Showed up. Started the work. Then abandoned the job for 3 days. Didn't have the appropriate supplies. Unable to communicate with his crew due to a language barrier. When the work he did complete failed, he refused to return to correct it. He had no reviews on his Google profile. Then suddenly he had old reviews showing. Seemed odd. Like using bots or getting all of his friends to suddenly write reviews. I felt like I was being pressured into things I didn't want. He promised to do work that he didn't make good on. The son is running the business. Seems like he doesn't respect his father. He tries to appear all superior. Maybe an oldest child syndrome or something. He didn't tell me the truth and the work wasn't what I asked for, but what he wanted to do. read more

Pre-sale I was beginning to lose faith in contractors, but then I found Christian Siding. I submitted an email sharing my interest in replacing my siding. A day later, I received a call to confirm my initial request and schedule an appointment with a consultant (Ben). Ben was very professional and personable. He didn't try scare tactics or put too much pressure on me to make a decision that day. He gave me my space and time to make a decision. Siding Implementation Siding, j-channel, house wrap, trim, corners, and blocks were installed and matching caulk color was applied. Clean up was good too. Brandon (the project manager) came by the next day to do a final quality check and make sure the work was complete done. Minor issue The only issue was that my internet was disabled until the next morning because when the Verizon box was removed from the siding, the contractor was not able to reconnect the box and resume my internet service. When I mentioned that Verizon would have to send a technician and a charge may be required, they were apologetic and offered to reimburse me. Luckily no charge occurred. Overall Christian Siding is very professional, responsive, and reasonably priced. I will work with them in the future. read more

I was given a quote and took the time required to research the validity and fairness in pricing. I ended up going with them for my windows and the experience was so positive that I had them return to do my gutter guards and siding. We had moved to a new home last year with a plan to redo our windows, siding, and roofing (with added skylights); Christian Siding provided such amazing results and additions to our home. The whole team is professional, personable, dependable, and reliable. A friend recommended Christian Siding to me when I was looking for a company to replace the roof / gutters / rake board and add soffits on the house I shared with my Mom. As her caretaker, I was worried, I'd never had to deal with a major house repair like this. Which company should I go with? Will they rip me off? Will they do a poor job? I definitely felt at ease working with their fantastic sales manager, Ben. Who came on site and helped guide me through what I'd need (and didn't need) for a home of our size / age. Believe all the good ratings on this company, they are awesome. I had Christian Siding LLC replace my roof back in April, 2018. Last night (Sept. 25th), I woke up to sound of water dripping from my ceiling. It turns out I had a very tiny leak that I would have only noticed if it rained constantly for multiple days. I called them 9AM next morning and they sent Brandon and Victor to my house within 90 mins. They were very thorough in identifying and explaining the issue. They spent a long time making sure that the issue was resolved and left everything back to the way it was. I couldn't be happier. I can't say enough good about these guys. But first, some context: From experience I have low expectations when it comes to contractors. I don't expect them to be honest or reliable or to give you quality work. As a carpenter myself, I have a good idea what good work looks like. We've been trying to get a roof done for close to two years now. during that time we've dealt with contractors who fully lived up to my low expectations. So imagine my surprise to find a company that does good work on time and doesn't cut corners. that's exactly what I found with Christian siding. The salesman, Andy, was personable upfront and honest. He didn't try to snow me, he didn't start high with regards to price in order to come down later. He gave me a good price at the outset. In fact he gave me the best price that I've seen. What is more, I asked for special specifications with regard to the gutters, and he agreed without missing a beat, and delivered. The job was done in a snap and done well. being suspicious by nature I watched the whole process. they did everything they said they would, did it well, did it on time, and cleaned up after themselves. From the estimate to the ordering of the materials to the replacement/installation, they delivered in a timely fashion. Sean, the CEO, is on top of things. Let me begin by saying how refreshing it is to work with a company who is honest, competitive, and attentive! We have been having water leaking into our basement whenever there was a heavy downpour for about a year and a half. We dumped money into a basement waterproofing company who only let us down when the issue reared its ugly head again. Andy from Christian Siding came out, diagnosed the problem as our siding needing to be replaced and assured us with a warranty that the leaking would stop. Three months later we have yet to see any water leak into the basement! The process has been wonderful from the ease of the appointment and thorough explanation of the job that would be done to the efficiency of the crew who completed the job within two days. Being able to use our basement without worrying about our family's safety being compromised from water and mold has been so relieving. I'd stay away from Christian Siding if you value your time. Ben Nguyen came out to take a look at our windows and siding and over a month later we still don't have a quote. We were planning on windows and ended up with some storm damage to our siding so we wanted an opportunity to work with one vendor jobs. Keep in mind this is probably around a $27K to 30K worth of work. After spending several hours at my house a several follow up attempts, nothing. Not even from the corporate office. While here the rep (Ben) insisting on flipping through his presentation with me and extolling the virtues of his company, showing me heat not getting through the different combination of windows using a light bulb, measuring etc... (almost 3 hours). I followed up with Ben twice, he always promised it was on the way. I can't believe that someone would invest that kind of time and waste mine to not follow through and provide an estimate. The most unprofessional experience I have had in years. The team who worked on our project was extremely experienced and their work is meticulous - so much so that we did not have any hiccups in the permit process, which can often delay other projects. Returning customer here. This time, we requested quotes for two doors in our newly purchased home and had an awful experience with Christian Siding. First of all, their sales representative Ben Nguyen lacks knowledge of doors, he told us to look up the doors that we wanted in the Provia website, then send the project designs to him in order to provide us with the prices. He sent us the project agreement with a decent quote that we signed and put down a deposit in order to start the project. Two weeks later he called to tell me that there was a change in the price for one of the doors we selected, a $2500 difference, because of the measurements of our door is not common. I told him that that's not what we agreed on and he promised me that he was going to take care of it. We even changed the design of the door in order to help bring the price down but no response from Ben Nguyen, he didn't return my calls and texts until I threatened to cancel the order if he didn't respond, I even called their office but they clearly don't value their customers, unless you are calling to provide your credit card information. At the end, Ben Nguyen told me that he couldn't access the Provia website and couldn't provide us with the right quote for the doors, and suggested that we cancel the order and go somewhere else for the doors. Too bad for them, we cancelled the project of the doors and we had the intention to have windows and some siding work done with them but we decided to hire Power for the windows and siding and American Windows & Siding of VA for the doors. They provided us with great customer service, incredible knowledge about their products, amazing price and gave us transparent quotes right the way, I didn't feel like I was dealing with a used car sales person like I was with Christian Siding. read more
