The condo had a light fixture that was flickering and a toilet that flushed but needed to be held down. I asked for new toilet kit to be installed to avoid repeat small repairs that had kept happening. I am not on site at the location. I was charged $275 for what was diagnosed as needing new light bulbs and flapper adjustment. Nothing was replaced and both repairs did not work. Since then, I found out that the light switch had shorted out and the toilet needed a new flush handle and had to pay 2nd handyman plus make 1 repair myself. I called Mr. Handyman a couple of times and asked for remedy and they said they could send someone out and give me 20% discount on 2nd visit.
