every nail was perfect. If you're in Grovetown and looking for a solid nail salon, this is the place to go! read more

I've been there 2 times for mani-pedi gel. The first time was a Sunday, the gel fell off the first nail on Tuesday. By Friday, 1/2 were off. I didn't worry about it and went back on that Sunday. On zSunday, I again got a gel mani pedi. Yesterday (Tuesday) my first gel polish popped off. This time I went in and said something. They said it was my fault due to natural oil on my nails. I've been getting my nails done for 30 years and the only 2 times at T Nails and Spa, my nail gel pops and peels in 3 days. Went in an hour before closing for a mani pedi. I asked if they had time to do one, if not okay they said they did. I was just trying to relax a bit because my week was hectic.. was sitting in the pedi chair for 20 min cause no one else was available.. then finally this lady comes she does my toes.. my toes come out looking great BUT she left my ingrown nail & never gave me the hot towels. While I'm getting my pedi this guy comes & starts doing my hands... he never soaked my hands, he never cut my cuticles.. he kept going with this machine that I asked him not to use cause my nails were thin.. he still used it. I had gel on my toes & hands since that's what I usually get, he ripped the gel off with a sharp cuticle nipper & boy did it hurt. I've never seen a technician use that tool to remove gel polish in my 10 years of getting my nails professionally done. He also never gave me the lotion hand massage afterwards.. I was rushed, the relaxing experience that I wanted did not happen, & they forgot to do things that I payed for. I've gone here a couple of times & can honestly say I will never be back. My nails came out decent but I refuse to pay $90 for such a shitty experience. I'll take my business else where. read more

I make made an appointment for my lashes for 1. When I get there she has someone in her chair and tells me it will be 10 mins. She finishes them and is lagging around. In the meantime, someone else is called to the back for wax in the room needed for lashes. She calls me to the back to wait in a chair and starts to wax someone else. This happens every time! I'm glad I waited until my second try of this place before reviewing. My first time I waited forever while my technician bounced between me and another client. It was also around $15 more expensive than some other places. My second time going ( after my nails breaking from the cheap places) and I had a much better experience. If I could give them a zero I would! Took my daughter here for her 7th Birthday to get a mani/pedi and I needed a full set of UV gel. My girls soaked in the water for about 20 mins before anyone came to help them. My technician Alex was rude. He didn't greet me or anything but acted as if he was inconvenienced by having to do my nails and spoke to me as so. I showed him a picture of what I was looking for and we got started. While trying to take my previous set off he shoved a nail under my real nail, he stopped so many times and left me sitting there for 5-10 mins at a time to work on his other employees clients and when he came back to me he was rushing so fast he cut my fingers all up and shoved a drill bit under my real nail. None of my nails are the same shape and they look absolutely horrible. I'm assuming he didn't care because he had already been paid by my mother in law before she ran off to Walmart to get things done because we were there for so long and my daughters party was a couple of of hours away. I told the receptionist I wasn't happy and left crying. My mother in law and I returned because we didn't feel that it was worth the $60 we paid him, to get a refund. He walked out to my car after pretending not to know who I was and said he would only give a refund after he took my nails off. I told him he wasn't touching me again because I was in so much pain from all of the cuts and he said fine never come to my store again. We arrived there at 10 am and I didn't leave until 1 pm. My mom and I went here and had a very good experience. We came on a Friday when it wasn't too busy and they started on our nails pretty quickly. Our nails turned out great. My only concern is they don't really inform you of what they're charging you beforehand (such as extras, changes to the base amount, etc). Went up to the counter expecting my mother's and I's bill to be 90 (45 each for the dip acrylics) and then was told it was 50 for mine and 53 for hers. The technician made my nails bleed after asking the nail shop politely to my correct nails because they were done poorly, and still looked like crap after they were done. I ask another worker could have have someone else fix it and they got the same rude person to fix the issue then she was very rough causing me to bleed. While she was fixing it everyone technician starting laughing as it was a joke, while she was being very rude, which is why I would never visit this place again. I should of spoken up and been forceful about getting someone else to fix it. Apparently, Tammy who did my nails is the worst person in the shop after reading the reviews. When I told her that there were several gaps in my nail and that they were not coverage fully she refused to fix it and then she began to aggressively file my nails down on the side to make the fact that my nail was obviously uncovered. Then she rolled her eyes as if she wasn't getting paid for a service. I told her to fix the sides while she was doing my nails and she started "no one sees that". She was rude from the beginning I was being very patient but I had even though she was being aggressive with my arms. Let me just start by saying that this place is GORGEOUS. They get a star just for the atmosphere. But the greatness stops there. I made this place my regular nail salon because after their opening they were the closest and most convenient place for me. It didn't hurt that they were also by Starbucks so I could grab a drink on my way in. But they are not consistent in quality at all. I've gotten numerous full sets... and maybe once or twice I loved them... the other times the nails were sloppy. The shapes were inconsistent. They were uneven. I usually get sns dipping powder nails.. and a PROPERLY done set lasts a while. On two occasions I got my nails done and within a week at least one had popped off. On one occasion, a nail popped off while I was opening a flimsy cereal box! I also got my brows done numerous times, same issue. Sometimes they were decent ... some they were perfect.... some they looked like literally nothing had been done to my brows. The only service that I have no complaint about is the pedicure... but I'd only gotten one. So based on their track record it stands to reason that should I have gotten more.. disappointment was definitely inevitable. If you're in the Grovetown area I'd suggest V Nails and Spa by Kroger. It's smaller but still a beautiful place and CONSISTENTLY do quality work. read more

So another tech had to do my nails and not even a week I had 3 nails to break. I then when I went back to let them know. The manager made me pay $15 and my nails looked a Hott Mess. All my fingers are cut on the sides and bleeding from the tech filing too rough. I did a peroxide soak last night to ease some of the pain and kill germs and they stung the whole time. An easy task like washing my face hurts my fingers. This is the worse that has ever happened to me from a nail shop.
