They trimmed and cleaned-up 3 large, mature trees (Spruce, Cedar, Sycamore) around our property and all 3 are looking much better. I have to admit, I was really anxious about getting our trees trimmed after reading several horror stories online about tree-trimming gone wrong, and a terrible experience we had last year with a non-arborist landscaping firm that wrecked two of our honey locusts so badly that we had to remove them. All my fears evaporated when we met with Ronald (a certified arborist) to get a free quote. He was super-friendly, took the time to explain what the work would entail and what we needed to have done, and gave us a quick and reasonable quote. I was able to schedule within 2 weeks, and the work was just completed today. The trimming itself was completed quickly, efficiently, and the cleanup was top notch. The improvement to the tree canopy around the property is a noticeable and they even agreed to leave the woodchips behind for mulch! We did have a minor scheduling issue, but it was quickly and fairly resolved and I'm so grateful to Healthy Trees for all the work they did. I have recommended them to my parents and sister-in-law and look forward to working with them again in the future! Alex was the site supervisor and he had a crew of about four people with him. They all went about their business and clipped, trimmed and chain-sawed to great effect for about an hour and 15 minutes. They put all of the materials they'd created into their chipper and then swept up the street before they headed off to their next job. All members of the crew were polite, self-motivated and appropriately dressed for the work done. They adhered to safety procedures throughout the visit. It was a super experience!

As a few rounds of HOA-related paperwork continued to sit or get lost, one of the Board members advised us just to do it. I called and they were here almost the next day.
