I have to admit, I was really anxious about getting our trees trimmed after reading several horror stories online about tree-trimming gone wrong, and a terrible experience we had last year with a non-arborist landscaping firm that wrecked two of our honey locusts so badly that we had to remove them. All my fears evaporated when we met with Ronald (a certified arborist) to get a free quote. He was super-friendly, took the time to explain what the work would entail and what we needed to have done, and gave us a quick and reasonable quote.
