It's an open concept and bright space with lots of patients and physical therapists. Mary-Claire took the time to diagnose my issues and tailored a PT program to get me right. The rest of the staff are also friendly and helpful, including AJ, Christian, Adrian, and Andrea. I didn't work with Andrius but he seemed knowledgeable and caring. My one note is that it can feel like the patients are put through an assembly line so you might have to speak up to get extra attention on your exercise form or discuss what's working or not in the program. Very easy to call in to make an appointment or change it. The office also helped me deal with an insurance snafu. There's parking in the back but all the spaces are reserved for specific businesses so you may have to do street parking even if it looks like there are open spaces.

My orthopedic doctor advised me to go to physical therapy for up to three months, after one month of being in a sling. I have had plenty of other injuries in the past and this one has definitely been the slowest to heal and quite limiting in terms of going through daily lifestyle tasks. Finding a facility for physical therapy was a bit challenging. Many in my area had no reviews, or even worse, negative reviews. The facility which my doctor recommended did not even return my call for a consultation. I decided to take a chance on Mariners, which is established in Orange County, but new to this location. Upon my first consultation, I felt very comfortable there. It is organized, clean and professional. Service is great. They process your insurance claims, which I am finding several places do not do. The therapists are very knowledgeable and just pleasant - positive. They share duties so you may interact with multiple therapists and aides in one session. Most importantly I am seeing progress with my mobility and flexibility with their treatments. They add and remove exercises each week, so it is not monotonous. In the past I have had PT that involves lots of manual massage (which I love) and I've had some sessions where the therapists spend two-three minutes with you then send you to a roller table the rest of the time. Mariners definitely has substantive treatment the whole hour or so you are there. The only thing I would prefer is more of a massage component as it is a bit painful to just jump into exercises. They do however, do stretches with you before the exercise component. I would also like to see a more formalized program of at-home exercises to do. In the past I have received these plans with diagrams and instructions. I had to ask about at-home exercises after several weeks of treatment since none were offered to that point. Aside from those small matters, I do have lost of confidence in Mariners and will continue to work with them.

The clinic has a small gym upfront with treatment tables in the back. Super convenient location in Alhambra with a 4-hr free parking garage. B&C PT is extremely popular and books out weeks in advance. I had to wait ~3-4 weeks for my initial appt, and had to book all my subsequent appts following my first visit to secure dates/times. I work primarily with Ching Ly (the C of B&C lol) and he's super down to earth. He did a comprehensive exam of my neck, measured my neck movements with a goniometer, and confirmed if it was a joint or muscle issue. I've seen several PTs, but no one was as thorough as Ching in trying to figure out the root cause. My treatment plan is pretty straightforward - Managing neck pain with manual therapy, at-home workouts, and then more workouts to strengthen neck, shoulder, and back muscles. If I had to nitpick then it would be the super tedious process of booking upcoming appointments with the front desk receptionist. Nothing PT related. Highly recommend B&C PT! I hope to be free of this annoying pain by the end of my sessions.

I am so grateful I went to see Dr. Lee. He has a calm and grounding presence and is incredibly knowledgeable in chiropractic care and Eastern medicine, and I left feeling supported, understood, and more at ease in both my body and mind. I believe movement is medicine, and that our bodies can hold onto stress and experiences that may impact how we feel physically and emotionally. Through Dr. Lee's work with the NET technique, I was able to uncover emotional patterns that I didn't realize were affecting certain areas of my life. The experience brought real emotional clarity and helped me feel more connected to the physical and emotional changes I was experiencing. I also brought my son to see Dr. Lee and appreciate how gentle and welcoming he was with him. My son felt comfortable right away, and it was clear that Dr. Lee truly looks at the whole person, not just the symptoms. I highly recommend Dr. Jerry to anyone looking for a more holistic approach to wellness and meaningful improvements in both emotional and physical well-being.

During one of the most painful times of my life, he supported me in a way I'll always be grateful for. The NET session helped me release emotional stress that felt deeply stuck in my nervous system, and I genuinely felt lighter and more balanced afterward...something that isn't easy during grief. He also introduced me to LightStim therapy, which was a whole body red light that was incredibly relaxing and helped with inflammation, muscle soreness, and shoulder tension, leaving my body feeling calmer and more supported in recovery. Also really appreciate how intentional he is about what he offers...from clean, high-quality supplements to foot bath detox machines backed by real testing that showed measurable reductions in heavy metals. That level of care builds real trust. He's helped my mom as well, and everyone we've referred to him loves him. Dr. Jerry Lee is an amazing soul with a truly caring heart, and I can't recommend him enough.

I had been in ankle pain for more than a year....but I did what so many of us do, I put it off, I pushed through. I climbed Mt. Running (one of my favorite forms of exercise) was now off the table. I needed help. I sat down with a list of Physical Therapists and started calling and when I spoke to Carolyn - she listened - she asked questions and she genuinely seemed to care. After listening to me she knew I had to get in to see Dr. Maddie and she made it happen. I booked an appointment and then received my welcome packet. It was thorough and helpful and I knew what to expect before I walked into my first appointment. Maddie listened and committed to making a plan to get me back to all of my favorite activities and then she dug in and she worked hard for me and felt invested in my recovery. I can not overstate the value of the 1:1 experience. When you're working with Dr. Maddie you have her full attention and your therapy is tailored to your needs. She answers questions and keeps you informed so that you can be partners in your recovery. She uses an app to provide your home exercise routine and she adapts as needed. I was also pleasantly surprised when I was sent home with the things I needed to do my home exercises, at no extra charge! The attention to detail from Elevated Physical Therapy is unparalleled as is the level of care you'll receive from the whole team. My experience then led my husband to working with Dr. Maddie too. I've been able to return to hiking, playing tennis and running without pain! And I know Elevated PT will be there for me if I need anything in the future.

We came to Huntington Orthopedics for a 2nd opinion and repeatedly stressed that this was a significant change. We specifically asked for an ultrasound because we were concerned something else could be going on. Dr. Tang was incredibly dismissive and condescending. He repeatedly told us that calf injuries have "good days and bad days," that the chances of a blood clot were low, and made it clear he thought getting an ultrasound would be a waste of time. I kept pushing. Eventually, I literally begged him, "Please, just do it for my anxiety." Only then did he finally agree to order the ultrasound. The ultrasound found a blood clot. The radiologist sent the results to Dr. Tang's office, and we called immediately. We were told he had already left for the day (4:45pm) and that we would need to schedule a telehealth appointment for another day to discuss the results. Given our concern, we begged his assistant to please read us the results. After some back and forth, thankfully, she did (Grateful for her!). We contacted my husband's primary care doctor, who immediately started him on blood thinners. That is what makes this entire experience so upsetting. We recognized that something had changed, communicated it repeatedly, and specifically asked for the test that ultimately identified the problem--yet we were made to feel like we were overreacting. More than anything, I'm just sad and deeply disappointed by how this was handled. I was so close to giving up and accepting that maybe we were overreacting. I'm incredibly grateful I trusted my gut and continued advocating for my husband. Patients deserve to have significant changes in their symptoms taken seriously and to be treated with respect when raising concerns. Based on our experience, we would not return to this doctor.
