I love this place! I rented from them for eight years, it's easy to contact mangers and price is great! I will miss it!!

I have never delt with such rude people in my life. For one thing this parking lot is not paved as the picture they posted. The owners are so snotty I don't know how they have A business. The gate isn't coded and closes at 8pm. Are you kidding me? I can't get to my personal stuff anytime I want? I've also tried to pay in cash and they belittle me by not knowing that I should pay on the website. Then rudly informed I couldn't get my stuff because of a race going on. I have delt with both the man and woman on this and they are the ruddest people known to man. I'll see what I can do about putting them out of business. read more

No problems at all. Rented online - then stopped in at the office to sign contract when I went to drop my stuff off. No deposit required. I vacated in the middle of the month. They noticed the lock gone and closed out my account and even though I forgot to call them and tell them it was vacant, they still returned rent prorated from the day they saw it was vacant. Very legal and above-board transaction. I must say that she wasn't very friendly when I stopped at the office, but the transaction was so easy and efficient that I really didn't get too bothered about it. read more
