Its ok. It gave my absolutely no reason to stop going to el arapazo. I don't get why people rave about the chimichurri wings mine didn't have enough solids to really add anything but a coat of decent oo. The taste was pretty good when when I hit solids but yeah not doing that again. On top of that the empanadas are not even hand sized, well ten year old hand maybe. The sauce for said empanada was 2 extra so I can't say if they were any good. Arapazo includes it. My wife's sandwich had yellow lettuces on it, lettuce should be green if for no other reason then to give some sort of contrast. I ordered one of each empanada in a sampling frenzy. They are not exactly the smallest ones I've ever had, but for the price I was expecting a slightly larger portion. (This is seriously the only reason I'm giving a 4. If the portions were larger or the price just slightly lower, they would totally be a 5.) The dough was delicious- tender, flaky, not overly greasy, and thick enough that the filling maintained a lovely heat despite the twenty minute drive home. The fillings- how to describe them? Each one was so unique, the flavors so well rounded. Even flavors I was familiar with from other shops found new life in the ways they were blended here. I wanted more and felt slightly cheated that I didn't get as much as I'd hoped. But yes, I will go back again because I'm a sucker for a good empanada. read more

I looked for high rated restaurants in my area, and this place boasted about their wings. These are the worst wings I have ever had. They tasted like they were boiled and then covered with sauce. They had no crisp or charring. I couldn't eat them. Wings should be smoked, grilled, baked or fried. The barbecue sauce was weak too. read more

Really quick delivery through yelp - food was still hot! We ordered the beef empanada, chicken empanada, lemon pepper wings and the BLT. The chicken empanada was definitely our favorite thing on the menu. Fresh veggies and big chunks of chicken. The beef empanada was really good too, just a little greasy. Wings were good but they didn't have much lemon pepper flavor. BLT was interesting. The bacon is more like a hard cured ham which we dubbed "Civil War ham". It was good but not a traditional bacon. The bread is very yummy... like spongy and soaks up all the bacon grease We will order again but will stick to empanadas and the homemade salsas!! This is a great addition to our area! read more

I was looking for a new place to try and found this Argentinian restaurant. Ordered delivery, for this reason I'm leaving three stars instead of two. Sweet potato fries were burnt and not really tasty at all. Not even as good as a bag of Terra sweet potato chips. Ordered two orders of chicken strips and fries. Chicken strips looked like they came out of a bag and the fries were extremely soggy. To be fair, this was delivery and they looked like handmade fries, which tend to get soggy faster. Also, ordered two chicken breasts with salad. They had A LOT to be desired. I'm thinking that since this is not their specialty, I think it is sandwiches. Flavor was not something that would transport me to Argentina. Apart from the chimichurri sauce , it was a plain chicken breast with a cup of salad. The price was exaggerated for the type of food. I'm definitely a fan of Choripan, in fact, I'm a fan of anyone who is willing to bring traditional Latin American flavors to Columbus. It's just an added bonus that Choripan does it while helping you stay healthy. If you're stopping in for your first visit, you'll find quickly that the owner and host are more than willing to walk you through their concept. They happily share that nearly everything on the menu is GF and paleo/keto/inserteatingplan friendly. The signature Choripan (that's a sandwich from Argentina) is roughly 5 net carbs. And that's thanks to the special dough that almost resembles a biscuit. The house made chorizo and the chimichurri combine for a deliciously new concept of a sandwich for Columbus. Additionally, the owner is brewing his own kombucha, and creates his own flavored waters sans sugar so you can really enjoy yourself. Make sure you add an order of the buffalo butter wings, and an empanada (2-3 net carbs) to your meal, you'll be glad that you did. read more

Very fun new experience in Dublin. This restaurant is great for people with food restrictions or food preferences, a lot of gluten free, paleo, and keto options. The bread and empanada breading was tasty, I'm always a little hesitant with gluten free options, so pleseantly surprised. The staff was friendly. Would definitely recommend the sweet potato fries! Restaurant is set up to be more of a carryout place, so be aware that the seating is limited. You can not get any better in this. Personal hello from the owner/chef. Super nice and friendly staff of one that will bring your food out and drinks. They do need to have a stand so that you can get your own water if needed because the waitress/cashier/everything gal would be exhausted at the end of the day! Food was so delicious! The empanadas are flaky, robust yet delicate. We had the beef and the filling was delightful. The Chimichurri wings were plump, juicy and crispy. The chimichurri sauce was delicate and balanced. I could put it on everything. The choripan (and all their sandwiches) is made with a nice homemade gluten free bread, the chorizo was delicious and perfectly grilled. I also recommend the Milanesa (chicken cutlet) sandwich. Cooked perfectly, it was delicious, moist and ever so memorable. The staff (cashier and chef owner) had to be two of the friendliest and most attentive people in any restaurant. Their passion for attention and great food shows in their work. Tried Choripan for the first time tonight, and it was delicious. My husband isn't much of a health-food eater, so I was a little worried that everything there is gluten and grain free, so it's also paleo and keto. Everything is made from scratch. We tried a couple of their empanadas that were flaky and packed with flavor. My husband got the Milanesa sandwich, and I got the special, which was a smoked quarter chicken with a side salad. I had the Lomito sandwich, slaw and Carne Empanad. Gluten free breads are tough. His are similar to a very good biscuit. The meat and chimichuri were great. The slaw a vinegar sweet and sour also very good, but the empanade was fantastic. If you are celiac, diabetic or just looking for really good scratch prepared food this place is worth the visit. A must have! First time we had it we fell in love. We live almost 40 minutes away but gladly made this drive. Absolutely delicious clean food that doesn't make you feel bogged down. The chorizo in the empanada is house-made, the chimichurri wings were bursting with deliciousness and the chicken quarter special was simply incredible. I placed a carry out order on Friday evening and ordered a variety of a dozen empanadas, sweet potato waffle chips and apple fritters. The empanadas came in a pizza box:). When I mentioned that it was our first order, the chef kindly wrote a map on the top with the names of each...like they do for chocolates. It was such a fun meal looking up the names online and tasting the different types. There wasn't a single type that wasn't super tasty. We did get a sauce, but we didn't use much, since we enjoyed the empanadas in their natural state. We ate more than we usually would, since it was so hard to stop. EVERYTHING was delicious. The waffle chips were unique fun to eat. Loved the apple fritters - so soft and flavorful. Don't expect they will be like a a typical apple fritter from a bakery, they are more like a tasty super-sized donut hole x 2. We have been gluten free for over a decade, and this has quickly become our new favorite restaurant! We can't wait to take friends and family there for special events as well as just an excuse to eat there again and again! read more

The Choripan was $10 the first time I ordered from here and now it's $16. $16 for a chorizo sandwich is unreal. You also pay a different price on GrubHub than if you call them directly. read more

I loved the chicken the most and my husband the chorizo but all 3 were great!! Our family is gluten free and most of us dairy free! Such a great find and I'll be back! I've wanted to try this place for a long time, but finally got around to it. One guy was handling all the work on a Saturday night, but he was on top of it. My wife and I tried almost all of the empanadas--our favorites were the chorizo and pollo, although all of them were good. Chimichurri wings were also very delicious. I'll have to come back and try some of the other items. I tend to avoid gluten-free, as I don't like the taste of most gluten-free items, but I can definitely say that I didn't notice a difference. read more
