I originally came in because I'm easily influenced on Tiktok and the adjustments sounded very calming. I didn't really come in with expectations? I just know I've always had lower back problems, but never understood what caused the pain. I thought the pain was just something that ran in my family. This review has been a long time coming, because I'm loopy when it comes to reviews sometimes. I've been a patient of Dr. Aldana since the summer of 2021. My lower back went out on me and upon a referral from one of my sisters, I came in for treatment. I received a lot of treatment consisting of adjustments, massage, rehab exercise, and acupuncture. After receiving all of this treatment, a year and half later, I am able to walk and run comfortably and have not had a flare up in almost a year. Since I am prone to lower back inflammation knots (I am structurally sound) I still receive treatment but it has been limited to chiropractic adjustments and massages spread out - about one message and one adjustment every other week. This schedule has me back in action feeling great. The staff at Aldana Chiropractic is awesome and I have never felt like I couldn't talk to them about what ails me. They're not judgmental and they have taken any concerns of mine seriously. In any event, I will continue to seek treatment at Aldana Chiropractic for my low back needs. I've been coming here since March 2023 for acupuncture in my lower back and it has worked wonders! While I'm still not 100%, trust me I've come a long way from needing a cane to almost feeling like I'm back to normal most days. It's hard having a slipped disc with two little ones! The acupuncturist Ahri is a total sweetheart who makes me feel comfortable and knows what she's doing. She also has recommended some exercises in addition to what my physical therapist advised that have been especially helpful. I often feel relief that same afternoon. Everyone here is always incredibly friendly and helpful. They take the time to get to know you. I haven't needed the chiropractor yet but Dr. Aldana and the rest of the staff here truly care about your personal needs. My Wife was in a car accident and I called to cancel our appt that day told Dr Joe what had happened and he immediately offered that he knew a attorney. I didn't think much of it at the time and then my Wife's back started to bother her and we called said attorney. I was involved in a car accident in which a sustained severe whiplash and a massive concussion. Upon a friend's recommendation, I saw Dr. Joe. His warm and caring persona was welcome and nurturing and went above and beyond at a time of great pain and confusion. He even helped demystify accident claims for me (my first time having to navigate something like this). He warned me it would get worse before it got better and he was right. After my last treatment, I was in so much pain, I almost cancelled the following treatment.
