At the register two associates told me they are only labeled that way so people who self install them can tell what wiper goes on which side. WRONG. The back of the package states the drivers side will always take an "A" blade, as the passenger side on some vehicles will take a "B" blade or an "A" blade. I've only seen this on the bosch brands. But irregardless, they didn't know what they were talking about and looked at me like I had grown another head. Are these people even certified? There's no way in HELL they are getting their hands on ANY of my vehicles. If you have these wiper blades and they perform poorly due to the associate informing you of this "logic", I'd demand a refund or swap for a new blad. Luckily these are only going on a Jeep wrangler with a flat upright windshield so it's not going to matter. But I wouldn't trust any of these workers that are taught how to test a battery and then they are "trained" to work for autozone. Go down to the bradford town center Plaza not even a mile away from this location and go to advanced auto or napa. These people don't know what their doing.

You will never receive a "thank you" from any of the idiots here. They are all too bothered to help and if you do get help, they let you immediately know how much they don't care. You can tell none of them want to be there (especially the girl). I'm surprised they keep getting any customers. I recommend going to Napa down by the Price Chopper. Much nicer and helpful folks.
